Quiet and clean. I am happy with my MiL accommodations

The group of neighbors are supportive children of God. PTTs composition is truly remarkable. Lucys Dog House is a comfortable classic home in the community. Residing for eight years at Palm Shadows is peaceful and always welcomed with respect of each other.

No Amenities. Lots of vacancies. Office staff has zero concern for seniors. No security. Not gated. High crime area.

Nice quiet 55+community

Really quiet place my pops really likes it

I live here I love my neighbors I love the activities that go on. Unfortunately there is a lot of politics I guess that happens every where you live which Im not involved in. Brand new $80,000 homes are being put in our community, I wonder what the new owners will think of some of our 50 year old homes here. as long as they have a live-and-let-live attitude all will be well.

I live outside of palm shadows just a few houses down from there perimeter wall and my phone is always picking up there WiFi. So thats gotta say something about that place. Plus its always clean and tidy on the outer perimeter.

A great place for great food and service

This park is not run very well. The manager is very lacks and it shows in several homes. The palm trees are nice but they make a real mess if there is a wind storm.

Nosey neighbors with nothing else to do but spy and tell your irrelevant business.

Never been there dont know where the place is and have no idea why my phone says I was there

Im resided at Palm Shadows for a year. Signed another rental contract even though the staff does very little maintenace. Its a good thing I can do some of the repairs otherwise Id been moved out.Ive spent many hours and monies making the place feel like home. I enjoy all the neighbors especially Willy & Gunner. Its a overall a pleasant place to live. The negatives about living in L160 it has a reek odor of sewer, the heat & air registers are bent and it hurts when you cut your foot on it. Makes a grown woman cry ouch. The doors & windows need repaired, the floor creeks and when I moved in it wasnt painted nor the carpet wasnt replaced which both need done.The manufactured home is 28 years old and is not inslated. Paper thin walls. I lost balance when I was moving in while on a step stool I fell right inside the wall. Management raised my rent but refuses to keep the property maintained. I was told its my job to do at my own expense and I feel its not fair.Palm Shadows is a great retirement place because they play bingo, have water arobics, cards, many different gatherings all week long. I enjoy meeting the snowbirds. They come from all over the states. They hold two annual yard sales each year which is a great time to meet all your neighbors. Cannot forget the bugs... Black widows,& scorpions are the worse.

Lots of nosy people live there. Its supposed to be 55 &up.but its only at the first time you go.cause I see kids and strollers there .so idk I think the park is racist.and all those people that live there are alcoholics.
