It really could be better. Some shady people here. Management could also be better. Water shutoff happens sometimes without no notice at all and its frustrating. EDIT: we moved here again and its more or less the same, but the managements priorities are thrown out the window. There is a huge mess on the far end where the second dumpsters are located, and it has been trashed for almost a week now, whereas their main priority would be to repair and fix up a mobile home.

If i had the opportunity to leave zero stars I would , management is incompetent of doing Their job correctly , the manager is there to only drive around the trailer parking To stick papers to the tentants door it took them about a year to fix the lighting , They have a private towing company that the use for monetary gains just so that the tow cars and receive a portion BEWARE

Would be a good place to live if it wasnt for the mess. Trash next to the dumpsters even if those are empty there is no maintenance or tge manager cant even bother on maintain the place clean and I know is our job too as residents but most people dont use trash bags and because of that we have fly problem.

Great and clean community Luis the manager goes above and beyond for the residents and as well as prospects. I would highly recommend this Mobil Home community to anybody!

Picked Up A free stroller from Offer Up

Lived here for 3 years and had to sell my trailer for personal reasons. Great place to live. Quiet and neighbors look out for each other. Luis is a great manager, he gets things done asap.
