I wish i could give them a one. The community is small kids are not allowed to play in peach the park manager goes to great lengths to make people feel uncomfortable my sister lives there and they are constantly harassed buyer beware because during COVID this company charged people who lost their jobs and made threats to end leases because they could not pay. The company itself has not respect for their paying tenants I do not understand why no one has called the Attorney General because although you own the home you still need to paint or they will kick you out.Biased complaints about pets when their are chihuahuas biting people and the non violent dogs that just bark are kicked out this is a bad neighborhood, so you need a dog for protection gun shots all night by the back gate properties their was a raid a few months back two homes on the same streets and you could not leave because of that then a week later another raid.The park management office should be reported for their racist actions there are a few families of color there and they are told to clean up other peoples leaves from their trees and harassed constantly do not move to this park there are plenty of park who will not harass and double charge for rent find a place that does not have a mini world who makes up rules as you go. This place is not a good community at all i tell my sister to move out because the home she purchased was unlivable and its not safe I will be reporting this community to AZ housing because they are selling homes not fit for a dog to live in i dont care if it is called a fixer upper if their is no toilets sinks and you cant get them repaired they need to remove all the homes from 1975 go to three fountains and other parks were they sell homes you can repair minus the nosy manager and the lady at the front desk needs to take some empathy training.The community is small but with all the drama pay a private owner buy a home it is worth the privacy staff walks in your yard and they are always trying to add fees to your rent better off renting from a place were you rent does not increase every month.

Clean , quiet, but confusion city. It took me about ten minutes to find my way out of there. One way in one way out. Thank goodness I had maps for once it didnt get me lost

I have lived here for over 2 years now and its A peacefull and friendly family environment. The pool is always clean and looks emaculant.

Very disappointed with this place. They ask for a credit score higher than 525. The people in the office are racist if you dont have a social security number you cant live in the park. Not worth waisting your time on this park if your not a citizen or a resident of the U.S.

Rent is 500$! You have to pay property taxes! You are better off getting a mortgage! Dont forget you still have to purchase youre own trailer.

Management of Bellaire Manor were friendly able to answer questions about applying for residency in their Park unfortunately they have a one dog policy and I am an owner along with my roommates have 3 dogs and one service dog making it a total of 4 dogs so therefore I must pass on purchasing a home in this park
