Me and my family had a great experience. Tiffany the manager was very friendly. The video games were labeled as family members only you no longer can play a multiplayer game with a stranger. Lastly bowling lanes was blocked for social distancing.

Hello again... my girlfriend and I to her two boys out for a family outing today... and we decided on Itz family food & fun.... we all had a great time... playing unlimited video games... unlimited attractions and unlimited buffet... everyone was happy and grinning from ear too ear... well until next time signing off Two Peas

1st time being here and my kids loved it. The atmosphere was low key but I think because of the whole pandemic. My family enjoyed ourselves and would definitely be returning. The games were separated so that they are practicing social distancing. Oh, I almost forgot their food was actually great. We had a large pepperoni, basket of buffalo wings, and basket of fries. All was great.

Had my sisters birthday party here, they got some good pizza and it was fun playing guitar hero.

Had my sons birthday here. Very easy and the girls walked me through everything that I needed to do for the day of the party. It was worry free and the kids loved it!

Service is prompt even when they are busy. staff treated us so kindly.

I love this place. Really fun for the whole family. Would love to give it five stars but there are a few problems. One of the biggest is that theres not enough staff really monitoring the place. Especially the roller coaster the Disco. One person can get in line and then their entire family will cut and no one does anything. There also used to be years ago a toddler section. Which was great for kids 5 and under. Now there is nothing really suited for that age group. Also I really really HATE how practically every weekend weve gone someone has rented out the entire movie room! This is featured as part of the price and should be accessible to the public! Last month had my daughters birthday there and we couldnt use it once between noon and 9pm when it closed!!!! Thats ridiculous .

Wonderful. Be sure order tickets before going. The two or four hours unlimited. Worth it.

My grand kids had a great time! They enjoyed the pizza and the other items. My big concerns was the silverware there had spots all over them, they didnt look clean; I spoke with a man who was in the area about the silverware who said he would take care of it. We went back to check so we could get the silverware and they looked the same my 9 year old granddaughter looked at the silverware an chose not to use them. I spoke to another man a couple of hours later who gave me some plastic forks and that was nice. The other issue I had was they didnt have enough help in the area to help keep good service. We were in the gift hour for a lone time waiting on assistance that my grandkids entertained themselves in the area. No one came to help us at that time. Bring your own silverware and be aware theres not a lot of assistance on the 2.99 specials on Tuesdays!

Everything was amazing but they had kids with no mask and the food cost money now.

Brought my daughter here and when we left I noticed someone broke Into my car. They tried to break the front window which failed so they broke the back window and ransacked my whole car luckily I don’t have anything of value in it. It was 1pm in the after noon and I parked my car RIGHT INFRONT and they still broke into my car... I told the manager which did nothing and the cameras were no help. So my advice to you is stay as far away as possible from this place it’s in a very ghetto side of town. Thanks to some low life ghetto thug that’s too lazy to go get a job I had to pay $500+ to fix my windows and re tint them.

Me and my family are new to Houston, looking for something to do and we came across Itz Family. It has arcade games, a bowling alley, bumper cars, a few rides, rock climbing and food! We bowled for an hour and the kids rode on the Disko ride. We had fun and it wasnt too expensive! Also, it was clean and sanitized. They cleaned as people rode rides and played games. We will be going back for more fun!

This place is cool love that you dont have to pay to get in any more but hate that theres no buffet

The Birthday host couldve been better but thats just 1 of the many. Place was clean and not as crowded as i thought it would be. Food was great as well. They had a Bowling area, bumper cars, laser maze, and many other fun activities for the kids. Definitely would recommend for either birthday parties or just for fun. 1 photo my kids loved. (Have to be as tall as 48inches to ride)

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They disinfected the games periodically and the rides after each use. Food was delicious and fresh.

Service is typically great. The bill was fair for the quality of the food. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.

We went to IT’Z one year on a family trip and it was Awesome!!! My children had a great time. The food was good, The games was good, and the Prices was fair. We will truly go again.️

So I tried to go in to the bar to order fries to go and they tried to insist on me paying for a buffet to walk through the door 1st. What kind of sense does it make for me to pay for a buffet just to walk inside to pay to order food to go from the bar. Has absolutely nothing to do with the buffett. IM NEVER EVER coming here Again. I could even understand if I had kids with me. But 1 adult by myself. Never ever bringing my kids here again either.

Got there near six, it wasnt packed at all. It has an awesome feel to it.

Came here to try this place out so the kids can have some fun. Its a good place for kids to play arcade games and eat. I think I liked the food more than the kids, they just wanted to go and play. The rides are fun specially the disko one. My oldest son enjoyed it more than me. There is also a kiddie ride and it was entertaining for my youngest. I would recommend this place for families. Good deals during the week. You do have to purchase the buffet though.

I celebrated my kids bday here. Their friends, family and I had a blast!! I got the ALL DAY UNLIMITED pass for everyone. The rock climbing was a challenge...couldnt make it past the 3rd stone . The bumper cars was fun! I didnt get on the Disk-O ride, its too fast for me but the kids kept getting on it. The redemption machines are not included in the package but still purchased points for the kids for extra fun. I recommend this place for bigger kids and adults that want to be kids.

Had a blast here for a birthday party. The buffet had great salads and pizza was fresh. Rode the Diskco ride and went bowling. Kids love this place and they have a bar for the adults that need it. Definitely will be back soon.

As far as arcade buffets and family amusement centers go, IT’Z is about the best in Houston. (Although I still have no clue how to pronounce the name.) I’ve been here twice for birthday parties, once in 2016 and again in 2018. The most recent trip was on a Saturday afternoon/ evening, and although it was very busy it was not over-crowded. The entry fee is steep, but the unlimited game play passes are worth it. Amenities include: arcade, ticket games, prize center, bowling, bumper cars, air hockey, laser maze, movie screen, kids play area, salad buffet, pizza buffet, dessert buffet, soup, pasta and baked potato buffet. One suggestion, add a second bathroom location, especially for the little ones. It’s a long run from one side of the place to the other. Although I would not go here all the time, I highly recommend for parties and celebrations.

Was fun but a bit expensive. They force you to buy the buffet even if your not going to eat and your just taking your kid to play. Buffet looked pretty standard, pizza, pasta, salad. Arcade game that were part of the winter pass got boring quick. The games you play for tickets (but had to pay additional money for on top of the winter pass) were more fun.

Thursday is the day to come here.Me and my whole family got in and enjoyed the unlimited buffet and games. Make sure to stop by with the fam you will have a blast.

Dont get me wrong its fun and all but the food is disgusting and they force you to get the buffet to go in. They should really work on the food side of things. Compared to chucky cheese and main event when it comes to the food is very poor. But to pass the time and have fun its amazing.

Awesome outing for children 12 years and below. The basic package includes buffet until it closes and arcade games until the business closes. Any other events are extra including the games you win tickets. One exception is the rock climbing. Keep in mind this is no Save and Buster. This is catered more towards children with a few things adults can do like bowling and drinking at the bar. I rate it four stars because for the basic price per person your kids can have a great time having fun. The facility is clean and the staff are helpful.

We had our grandsons birthday party here. Fun for the whole family. Friendly staff. Food was delicious. Excellent place. I would recommend this Itz to anyone.

Would be 5 stars untill an employee who im sure was a supervisor gave me attitude when i told her a game double charged me and wasnt working properly..she did refund my card but the horrible attitude wasnt necessary.

Place has changed alot. Some for better and some for worse. We waited forever just to get someone to help us bowl and this was during the week with only like 4 other people in the whole place. All the fun games are in the back and most games in the front cost so much just for 5 seconds of play.

Place is so different than Pasadena and food is way better as well.

More gaming options, better pizza, and considerably cheaper than main event

Its cool but its not worth $10 for that all.you can it situation. The food looks old and reheated. The only thing that looks fresh is the pizza and the soda. So for parties of all ages yes but if you have to pay to eat I wouldnt waste the money

Lady manager, has no customer service skills, very rude with employees, as with the customers. I experienced this at the back in the food area, and at the bowling area. Why do you pay extra for unlimited bowling ,but after each game you have to wait 2 hours to play a second game, I will not be going back!

My family and I were here a few days ago and had a lot of fun. So much to do there. My brother and I wanted to try the lazer maze but the fog machine wasnt working. When we asked the manager he didnt seem to care much and said he would send someone to check it out. We went and waited by the maze but no one came after waiting for 5 minutes. Other then that we had fun.

Love going to this place! Kids can just go wild and play all day. Food is ok (Im lactose intolerant so I cant eat all the food), just wish there was more of a selection.

This is the worst place Ive ever been too! The kitchen manager is racist against Muslims... she purposely kept putting sausage and pepperoni pizza out when veggie or even plain pizza was requested quite a few times. And when asked why they wont put other options out she got extremely racist, rude and got asked to leave. And mind you, there were over 200 Muslim families there celebrating their holiday!!

Great arcade, bowling, buffet, pretty much great place for adult hang out. Plus a theater next by, what more you need after watching a movie? Great selection of arcades, games and attraction rides.

Great place and very fun. Enjoyed going here when their Groupon deal was in the $20-$30 range. Recently they increased the price to $45 plus for the two people unlimited select arcade games, 1 hour bowling with shoe rental. Doubt we will be coming here again since the increase of cost. Fun place however not worth it at $45 plus taxes.

Called to ask simple questions about having a traditional party and was given big time attitude by two employees over the phone. I wish I knew their names to report them but this is the best I can do.

Great experience with taking our student council. Wish bowling was included with the unlimited day pass.We where very pleased with the buffet and many side the sections and amount of items was 10× better then main event. We where treated very well and most likely will bring another school group. Thank you so much for your hospitality.Plenty of arcade games for kids to try. They loved competing on the rock wall as well. The kids loved the ride. We where surprised how good it actually was. Gives a good thrill.

Its okay for children 14 & up. The games are for a mature audience. The carnival games for the younger kids dont allow alot of winners. Point and ticket system is not generous. The buffet area needs a good cleaning. Sticky

ITZ has many games, you get a card and you get unlimited on rides and some games are unlimited but most you pay credits for. Birthday parties can be booked. All you can eat buffet after you purchase the party or just visit. There is a movie playing for free. And of course there is the iconic Dizco which is about 5 minutes long but seems like there seconds. I really like that the buffet and fountain drinks are free.

This place is HORRIBLE. The people at the front including the manager double charged me for things I did not want to purchase. The place is also very dirty and the machines are run down. The drink machine also did not have a cap on it or a sign stating to not use it and soda and syrup exploded all over my husband.. I informed management and she stated that “oh it doesn’t have a cap on it” and proceeds to walk away. They do not have enough staff working on the week days. And the other thing that was disappointing was in order to access the facility you HAVE to purchase a buffet pass for everyone coming in, when the food looks terrible and the buffet place is not clean at all as well as the plates and silverware. I will not be coming back here with my family. We will be going straight to main event.

I went here today ...the only issues was when I paid for the card, and used it on a game, the card didnt go through, and it some games were broken that I thought it was a waste of points and money even though it red paid. I couldnt play the game and the GPS guidance took me the long way that cost me a wasted hour of fun. so shamefully, please change on the Tap screen card for the game so that we wont have to waste points.

The place is great for the kids. My only complaints was that the free rides you get to use with the nightly pass are pretty packed and you always have to wait at least for one other person to be done before you can use it. It was not until much later at night they freed up.I asked the manager for a refund on me and my wifes passes because we where not really going to use them. The manager was very friendly and issued me a refund with out question. Overall good place to take the kids. I would recommend not going while its packed to take advantage of the free night pass other than that its not bad and the kids had fun.

This is a great place for a childs party. I was pleasantly surprised with the all you can eat buffet. The pizza had a bounty of toppings and a really tasty crust. The one thing that I enjoyed the most other than the atmosphere was the hotdogs. I know they say you never want to find whats in a hotdog but I dont care. These were the tastiest hotdogs Ive had since I was a child. They were so good I had four of them including four mini corn dogs hopefully made from the same recipe. I dont know when I will be returning to Houston but iTZ will be my first stop, kids or no.

We absolutely love this place. They often have deals and groupons so thats when we attend. Has something for the entire group, we spend hours each time we go. The buffet has a lot of options as well, even for vegetarians (like hummus...an entertainment place with hummus at the buffet!!!)...all around fun time

I went their with for my brother birthday the game were good and simple to play. Then i when went to get some food it was great ok but not all lot and it was decent.

I stepped away to buy a cup and my kids were at a booth waiting for me. I didn’t anticipate to be away for over 5 min, but I was. My daughter managed to slip off the booth and hit her cheek. Samantha came over immediately when I asked for a manager. She checked the camera for me to give me peace of mind and make sure my baby wasn’t hurt. Thank you!

We purchased the 4 visit season pass and honestly it pays for itself after todays visit. Kids loved it and there are so many opportunities to have a blast and fill up on decent cuisines. Staff was very helpful and pleasant as well.

Would of been 4 or 5 if they kept their unlimited pass option. Food is adequate and will get the job done and games are fun. Worth it if you could get the unlimited pass but with that gone I will likely never go back.

First we spent $50 and then one of our game cards didnt work the kids or children they have running this place didnt want to help they treated us like an inconvenience or someone who wanted something for free! Horrible customer service! Thought this would be an awesome place to take my niece and nephew for some fun, WRONG. Will not be coming back here to spend any money. then to mention you pay money to play games which youre not allowed to play all of the games in the arcade try explaining that to a two-year-old. Go here if you want to spend $100s of dollars to have no fun at all and eat horrible food.

Went for a birthday party and the only thing I can say the kids went to sleep that night fast lol the food was good loved the fact it was a buffet also. The lady pictured was awesome awesome she was so sweet and kind. It’s not a lot of activities for younger kids 1-2 to do but for maybe 5 up would have a good time. It’s affordable also, parking is a monkey in a barrel but you’ll eventually park. Some of the other employees was ehhh like you weren’t even standing there but if y’all don’t see me this review did.They have a bowling alley also and bumper cars and amusement rides for the older kids

OMG! so much fun! There is everything here! Disko was thrilling and exciting. The food at the buffet was great! The games were amazing. The staff was fantastic (seriously)! The prizes werent the greatest, but I had a ton of fun trying to earn them!

Went for my sons birthday. He loved it! They have an indoor ride and so much more rides for them. We bought the unlimited play pass. Restrooms are big and clean. We ate in the big movie room while they played the Incredibles cartoon on the big screen. Staff goes around every once in a while to clear up tables. Pizza would run out fast and people are waiting around for pizza to come out. Kids absolutely love it.. we have to go back.

I visited on a Thursday at about 330pm in January with my kids while they were out of school on winter break. The kids that I went with enjoyed themselves but they were so young that they would’ve also enjoyed playing outdoors in the rain. However, as a parent, I knew that the services that day were below satisfactory. We started off at the buffet that I would hardly call a buffet. There was about 30 customers trying to get pizza and salad. The problem is there was a little less than 2 medium sized pizzas to choose from. The Caesar salad was empty and the garden salad looked overly wet and unfresh. The unfriendly employees looked drained as if they couldn’t keep up with the demand of food for the agitated crowd of guests. Most of the tables were unclean, the ice cream machine was broken and please don’t get me started on the disgusting restrooms that probably had not been cleaned since the prior day. We played many games, but there are some that will charge your card for playing, but then you are unable to initiate playing the game due to technical difficulties. Usually you would report this problem to staff, but good luck finding a staff member working the floor. It was so hard to find a worker that eventually I didn’t care about losing my money because I couldn’t keep leaving my kids to find an employee to fix the same problem. They seem to all be assigned to the entry registers, the kitchen, the bowling alley or prizes section. There were only 4 of the 9 bumper cars that were operational. So overall, I was disappointed but the kids had a great time.

Extremely unsanitary,salad bar was in disarray,food all over salad bar station,no clean forks,all soda machines out of ice. No workers had gloves on. Floor in buffet area was filthy. Staff failed to explain the exceptions of the use of the unlimited package game card. Waste of money to make someone purchase food,when the food quality is absolutely horrible as well as buffet presentation. Health department really needs to be notified!!

LOVE the buffett! This is an awesome place and has something for people of all ages! The great part is that the buffett is unlimited so you can literally spend the whole day playing and eating!

A lot of the non ticket machines were not working but overall it was clean and the buffet food was pretty good

Love the place but needs real renovation, please wash the carpets because they smell and are dirty, the tables in the toddlers area need stablizing. Also an ice cream machine would be a great addition. On another note the kids always have fun and enjoy all the games bowling, bumper cars and running around fun fun fun

My family and I love this place however its a little more expensive than ANY other arcade in the area. But most of their rides are fun for my kids ages 11 and 3 years old.

We had so much fun with the unlimited video games and bumper cars. The bowling alley was also quite fun as long as you dont mind the crazy lights and music videos at the end of the lane. A great fun place to take the family or just a bunch of friends

This place is GREAT. I highly recommend. Very friendly, good food. I went with my party of 4 on a Wed and pretty much had the place all to ourselves. A young lady named Autumn greeted us, explained EVERYTHING, as it wS our first time there. I havent had such an exceptional customer service experience in ages. Very fun, carefree family fun!!!

Family of 4 went on a Groupon and had a BLAST... We got the unlimited passes then upgraded !! We were there for 6 hours and tried everything. I Highly recommend this place and with all the specials and Groupons it makes it so affordable we can go more regularly. Way more Fun than Main Event. Thanks ItZ we will be back! This place ROCKS for all ages!

Fun place. I just wish they would be honest in their marketing for unlimited games. They dont tell you that unlimited dont include any of the ticketed games and only half of the others...so you end up waiting to get a turn to play because everyone bought unlimited passes not knowing wed be sharing the same few games. Buffet is filling and tasty though. Theres only one ride but the kids love it.

They have very friendly staff but it doesnt make up for the $11 per child for a buffet featuring four varieties of super bland dry pizza, overcooked sides, harden cookies, water-downed soda and wilted salad bar. The old arcade games (consisting mainly of FPS), attractions made for elementary kids, and short bowling lanes are all extras that range up to $4 a game (bowling starts at $10).

I loved it. Seemed more organized and cleaner. The people were very helpful to me. I will surely be visiting again.

Had a great special going on when we went. 65$ for 2 adults and 2 children who each got unlimited attractions, unlimited nonticket games and a 40point game card for ticket games. The only problem I had was almost all of the ticket winning games were 4-6 points per game. Spent 40$ more dollars for 200 more points because they spent their 40 points in 10 minutes. That allowed my 2 kids to play like 15-20 more games each which took about half an hour to do. Most games the kids won 5-20 tickets per game. Luckily they scored a jackpot and won 60 tickets a few times on a game so they totalled 1000 tickets in the end, 500 each so they were stoked to go to the prize store. But almost everything was 600 and up!! With most of them well over 1000 unless you want single laffy taffy candy for 35 tickets each or a plastic top or string ring lol. The littlest palmed sized stuffed animals were 800 tickets, 1$ cardboard box of theater style candy 400 tickets each, bag of gummybears 400 tickets ...point is the prizes are way too expensive for how much each ticket game cost to play..And they dont let you use cash to supplement the difference if you dont have enough for something. My kids were so dissapointed and it kind of ruined the end of the day for them. next time i go i will not waste money for ticket winning games and let my kids know before hand so we dont waste a lot of money for them to end up getting a single toy or candy i can get from the dollar store for a dollar. Fun place ASIDE from that lol

This place is a dive! Games are broken yet it still takes coins off your card. The interior is dirty and unsanitary. I feel like Im going to get food poisoning wating the buffet. Rundown and over priced for what you are getting.

Nice place to take the kids for some indoor fun.... However, this is not for small kids (to me), it’s for kids who can run around and enjoy with minimum supervision.... All you can eat buffet is the best.... People always run out of food for parties

Tried to bring my son over for a fun day , we had just ate at his favorite restaurant for his birthday and was taking him to itz . They wouldnt let us in unless we purchased a buffet. We dont need the buffet , we had just ate. This place is stupid . Just lost our business.Edit: went during the week and he had so much fun ,, he cant wait to go back again

They changed their playing packages. Not a big fan of that but for a all day, all you can eat n play place, its my first pick for my kids.

For arcades and rides for kids to play its one of the better places in Houston we found so far. Prizes are still decent here also. Could use a little maintenance, but still kept fairly clean. Every now and then some trashy individuals come and ruin the experience, but that is my only complaint.
