My brother lives there, and really likes it there. The pool area is really nice.

I’ve lived here almost 3 years now. The change in management was very much needed. Manager and staff are so nice. They are really on people for driving safely in the park as well as keeping pets indoors and not running around. The pool was remodeled recently and it looks wonderful. Security is out at night. It is an all ages park, but definitely doesn’t look it.

We moved in out of necessity at the time . Everything looked and seemed good until we moved in . We get constant notices about our up keep on our property , I do understand that they want the park to look nice but I didn’t sign up for an HOA community, where I have to give notices about every little thing I do to a home I’m paying mortgage on . One thing is telling me to keep my lot clean since I’m “RENTING” but another on my actual home .. if there going to start paying my mortgage ill do as they say until then they really need to learn how to butt off . Really do your homework before moving into any community especially this one .

Was just in this community because we were representing a buyer of ours lokking at purchasing a home. Nice little community, it was clean, the rec center and pool seems decent, overall a community I would recommend if youre looking for a park home setting.

Seems quiet & well kept, usual crazy HOA BS. Rules rigid for newcomers, Managements somewhat aloof attitude is not optimal.

Cassandra is very nice and informative. The area is very clean and well kept.

The manager is very rude, as is the sales lady Cassandra. Our Aunt passed away and we had to get everything taken care of. She had lived there since 1980.

My partner and I have done some remodeling for them over $4000 worth of work drywall, painting, framing , concrete formed, eat. And they are not paying us for the work we did not a good place to work or live

Lots of old people and loud music

My elderly mom lives here and since new owners came in its a mess any where from crimes to loud noises to loose dogs running around. its a mad house in this place. It went from a 55+ community to family community, now the elderly suffer.

The new manager is useless complains about weeds but doesnt help keep the environment safe. Thieves live here and crooks run it. Management doesnt even know how to keep the pool running. Stay far away from here!!!!!
