Neighbors very loud and noisy with yapping dogs. Very difficult to drive through the park because of how many residents park all their vehicles on the street. Packs of small dogs roam the park, darting in front of your car. Theyre not wild dogs, no theyre residents dogs. I could go on but the manager would take this down.

Not maintained or managed. Mobiles looked awful. Looks like a third world country.

I have lived here 3 different times and all 3 times there have been different management. My experience with the current manager Sylvia has been great. She treats me with respect and anytime that I have needed anything she has gotten back to me in a timely manner. The park looks wonderful since Sylvia became manager compared to the other times I have lived here and the park looked like a junk yard . Sylvia takes great pride in her work and it shows all around Shadow Ridge estates.

This place is full of crack heads and the pictures on the website is edited to the fullest!The management is unprofessional and super rude.This place is over capacity and has no parking spaces for visitors and if parked in front of trailer on property of the visiting residents your car gets Towed.They say they aren’t responsible, but yet they sure as hell get a cut from the fee.Also there is empty trailers that homeless stay in.Not family friendly to many drunks and junkies and management is not qualified to the job everything is unorganized and they don’t clean or maintain the trailer park the streets have been fix multiple times and rent goes up and the street is still cracked broken and bumpy.Even though there is a fenced and it has Barbwire people jump and trespass from the back apartments I’m sure back residents are concern due to the space being in reach.Never answer phone calls instead they send a message saying I’m busy at the moment.Please text me. And they don’t use proper grammar , lack of training for management. BEWARE!!!...

I have been to this park to visit several times and felt welcome ,went in to office with my sister that lives in this community management very friendly and nice, hoping to move into community once theres an opening, after summer is over.

Clean, seems like a nice place for a beginning family or older couples.

I have never had a bad experience living here and the manager Silvia has always been very kind to me and she is very understanding. If ever i had an issue it was tooken care of

Its not a good place and, the manager lady (Silvia) is very rude to certain people , she is biased.
