Park was clean and quiet. No parking on the street. You either have to park in your driveway or park at the office and walk to your mobile. Space rent is $630. I think thats a little high considering what they have to offer.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management is so rude and strict. I personally dont mind strict because theres discipline in the mobile home park, but theres a difference between being strict and being HARRASED and being DISCREMINATED. Management looks for any reason to evict people. ANY REASON, to just being a simple person they dont want to see in the mobile home park to not having enough rocks in the front. They have been doing this for years and have gotten away with evicting families for unfair reasons!! They change rules as they wish without alerting the tenants. I also came to find out that some tenants pay an extra monthly fee of $50.00 for parking and they dont get towed!!!!! (Favoritism)others dont know about this. They would make up lies saying they would get complaints from our neighbors about us. They are lies! Were a family that stays to ourselves.. They do this to get residents to leave and they stay with their mobile home and resale them!

Worst management. Worst maintenance. Rules only apply to some. Over priced with nothing included. Lived there 8 years. Totally deplorable management.

Needs new owners urgently. Both women dont seem to care for important issues such as leaking pipes and you need their help. Also, yearly price increase on rent, and now they charge you 10$ per pet. So think twice if you want a home or land and have pets. Park is great, no playground, basketball court is always being kept clean. Pool is good. Always issues about parking spots. If you have any issues due to plumbing and/or repairs, trust me when I say they wont lift a finger to help you out. This place is going downhill. If you are looking for a mobile home then try peoria estates community. Save yourselves the trouble. Aslo before I forget. If you have MULTIPLE cars and dont move them around for some days, even in your own home parking space, expect a orange sticker saying to move your vehicle to an unused space at the back of the homes, which means a junkyard. Do a personal visit before calling so youll see for yourself.

This place is look decent but the security guard always be telling residents other residents business. They seem to have favorites... And any man with long hair or women with color hair is automatically drug dealers.. Shame on this place !! I would rather my relatives be at local homeless shelter!!

Live here, extremely rude management. They lied to me when I first moved in about never raising rents. They site you for everything. Then site you again, charging you mysterious legal fees. It runs like a Gestapo prison camp. Different rules for different residents, usually based on if you complain.Best advice dont buy here. I pay a 15dollar a month pet rent. But the park has no pet facilities. Please stop the false charges...

A lot of favoritism from management towards certain people. Not everyone follows the rules and management only sees what they want too. A lot of cats so this place is always smelling like poop. They say pets can’t be more than 25 pounds yet some people have big dogs that poop al over the place and pee on the house doors. Not to mention management is very rude and disrespectful they do not help and every time you ask for the owners information management tells you to figure it out your self. Its been a year since some teenager started living here with their grandmother and all they brought is problems. Police is always here and those kids are always doing drugs. So it became a not so good environment.

Dont live here!!! All management does is hand out notices and fees/demands rent after raising it every year. While they dont do anything til 1pm in the afternoon. They cant even open the laundry room til ten even though the sign says 8am-5pm. They cant even manage to keep tenants because of how bad they operate the park and the parks owner allows them to continue working? This place is a disgrace. Dont live here!!!

Its just great a little expensive but its good

They keep raising the lot rent every 6months to a year they send threating letters to tenants who have work trucks or small work trailers .they try to tell me I cant have my service dog who is only 10lbs over the limit but its a federal law they cannot tell me I cant have him they constantly turn off the water with out notice .they sent me a letter saying I cant put air in my tire when I had a flat tire dont live here people keep moving out because of these problems the management has been giving $100 dollar fines for parking in front of my house twice one time was for unloading a new door for my house and new skirting another time i came home at 3am and there was no parking so i was told by the maintenance guy (Larry) that i could park in front of my trailer if there were no available spots open and they said it was parked there for 17 hours , !! no way because i had gotten up at 8 am to see if there was a spot open and there was so i moved my car. Another thing is the maintenance guy carries a gun now in the park!!!THIS PLACE IS A PRISON !!! I HAVE A LAWYER LOOKING INTO THIS PLACE !!!

Thinking about purchasing a trailor and residing here not trashy quiet calm

I currently live here and not only the management but the security (overnight) spend their entire time harassing the tenants. They close off free parking spaces so no one can park. They tried to tow my trailer. Now theyre adding that they dont allow commercial vehicles inside the park and are very inconsistent as there are many landscapers another businesses that live in the park.

You dont want to live there. Change rules to suit themselves with no notice to residents. Alot of racial discrimination.

Pros: The MHP is very clean, they dont allow felonies to rent here. They also have security drive around at night. Cons: The lot rent is high. For water repairs they have to shut down the whole parks water which is like every other month. They do feel like HOA when you have weeds in your space.Over all it is a nice place to live.

Clean and maintained. Standards are reasonable and enforced. High rent pays for amenities and attention to detail.

It is wonderful mobile home with a lot of cool interesting people if you know what I mean. The trailers are fully maintained by their respective owners and the residents are friendly to you.

They strictly enforce the rules and thats what keeps it a safe place to live!! Love it!
