Raven and Rooster are great managers and always ready to help when you need them. They have cleaned out a lot of trash and unsavory tenants. We stayed 5 months and no problem at all. Being a gay couple we are always cautious and we were welcomed by all. Very close to many shopping and entertainment options. No frills place to stay, price was good for the area. We hope they will have a space when we return next fall.

A very nice place to live. Everyone is very friendly. Managers Raven and Rooster are awesome. They are Renovating the place. Being here before the Renovation started, I can see it taking shape and progress being made. It is a family oriented place with a park and shopping and more very close by. I have been treated very well by both owners and management. Very affordable.

Basically a very old travel trailer park. Once it was invested with those that choose the late nightlife and illegal activity. Since there is new management the have cleaned up the most obvious of offences.Even still, this place is not for the family with young children. Lets are welcome and the spaces are adequate. Rents are high just like the residents.

I loved living here ! Every one was very kind and welcoming. Rooster and Raven are wonderful managers and were always helpful with anything we needed. Theres been lots of reno and they stay on top of upkeep. Its a unique place to live but it made it that much more exciting

Wouldn’t recommend. They haven’t been much help when it comes to taken care of complaints about roaches, bed bugs, and mice. My family member has made complaints and a few other live ins as well. But it’s not their problem. They turn around and blame the tenants. They have even gone as far as evicting my family because they were moving stuff out of their home to bomb (they have a newborn it needs to be taken care of) what great managers you have.!

Too many cars in the road and drug addicts everywhere you look. Fix up your tenants needs cause they are wanting.

From appearance, it looks like the space you rent is your home to express who you are and about. Planting flowers, hanging flags, painting logs or rocks.Rose Terrace has bathroom facilities with a shower just in case you need one. I was visiting someone and used the shower, water pressure was good and didnt run out of hot water.The managers are currently working on upgrades, putting rent payments to work.Its not fancy and plush but a place I could maybe call home.

Its gotten a lot better since I was last here several years ago. New owners and management has gotten rid of a lot of the unsavory characters who used to be in and out of here hanging around outside of the laundry and bathroom facilities now theres not a single person wandering around when I took a walk around the park to see how things have changed. I was pleasantly surprised by how much theyve cleaned things up. Props to the new owner for all the work theyve put into turning this place around. It takes time to change the reputation of a place like this as bad as it was so now that theres already noticeable results of their efforts the reputation of this place is only headed in one direction, UP! And

Rose Terrace is a nice place to stay for a few days, or a few years there is a nice park around the corner, a corner store at the end of the street and a major grocery store less than a mile away the on site manager makes sure its a good place to be.

Meth heads dont go there find a better place to live

Dont live there they have rats and mice all over the place they r infested with rodents that chew into your home and never go away its unsanitary .

Ive lived here for almost a year now. Its affordable, I feel safe, neighbors are friendly, owner is professional. Park assistant mgt. Always ready to help. Conveniently located to just about everything. 2 minutes to grand ave. And 10 minutes to downtown, 20 to airport. Casinos in every direction. Frys and numerous other businesses walking distance or bus route you can walk to also. Mary Silva park across the street.

I live here answer pretty good place donors get along real well with you all you have to do is pay your rent and they dont bother you

I have lived here for 8 years, 4 owners and I cant count how many managers. Its a good place now. Anyone would be happy here, there is a public park around the corner, a cool corner store and a Frys half a mile away. The kids bus stop is at the entrance. The new owners have pretty much weeded out the rif raf and a public park right around the corner.

The new owners put A lot of new work into the park. The drug problem is almost gone. Trees and trailers lots are looking better and better. Cops dont come in as much do to the new standerds being up held. All trouble maker are being removed even guests. I can let my kids out to play with out the fear of gun fire like it was.

For the most part its a good place to set your small trailer or RV. There is only two things that keep me from giving Rose Terrace 5 stars and that is the bathrooms have no AC and the laundry mat, even though its new is a $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

Love it great neighbors , we all take care of each other, peace and quit.

Aint no trailer park like rose terrace trailer park...I love my neighbors we all look out for one another and shot out to the new owner for making the necessary changes getting rid of the problem straightening up the flaws and having our backs!! Just pulled a buddys fifth wheeler into one of there temp. spots really didnt get much off a chance to look it over. R V spaces seemed a bit small other than that can say much about the place.

My dad Marsh and i moved here to phoenix with my Holiday travel trailor stayed here at the Rose terrace tailor park back in 2008.The place was nice and friendly the park was kept up and quiet the showers were clean easy access bonus the management was always available and accommodated to my disability and made my living there easy. And a half years and i have felt at h home from the start and love living here its quite clean safe comunity and it took the owner about a year to find the right managment team he has the right people for the job paula runs the office and allways has time to listen to the tennats. And Charlie the manager somtimes works long into the night if needed to get the job done and u cant forget Chharlies wife that runs a buisness of her own and sstill donates her free time to the park tending the grounds and what ever she sees that needs done thanks to u all
