Ive lived here going on two years. Its under treehouse communities management now and its gone down hill. They dont have security so theres no one to call if your neighbor decides to blast their music and refuses to turn it down when you ask them. The rent has gone up multiple times but no improvements to the park have been made. For the most part my neighbors are great people, just management is lacking. Also its not in a great neighborhood... Its just an okay place to live.

Pretty decent as far as trailer parks go.

I cant remember such plleasent service,from a desperately needed. Neighborhood market.Extremely reasonable prices.

People here spy on you, have your cars towed illegally etc....very descriminatory towards non hispanic clientele

Not only is the staff thorough, & continuously making themselves &/or employees AVAILABLE TO HELP, THIS COMMUNITY IS FIVE STAR(5*****). WORTHY & I say that without the slightest of doubt or hesitation. My husband and i met here and have lived in this community for over 7 years, management is always trying to make it better and it has been wonderful to watch it grow into what is today. There are pools and a little park for children to play at and tons of ways for the community that lives here to get/be involved in the community and help make it better and neighborly. The lot rent is cheap compared to what you would pay for an apartment of a smaller size. Newest management is really making it feel more like home and including everyone in a wide range monthly activities.

Is a wonderful place to live because of your staff the stuff is always been very helpful for any problems or situations that I have had they are some of the nicest people Ive ever met if you get a place in grams or a mobile home park youre a lucky person because its awesome place to live

This trailer park has so many pot holes throughout the entire place beware they are big enough to cause damage to your vehicle!

Friendly neighborhood

Just for the record because time does change things...Ive resided in Grand Missouri m.h.p for about 5 years. Throughout this time there has been several different managers, not all of them to friendly or compassionate, however as I mentioned things do change. Our mgr now , well shes always been in the office but not as mgr , is kind and approachable. Thoughtful but not to be over looked to her status as being in charge. She is always trying to get everyone in the community to get involved and gather together with evening potlucks, doughnut morning Saturday and holiday fun. These things done after her day of work and on her free time. She reaches out with a kind heart and tries her best to keep things going in the right direction. So as I mentioned at one time maybe a not so comfortable place to live, although maybe those old mgrs felt as if they were doing their jobs, now though its a nicer place to live and just fyi there has been new trailers put in the park. So come check em out if you need a new home..

It beautiful here here. I am very grateful to be apart of this growing family community.I the middle of their great facility is a Community Center, nicely constructed for social gatherings and such. Outside the center, They are providing two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Also, soon to be, childrens play area and basketball court, great for family fun activities. Inside they have the starting of an awesome gym, with more to come, to help us stay physically fit. Then their neat and clean laundry facility.Excitement swells within me as I am excepted and grow as a community member of The Grand Missouri Mobile Home Park Family Community. Sharing their heart a dream for greater living...

I wasnt at any location it was an incident that happened on the street probably in front of your business but there is no problem with your business it was a bad accident that happened right by your business

Its not a bad place but there are far better parks then Grand Missouri. Residents cant utilize the parks convention center any more and management is less than professional.I would look elsewhere.

Went to Grand Missouri Mobile Home Park for a memorial service for a dear friend. The manager was very helpful with parking the accommodations more spacious very clean and nice

I live here manager is rude and might be racist! Shes not trust worthy her name is Daphne and shes giving Grand Missouri a bad name! I feel like Im walking on glass with her!

Beautiful pool & clubhouse in a very clean park! Great Manager!!

This is a pretty good place my first renting to own with my girlfriend really have no complaints other then theyre a lot of stray cats.

High unreported crime rate area, gunshots allmost every night. All the neighbors seem friendly here is the only thing good about this trailor park.

Horrible community, water is constantly shut off in community. Dogs roaming everywhere, they keep raising rent for improvements but never provide the improvements. Good luck trying to get a hold of maintenance after business hours which is 5 pm.

The amount of left and right turns in this place get you dizzy

For the most part its very quiet and clean, I dont like the area that it is in, but again you dont see all the drug users and beggars around the park either.

I hate this place I really hate it I can’t stand it anymore it’s so stupid how 10 minutes I had my car out it was towed paid 200$ to get it out I don’t understand what kind of **** is this to many gun shots and homeless around here not safe at all.
