It was great, my son who’s 1 1/2 went EVERYWHERE, my whole family (4,9 and 23)and Me (4 months pregnant) had a blast.

I disagree on charging my 1 year old obviously she cant jump on all places like the rest of the kids so unfair! I was the only parent and was stuck on Toddlers Paradise for 2 hours because the baby wasnt allowed to go to the other 2 places to jump! How is this safe me letting my 10 year old my 2/ 9 year olds and 4 year old alone in such a huge place! This was thank goodness a Tues because it was $3 off original price. Nice place just dumb rules and prices!

Not bad at all. Some of the staff wasnt enforcing masks rules. But overall the place is great.

A great place to take kids. Huge Trampoline area for kids to jump around and enjoy. Lots of options for all ages from toddlers to teens. Even parents were having fun! They sell snacks and coffee and prices are fair. Make sure to bring grip socks off you will have to buy them there

Nice clean place. Overpriced, especially in light of COVID19. A lot of games, attractions and activities were closed. Prices should accommodate for the partial use of the facility. Also, there should be an all day pass, instead of a $22 fee for 2 hours per person. Overall an ok experience.

Today was our first time going here. It was for a birthday party. My daughter played for one hour and then they ate pizza and sang happing birthday for 30 minutes of the second hour. And then the rest 30 minutes she played. They have everything here from batting cages to a section where toddlers and preschoolers can play. It’s a very fun place for kids of all ages. They’re very clean and the customer service is good too. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s not a place closer to my house which is in the southeast side 45south and beltway. We have to drive an hour away. Other than that I love this place and will definitely recommend.

The kids had fun. Reasonable prices. Restroom was clean. Batting cages are $1 for 10 balls. They have plenty of video games. Huge selection of drinks and snacks. Papa Johns pizza by the slice. Comfortable seating areas. We got 120 (135) minutes and 90 minutes +socks for the two friends when they showed up. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was cautious about coming here after reading some low star reviews, but I failed to see any problems. Im glad that we gave it a shot. Spent less than $100. I definitely will bring my 11 & 12 year old girls back.

Fun place to take the kids. Bigger on the inside than what I thought it would be which is great but I am put off by the pricing. FIRST YOU MUST HAVE GRIP SOCKS!! If not they make you buy some. Secondly I thought I was paying for jumping on the trampoline but apparently you are paying for just playing in the building PERIOD! Which doesnt make any sense to me. My kids didnt really jump on the trampoline area but liked playing in the kid and toddler area I didnt know you had to pay just to play. Id rather go to Monkey Joes down the street where I just pay a one time fee and the kids can play for however long they want to. Not be restricted by time. So for that reason I probably wont visit this establishment again

This place has been here for 2.5 years....and my my how it has grown! This place is a fantasy on land for kids. There is so much to do in this place. It is one of the best of these trampoline places I have seen..... And I am very familar with these trampoline parks since at least 2010. We went to the very 1st one in Katy in 2013 at Katy Mills Mall, but this is wayyy better. They make you buy their socks that are skid soles and $ 2.75 a pair but you can save them for each subsequent visit. You can jump for $9 for 30 minutes which is trust me a good amount of time for these energetic kids. They have a special play place area for kids 2 years to 6 years old. When I tell you it is spectacular for those smaller kids it really is. Wish they had more staff at the front desk though....it was really busy... its Spring break 2018

Would be an awesome place, but smells so toxic!!! (Like low quality polyurethane and oil paint) Got a headache and sore throat while waiting my kids done playing.

This place is OK but better for kids under 7. My son is 8 but tall. (Size 10-12) and there were not many options for him to play. I paid over $20 for hour and a half and the options that were more appealing to him like the batting cage, the climbing wall or obstacle course were extra... At least one of those should be included in the admission.

It was my first time there with my son and granddaughter, they both enjoyed the obstacle course and spend an hour on the trampoline. They have different activity areas for toddlers and there were many young folks who looked happy.The big issue with this place is that it is not very visible, I hope they can put up extra signs on highway 6 and Westheimer so that more people can enjoy their services.

This is place is awesome for children 54 inches and under. Disappointed cause they dont have nothing but trampolines for the bigger kids. They have an obstacle course for bigger kids but they charge $6.50 extra on top of the price to get in which was pricey. I rather take my kids to Urban jump were all the kids can enjoy.

Perfect spot for the kids to just let loose and have fun. Our toddlers prefer the ball pit areas with mazes and slides. They have also added a new obstacles course. Lots of kids were enjoying that. It is definitely doable when compared to the big course right next to it. They also have a few gaming stations. The Batting cage was new to us. Watchout when the kids jump on the trampoline since you have to sign a waiver before you even enter the courses.

The children rated this time. The age range was 4yrs to 12yrs old. They enjoyed and had fun but wish there was a better food menu. I wish they had deals or specials for when you have a large family or small group of kids.

This was our first time visiting Sky Sports Trampoline. I found it to be full of activities. But cost could add up quickly. We spent approximately $36 for trampolining for one hour for one child, 30 mins trampolining for one adult, one go at rope obstacle course. We spent $4 at snack bar-popcorn which tasted FABULOUS and skittles. Staff was ok no challenges there. There is CCTV in and outside of the park which is displayed a large screen at reception that shows all footage. I would recommend more variety of hot foods as pizza is the only hot food I saw offered. 03/30/18

Very friendly staff, clean, a tad pricey compared to what you get at other places but overall very good for toddlers.

The place is ok, its getting a little raunchy, some almost it my car, that person catercorner close my drivers side, I had no choice but to get through my passenger side, I will try and find a better one to take my child to.. But for who ever finds it suitable for u carry on...

A good place for the whole family. While the children and adults played even my old mother had a nice place to sit back and watch. Everyone had a good time.

Great for the kids, if you just need a place to take them. The bathrooms arent clean and some equipment placement is not safe. They do seem to get double booked for parties as well.

My 3 year old enjoys this place. As a parent, you have a clear view of the kids playing which means you dont have to helicopter and them to keep an eye on them. They have very age appropriate sections.

I took my nieces and nephew here and they had a ball. Prices are really affordable and there is more than enough room for everyone to have the own space. I really liked how it was separate areas for smaller kids. Wonderful place to take the whole family.

Not so sure about this place only stayed for an hr but in that hr my 3 yr old and 13 yr old were playing together in the toddler section and was told he was not allowed in the play area ok first off I get it if its a crowded day bc hes a little tall but its empty no one here a few kids. What was the big deal him playing with his sister. And the bathrooms are dirty the toilets especially. And I get told I cant wear my shoes in the the play area to watch my daughter play but the employees are walking around there to with their shoes on. Dont understand their rules there a bit much.

First time here. Very good to get kids n adults energy out and get exercise in. I like that I do not have to pay if I am not participating. My boys had fun and I got to relax. Staff is helpful and Im able to let them enjoy without having my eyes on them at all times, staff is always on board.

Staff really wasnt too friendly. I absolutely love how they have the area for small children to play in. I have two kids under the age of two and we went here with my fiances younger sisters. The teens were able to jump while the babies had a place to play too. We went on a Tuesday night and it was dead. The staff felt like they were waiting for us, to find out when we left (30mins before they closed) they followed out and shut the door. I like it for the play area but may wanna find a different place. I hate how the trampoline were exposed. Its all in what looks like an empty old grocery store. But you can see the under parts of some trampolines and the only thing keeping you from the springs is a do not cross rope. My 2 year old can easily go under the rope and get her fingers pinched or worse. Seems like a safety Hazzard to me. Ive been to other trampoline parks that seem way better and safe for little ones.

The facility and staff are great. Kids love this place and they have something for all ages.

Great concept, management seems a bit lacking. Hand written notices are placed announcing the rules, and staff seemed a little stretched. Otherwise there is a good area for all ages

This place is for children 3+. We visited this place with our 20 month old and oh boy I scared was him after 10 min of playtime. The other kids were entering the ball pit pool meant for younger children. There was no staff to supervise that area or to restrict older children from jumping into ball pit. I didnt dare to take my son to the main play area with slides. I did take him to a smaller trampoline and he did enjoy it. I would visit again when hes little older. Dont waste your time and money here experimenting. Its not safe for children under 2 or 2.5.

Mary was incredibly rude on July 7. She failed at making me and my family feel welcomed. Rolling her eyes and tapping on the counter while we were paying. There was no issue with the other workers, one of them even had to calm her down. I’m never coming here again since the customer service is absolutely horrible.

This place is great! Has quite a lot of activities to tire the kiddos out. My baby loves the variety of things to do!

They won’t let me help my son in the kids playground even when it is a safety risk and they have holes on the bridge which cause my kid to get stuck. There are nuts and dirt on the ground too. Don’t come with little kids, they don’t allow parents to go pull them out of ball pits.

Great staff , safe environment

This place is great for young kids, though you have to watch carefully because the employees dont stop bigger kids from going in the toddler area and they tend to be very rough. It is a large facility that is fairly maintained, though the bathrooms are gross. Most of their equipment is kept in working order, though some of the smaller areas were closed.

This place is super fun for all ages. I had my sons birthday here today 8/10/19 & I couldnt have had a better time. Absolutely amazing!!

My daughter and I love it here. Ive havent had an issue with any of the workers as some reviews on here but you know ppl have bad days, glad I havent caught anyone on one. Nice spacious place to play. I like the fact the have 2 large areas for smaller kids. I will be celebrating my daughters next birthday here. Will update review once that happens to say whether it was a good choice or not.

My son Andrei was here I read the owner’s response and I can confirm it is completely incorrect. My child recorded the incident on his Apple Watch. He never swore,scratched, or told any employees his parents make more money. The harassment claims are totally incorrect too. Though his review stated he was 12 (dishonest) he was only 8 years old and was traumatized after getting yelled at by the owner. This place is also incredibly dirty too.

Great parking great for the kids will keep them busy for hours but you cannot take food inside which is understandable they have pizza from papa Johns also ok but they keep running out

I am currently here. I have to say, even though under construction, it is well kept and clean. Not a bad place to hang out with your kid and have a good time. But I do wish that I was able to play with my child in the childrens area. Being that my child has an intellectual disability, I wish I was able to interact and participate in playing with her a little more but I was told that parents are not allowed on the childrens equipment (im guessing just the ball area) which is understandable. Just an idea, but it would be a great idea to have a d day for children with disabilities or something along those lines (Less people and more one on one with parent and child).

My kids and my nephew kids spent awesome time together. Played trampoline and many physical activities. And there is baseball pitch.

Kids had a wonderful time!! The play areas were clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were also well above standard in cleanliness. We will be back!

I really do hate leaving bad reviews but there is definitely space for improvement here. Over all a cool place to take school aged kids and older but I do not recommend taking infants. They now have a play area for little ones and of course they charge you. The play area for the babies has a ball pit, amongst other areas, that they never sanitize. The 2 days after we visited my child had the flu and strep. Its impossible to clean every little thing, I get it. Just be aware that even though they now offer that area for the little ones... its not sanitized properly. Lesson learned.

I like this trampoline place it’s very fun for my two boys. Mainly for my six year old. My 9 month enjoys it also, but I have to be very careful with him since there is too much small trash on the floors. It seems that they are not very careful to clean the floors in the toddler area. That is the most important place to clean since the little ones do not have as much defense in their system and also, for the crawlers and little toddlers that do not know much different from trash and food. Also there seem that there was some kind of dry liquid on the floor under the structures, hopefully it was juice.The First time at this place my older boy got into some pee on the floor. I told the lady at the front desk and she wasn’t very concern about it. We stay for another 20 minutes and no one when to clean the mess. I hope they clean it at one point. This is the main reason why I am giving this place the two starts rating.

This place was perfect for my 8yr old and 2yr old. There was something fun for each of them to do. The prices are reasonable. Very spacious and clean. We visited this place twice during our visit to Houston cause my kiddos love it so much! Will definitely be returning!

Only $13 for an hour to play which isnt bad! They also have a few machine games there as well that my son loved to play.

Kids always seem to have a great time! One thing that I really like is that they keep adding more activities and structures that the kids really seem to enjoy. Good place to have a birthday party or just let the kids get worn out.

They should work on customer service. The owner/manager doesnt speak to customers so Im not surprised that the cashiers follow suit. She is typically behind the desk area, on the computer, or actually standing at a register just looking at people. No greeting, smiles, somebody will be with you I a moment, nothing. The guys that work the floor are good and seem to interact well with younger kids. No denim is understandable, but cotton tights that look like denim (not allowed) is weird. This is new... They loanedout basketball shorts for my child to wear, but had to give my keys to hold...It might be on the sign, but Ill read it again later. Place its cool other than that. Giving it a high score because the facility is large, clean, and there are a variety of options. If the manager was a bit more sociable it would be great.There needs to be a secure process In place if youre going to hold peoples keys as collateral for basketball shorts.keys placed in a clear, topless box, where somebody can reach over and grab.

So fun and energetic! Tons of trampoline and courses. Added an obstacle course and rock climbing. Ninja warrior obstacle, dodgeball, two little kiddo areas for toddlers and much more.
