I absolutely love this place. I had a great time with my family. The customer service upon arrival was fantastic. The manager was very helpful and professional. The place was nicely clean and sanitized. Goal Karts are amazing. Kids had a blast jumping and on the rock climbing thing.

A very active play area for kids and kids at heart to burn off a lot of energy. Food, drinks and alcohol available.

I spoke to Sid, the manager, over the phone before we arrived & felt very comfortable with our decision to go there. This location is full of respectful and helpful young workers who made our experience so great! Sid goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having fun and checked to see if anyone needed anything. There is plenty of room to spread out and the workers were all wearing masks. I would definitely recommend Urban Air! They have great discounts right now. We will be back for sure! Thank you to Sid and his staff for making this a memorable experience and kudos to the parents of the teenagers working there. You did a great job raising them!

I love that this location has the race track. I wish the cars where better maintained. My family and I raced several times and each time at least one of our cars stopped from not being charged or had major issues. The managers are really nice and very quick to help with anything. Unfortunately a lot of the kids trash the place. There is candy, soda and food all over, the ball pit and playground. Even on some of the trampolines. It’s a huge place to try and clean. But with as many people on staff it should be better: All of the staff are wearing face masks and they do have hand sanitizer all over the place to use. The area where you get harnessed to do the zip line is extremely dark. It makes it very hard for the staff to properly see the harness and put it on. My husbands was put on wrong 3 times and each time the person didn’t notice and was ready to send him off. Luckily I noticed and he fixed it, again and again....I’d love to see the go karts fixed up and the place a bit cleaner! Also better lighting for the zip line harness area.Overall it’s really fun!

It is a nice play for kids and adults to have some fun.all the packages are for two hours and parents get 50% discount to “participate/access to play” if you don’t want to participate then it is free. The only I don’t recommend is the Karts (although they are fun to drive), the waiting is long, they don’t have to many Karts so I feel like a waste of time. You can get “unlimited” rides in the two hour time frame but the waiting is annoying.

I was there this weekend and I must say the staff is amazing! I was there as a spectator with my extended family to spend some time with them. I witnessed their manager take THE BEST care of my nephews and nieces. They are kids with lots of questions and this guy went out of his way to make sure his staff helped the kids through all the awesome attractions. Thanks so much Sid! Also, the teens working there really blew my mind with how gentle and kind they are. We need more of this back home! I definitely recommend this place!

This is horrible! This place does not require mask at all! They do not clean any of there parts and play areas! It is dirty! With covid-19 going on they’re kids getting in THAT BALL PIT they are not spraying it down like they are supposed to at all! THE MANAGER SID BREATH STINKS! Please do not go here if you want to stay safe! and if you do make sure you wear a mask, bring wipes, and PLENTY OF HAND SANITIZER! stay blessed!!!!!

It was our first time there and we enjoyed ourselves. We had a few people come with us and the staff showed us great customer service. The manager Sid went above and beyond to make sure our time was enjoyable. The staff made sure our food order was right and accommodated us to fit the needs of our family with a smile. Very nasty, no one was wearing their mask, ball pits sink and I seen and my daughter seen a roach in the ball pit once. Not Sanitary. The trampoline stink of sweat too. Do not recommend going

My friend invited me to her sons birthday party. I must say I was very impressed with my experience. From the beginning the manager Sid’s customer service was fantastic. The birthday party was so organized even with it being busy. The party manager Annika was professional and extremely helpful. Our Overall experience was outstanding.

Came here with my nephew, he and I rode the go karts. The manager, Sid was cool cat. He was the one who recommended the go karts to us and he was right, my nephew loved them.

My kids love it. If it wasnt for the confusion and dissray when ordering food, I would have rated it a 5. It took me 35 minutes to get nachos (cheese and chips). They have too many young people working the food station and not enough adult supervision.

I really like Urban Air Pearland! It’s a great place to work or to just hang out! Urban Air Pearland has also taught me responsibility and discipline. Overall a great experience.

Buying food was a disaster. Long line one person taking orders and took more than 30 minutes to get food.In response to the owner. I dont know your protocols, but there were a lot of people behind the counter standing around doing nothing. I saw other customers ask questions and only to be pointed to someone else. If they are working behind the counter they should know the process and protocols well enough to be able to offer assistance where it is needed. The only exception would be cashiering because you want to be able to have people responsible for processing orders and working the register. I like the concept of Urban Air.

Urban air Pearland literally made me a nicer person I feel as if I’m wiser and can make situations better with people I love it here and I’m thankful for my team members here !

This place is wonderful for the kiddos and adults that are young at heart. They have various go karts. They have some that are slow for the small kids and ones that are faster for the older kids. The staff is young but are super friendly and perfect for this type of environment. I love seeing kids that enjoy their jobs and have fun. ALSO get the membership it is so worth it!!!!!!

I want to start off by saying Sid the general manager is by far the best I’ve came in contact with. I had a small issue and he was very prompt to respond and took care of everything literally. I recommend this location for family, friends, and most definitely birthday parties; very warm welcoming environment. I love how Urban Air treats their customers like family. WOW! This place is amazing! I came here last Friday with my wife for our nephew’s birthday party and it was great! Sid, who I now know was the manager was fantastic. He actually spent time to talk with us and explain how the waivers worked.

We love this place. We book all our kids parties here. They always take care of us and the staff are so kind and compassionate. Facilities are always clean and the kids just love it here. Well, and the adults ;-)

I am so grateful for the way my kids were treated at this location after trying some competing brands and having horrible experiences. Urban Air is definitely the best trampoline place we have ever been to. We visited for the first time Sunday and were amazed by how clean the facility was and all the safety precautions. Both the managers we met were top notch in customer service. There was also a team of young people rushing to help everyone they saw.

We had a good time. Facility was for the most part clean. Some staff were nice, some were very rude. Consession stand was out of half their items, including exact change. One of the trampolines was down with chairs and tape around it. Could have been better secured. They provide you the socks for 2.99. They have lockers for your valuables. It was pricey. 87 dollars for all 3 of us. They do have monthly memberships though. You can hold parties there. I would go back, just not with high expectations on price or service. Go to have fun.

We decided to have our sons party here. It was a disaster. Our party host was great. However, It began with a hour and half power outage a few min after we arrived for our party.We was told it would be a 25 min outage. Lets just say i will NEVER HAVE ANOTHER PARTY here it was too chaotic. After power restored we still had to ask for our pizza we ordered with party.They seem to only care about money spent. No offer of inconvience for a bad party experiance. I only have gave a 2 due to party host....

If your looking for good go karts come check them out!!! Green karts are my favorite!!! This was my first time here. Overall we had a great time and we will be back. Thanks Sid and Austin for giving us a great experience.

Great management ( SAM rocks) and staff.My daughter had her birthday here in 2019, great experience.2020 September and I’m concerned... to many people are here. I don’t believe safety guidelines are being followed. They took our temperatures when we walked in. (Wow! I guess they think after that they are covered.)6ft distance is not a thing as soon as you come in it’s packed. I see one security guard or possible policeman. Teenagers running around and not being told to stop. It’s so loud u can’t hear anyone speaking over the speaker.

Awesome place to take the kids! Sid, the manager, was very helpful and professional! The go carts were so fun! There is 3 different types. The green ones are the fastest, the orange ones were the slowest for the little kids, and the blues ones there in between and were 2 seaters! The staff was very professional and kind and the establishment was very clean! We will definitely be going back!

We love coming to Urban Air with our 2 boys. With our memberships we enjoy coming very often. Sid is very friendly and always say hi. Annika also made us feel very welcome. Our oldest sons favorite is the go-carts!

Mr. Gilbreath and Mr. Walters helped some high school seniors from our community church for prom and graduation and since I hired everyone here has been very nice. When I contacted this lawyers office I spoke with Sheree and they starting working right away. My family has been through so much and we needed a good lawyer like these lawyers . I was there Sunday and it was awesome!!! Birthday party was on point and the staff there was taking care of all of us in every area of the place. I went last year too. Has a lot of things for kids big an small. The trampolines are great for all ages. Our 2 grand babys 1 & 3 had a blast. I believe my daughter paid $9 for each child.

Great place for the kids, first time here and highly recommend this location!!! Annika offers great services and very sweet and nice. Sid the manager is an great guy, he made sure everything went smoothly the whole time while there.

We were really in need of some physical activity as a family. Being in the house for months and minimal sunlight or outdoors activity we just had to. They took our temps and required we wear masks while jumping. I witnessed them clean constantly and wipe down after usage of extractions. They have slots available in 90min increments to avoid overcrowding. There were 2 additional families and we had plenty of space to social distance ourselves. They did a great job sanitizing the place.

Came here with my family my son really enjoyed himself. I’m glad it wasn’t to packed when we arrived which gave him more freedom to run around. The only issue was when it started to get crowded for parties not everyone was wearing their mask. So we left but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

My experience at urban pearland was horrific and i dont wish my experience on anyonefirst off when i got there they didn’t check my temperature, and two employees didn’t have on mask (on top of that social distancing wasn’t being practiced AT ALL). i ordered a 6 piece wing with waffle fries and only got 4 out of the 6 i ordered, on top of that the wings were raw and my fries were cold. another thing that really ticked me off was the manager Sid. he was very rudenand wasn’t costumer friendly.never the less you would think the environment is safe for children WRONG! it is a very unsafe environment . The employees were not paying attention to the way they hooked my child on the zip line , i was TERRIFIED for my child’s life . The employee Jonathan was in the zip line area and once I told him he didn’t put my child in correctly , the young man gave me an attitude and Walked away as I was speaking .

Austin, Annika ,& Syd are doing a a great job! I love coming here , and have been for a long time . Customer service is excellent at this location !
