Excellent park, the people make the place, mullet wearing wife beater type with behavioral issues that is why the Behavioral clinic is next door. Great place to strike up a conversation about welfare and criminal activities. Owner has an oxy and meth dispensary in office for guests with no teeth and issues.Great place to live for the mentally ill on disability who cant afford a real house and useless eaters.Will definitely return to hang out with the swell people of this trailer park!!

Good place to live for the elderly whos happy with the peaceful quiet life of not entertaining family and friends at your home anymore. The park is not family friendly to guess, mainly younger guess. But if youre still young at heart and love having your grandkids around sometimes, this may not be the the place for you. My family came to visit from up north after me not seeing them for three years. I was hoping to be able to spend a few days just grilling and hanging out by the pool with them, but with the parks too strict rules (even though hardly any of the residents including myself ever use the pool), we were not able take advantage of the amenities that Ive paid for the past three years. I felt bad because with them coming from the cold, they were looking forward to hanging out in the pool. I just wish I had looked further before my purchase. But thats just me. I will always love spending time with my family. Im left feeling that Ive traded my grandbabies for my home. But I can always spend the money and go to a hotel.

Has an underground brothel and bags of crack are sold at the management office, and included as a consumable amenity as part of the parks hoa fee.
