Manager Olga is rude and makes errors in paperwork, yet does not take ownership of said mistakes. Overall bad service and poor customer relations. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PARK. I came on time to talk with Olga at the office about looking at a few units. I was there early. I went to the door she was rude, stand offish and immediately told me to not get closer when all I was trying to do was get the key from her. Came back to look at another unit she continued to be rude at the office and at the unit I looked at next. I became upset at how I was being treated and walked out. I had wanted to be closer to my gf who currently lives there. She was with me and also left a poor review on this place

Its a very nice,quiet place.Very clean....and so close to Westgate area with so many shops and restaurants to choose from..

Worst park ever. Management is Grouchy and mean. Park is dirty and nasty. They have a small Park in there for kids which is dirty and nasty my daughter was grossed out. Not a good place to live. Stay away from this place far away

Booked a spot in August 2019 for February 2020. Olga V. Sent me a confirmation email. When I called shamrock they said I wasnt in the system and I dont have an email Olga said she never sent anything as Im looking right at it. I called in Aug. Now Im stuck looking for a place to stay for a month in Arizona in prime snow birds season. Olga was extremely rude. Dont ever stay here.

Nice, clean mobile home park..homes are maintained well for the most part and the neighborhood is quiet. Easy flow to get through once you know it.

Weve living here for about 5yrs. The place is clean, quiet and secured at nights, which, gives us peace of mind. The staff is great. Really love it here. Only thing is, there is not enough parking spaces, that we rarely need anyway but, would be great to have. All in all very nice place to live at.

Very clean and quit price is a little steep for RV lot for a week. But its almost kind of worth the extra. I swear i havent seen or talked to anyone in this community. This place isnt small, mind you.

This is one of the nicest Parks its very clean they have nice security at night thats a quiet very clean Park each lot is separated by fences so you feel like you have your own space

I have stayed in this RV park many weekends, it is right around the corner from the Cardinals stadium. You receive excellent service and it is very clean. I will be back next season!

Tidy and quiet. Easy access and good location. This is a mobile home park, not an RV Resort/Park so dont expect resort amenities.

This mobile home park is a five-star Park. It is one of the cleanest and well-managed parks in Phoenix. Each mobile home lot is separated by fencing giving you feeling of privacy. It has security at night.

Olga is a very nice professional office worker. She got everything done as she promised and made me feel like I was the only person she had to take care of.

I love living here the only issue I have is parking there is no where to park and if you park in front of your mobile home or on the rocks you get towed!!

Really a trailer park with a few RV spots. Spaces are down cul-de-sacs but we managed ok. There is no registration parking, so we were partially blocking the busy entrance checking in. The water and power were on the fence at the back of the space, so back way in or bring your long cord and hose. Was OK for a night. Not on our favorites list.

I tried to leave zero stars but must leave at least oneI have lived here over 2yrs and I convinced my gf to look at a few mobile homes on 04/18. She was treated rudely by Olga from the office. I do not believe that I want to continue living here after my gf was treated so badly. I was with my gf and cant believe how she was treated. I no longer recommend this park

Not a real campground. This is a mobile home park that keeps a few empty spaces for RVs. It did provide water and electricity, but no other amenities. Very over priced!
