This place is a joke management always blames you for everything even though you didn’t do anything wrong I would not recommend this place at all

This park deserves no star what so ever. The manager is extremely rude!!!!! Worst customer service ever. I accidentally dropped water on there floor and she started being really rude. I apologized to her many times but she was still really rude and running her mouth like we couldnt hear her.

This place has its pros and cons, first off the trailer were renting WAS a nice trailer at one time but Ive found out the family that was here before me had a really bad roof leak that literally caused the wood to break and now we could fall through the floor and I asked them about it I was told I would be put on a list but they dont know how long it would be and the girl who works here has been waiting for years to have her floors fixed then theres the mold that they tried to paint over and the stove top that doesnt work a lot of the time, its like I said it is a roofover our heads but its got so many problems with it and the park is run down and there are so, so many empty ones that arent fixable and not to mention all the wild cats that people feed and roam freely, there are weeds everywhere, apparently her brother owns a trailer park down the street and it is in immaculate condition , ya know I do accept responsibility for not looking at this place more in depth but I needed a place to stay so I took it plus I can walk to work in just a few minutes, now, will I recommend it to friends and family NO Im sure there are places out there that are alot better finally will I resign a lease? no Ill stick to a month to month for awhile and with that you make your decision bye-bye.

DO NOT BUY A HOME HEREDO NOT RENT HERE..Manager Leann is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO TACT as well as being HEARTLESS. Moved in 4 months ago to have the whole home fall apart. Needed a new water heater, a new furnace and a stove. Maintenance men didnt want to perform work on my home as they were NOT certified to do so and asked us to ask LEANN the manager to outsource it but this woman made them do it anyway. I had to call maintenance after hours and he flew over thinking our house caught fire and said he was relieved we were ok. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK..you can search ANY search engine on this place and read the HORRIBLE reviews of terrible things done to MANY PEOPLE. If anyone is filing a lawsuit please contact me as I have pictures and videos of the shady happenings at this Trailer Park. They dont give you any paperwork and NEVER WILL .. someone NEEDS to look in to the RACKETEERING Going on in this Trailer Park make sure you keep ALL YOUR PAPERS IN ORDER! There are SO MANY evictions if one looks in to it..seems like they let you move in to take your money...Never want to Repair anything then when you complain YOU are the one she claims is rude and hostile then she plays a great victim until she throws you out then all her True colors show. I had been nothing but patient with these people over 4 months even HELPED them out by cleaning a turn over once and Leann refused to pay me. We also caught her assistant rummaging through a home they day after they evicted my neighbors taking furniture out for her personal use Contact me like I said I have videos and pictures and I would LOVE TO SHARE

This is a up and coming great place to live. The whole park is getting remodeled and when its done this place will be a prime place to live.

This place is a joke . Moved in to in June 2018 . Place looked nice on the surface but after living there 1 week things started falling apart . Everything in the place was jimmy rigged . Told them about stuff falling apart nobody came . My sliding door was put in backwards therefore I could not put a stick in it to lock it they sent some one to fix it there answer to the problem was to screw it shut .. next I noticed a spot that was wet on the bathroom ceiling the guy came and replaced the price of drop ceiling next those spots were through out the mobile home looked up in the ceiling there was mold . Told them these spots with black rings were popping up in every room in the house . They did nothing never even came to look at it . I went to the office 3 different times to complain still nothing . This was in the beginning of November my son came from school for Christmas break he has severe asthma had several attacks while there my dogs were weaseing .I believe it was black mold covered up by them . Dont rent trailer 219 whatever you do . I did not pay my rent hence was evicted was the best thing now my son comes home and doesnt get sick my dogs are better .

Not only are the living conditions sub par with a million stray cats everywhere..but the manager Leann is the poster child for C U Next Tuesday this lady hates herself so naturally she hated everyone else too!!! One of the absolute worst places to live in the milkyway Galaxy!!!Id rather live inside a port-a-potty !!!

They steal from their employees, If you have worked there within the past few months, please check your paystub. They changed dates, took out fees twice, please employees, if you need to file a complaint, contact the BBB, Thank you!!!!!!!!! and for the girl at the front desk your conduct was outrages and embarrassing.

This people always try to find a way to screw you over please I will advise to look for a different place to live and not go there. Anyone that has had a problem there please contact me we are gathering people to have a lawsuit on this mobile home park. We have a group off people that has left and people that are currently there join us and gather as much information so we can run the management and get some of our money back from this thiefs. Please I encourage people to gather pictures and proofs of any source of problems they have come across this people. Lets not have anymore people go through the same thing we went to.Thank you

Visit was great.... good times with family...

The old management was waaayyyy better, they actually cared for the people of the community and their safety. This new management only cares about towing cars and ruining family gatherings. There has been numerous burglaries and other dangerous activity IN the trailer park, yet security is conveniently never around when the real crimes happen. I remember security use to make their rounds every so often during the days AND nights, not jst parked at the front office. Things have definitly gone down the drain with this new management.

Went in to find out info for a friend. The girl was rude. Did not want to be bothered. I asked a few questions and walked out. Her name began with an L and she was rude.

So pitbull lady runs this place with other girl (chubby)needs Jesus in their lives. Ive seen them chew n spit out men Their workers! Cant wait to have your balls roasted over a super hot ? Or you ladies want to be watched and get looks that will kill you and take your confidence away? How about your kids get yelled and screamed at for being kids by goofy boss guy (white dude is spun all day long) n pitbull manager lady? Then RENT RENT RENT here!!! If you need drugs you came to the right park .. Any kind of drugs you want I know of 8-10 trailers that would be happy to take your moneys. Most of them are pitbulls people...I saw what they did to one of pitbulls workers and his family.. I ran into them the other day all I can say is.... you work for this park never go against pitbull even in your heart you do for the safety of a family moving into one of these trailers or if you get hurt and out of work..because your wife n kids will be sleeping from park to park with 1 bag of clothes and washing at gas station while getting kids to school then trying to find food before kids get out of school all without a car Brings tears to my eyes...Evil Evil Evil how does owner let this good man and his family pay the price of pitbulls chewing ways?? Oh $$$$$....I work for the city and I just got this job before I worked two part time jobs.....dont you forget to tell pitbull how wonderful she is or she will find anything to have chubby put slip on your trailer everyday until you mess up n get kicked out.. Right when its the day after you pay rent.. Hmmm money maker?? Yes Yes she found a way to kill more and more family and lives. I say 2 more months and I will be FREE... Woohoo good luck everyone else. Roaches will not be coming with me sorry you now will have fun living with them making them part of family your gonna have to only way to live through your lease. Leanne should really learn being evil only gets you down stairs... WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE!! Cannot stress how annoying it is that the water gets cut off for hours without notice, roach problem, maintenance never does the job right the first time. Had a crack in my tub there solution was to put plastic paint over it to seal it .... Office wont do repairs , not even a window broken by neighborhood kids .. Absoluetely worst place to rent from ...

Management is rude and not concerned with tenants maintenance requests. The trailers are infested with roaches, and the park is over run with stray cats! At night it is extremely dark because all the outside lamps have fallen into different stages of disrepair. The amount they want each month for rent is not worth the trailers!

Scammers, will send you court while youre waiting to pay your bill in their office!

Nothing but problems cant wait for my lease to be up.. constant problems with the trailer and constant problems with the office!!!the manager is rude and will use whatever she can against you she tried using my wifes at the time anger issues on me. And the rest of the office staff is lazy as hell always on personal phone or outside smoking .. they also hardly talk to maintenance and the do not allow maintenance to do proper repairs!! They use duct tape for just about everything.. and they will blame you for any damages ... and they dont like layers bc they know every single trailer is not up to date with city code.. Lee Anne and Aurora are the worst and should not be in charge of a complex!!! If I could give a negative million stars I would...

Tried to rent a trailer, but due to a 4 years ago judgment they did not accept me, I even went downtown to pay off the settlement and the Crack head in the office called to say I fraudulently made the papers as she apparently said she called the main leasing office. I Just hanged up on her as first of once it goes to collection it goes to the courts. SMH A whole running around for nothing and a waist of 30 bucks, pool was green and theres alot of empty spaces!!!!!

Well kept quiet place with mobile homes for sale or rent

I lived here for 12 very long, very stressful years. The only reason I stayed is because I owned my trailer and couldnt afford to move it. The Owner refuses to do the upgrades required. When I had Halloween decorations that blocked the view of my porch I was told they had to be removed immediately. Every month I would receive a notice for weeds regardless if it was 1 weed or had just rained. Everything had a threat of eviction. The management changes every 6 months so they dont have to display their certificates. All I can say to anyone considering moving a new unit in is look at the number of empty lots. Thats a good indication of how the park is ran.

Worst place ive ever lived at, maintenance took for ever to fix roof, i had to pay for my own pest control, mold growing on windows that never got taken care of,when i moved i recieved a letter insted of deposit stateing that they were keeping my deposit and on top of that charged me $475 more $100 for paint wich i dont now what they painted if everything was wood the only thing that might of needed paint was one kitchen drawer,$350 for 7 blinds when only 3 needed to be replaced,$75 for pest control that i had also paid myself $100 for cleaning when everything was spotless when i left and $200 for weeds for wich is the only thing i would of actually paid for not the rest and i think that my $350 would have taken care of that, they are a total ripoff i will never recomend this place to anyone, my worst experience ever.

I lived there for 15 years and it was the most horrible place Ive ever lived in my life I was basically treated like a prisoner they overcharge you they dont do any work to the trailers they just suck big dont ever live there unless you want to have the most horrible living experience the office is constantly in your business they can see you pull in right when you pull in and theyre always putting notices on your door about things that are insignificant Three Fountains is sorry.

They have ROACHES, their almost the size of beatles, no joke. Worse place to live. Rules dont apply to owner or rude staff in office. More than 85% of the street lights are out making it very dangerous to walk at night. Their policy is do as I say, not as I do. The girls in the front office are the worse of all. Very unprofessional, very ghetto & will stand up during a conversation as you are proving them wrong as if they want to fight. Maintanence doesnt know what they are doing, you tell them your pipes are leaking under the sink..they bring a roll of duct tape. Security is very unprofessional & extremely rude when you, by law, dont have to answer their questions so they will position themselves in front of you as to block you from walking away until you pull out your phone to call the cops then they get in their car & drive off. If security hears your tv or radio playing they will come pounding on your door saying to lower the sound because it could POSSIBLY irritate the neighbors, eventhough no neighbor has EVER made any complaints. Pool is small & overcrowded at times, playground is not safe, grass is always yellow never green, trash bin area is disgusting with trash all on the floor, never in the bins. We have never be more thrilled to no longer live there for the past couple of months. Will NEVER recommend this horrible place.THEY CHARGE YOU TO USE THE POOL! People rent homes or apartments for use of the pool, they charge you 2 dollars PER wristband to use the pool. They wont let you transfer to another bigger home if you know the original rent rate because they want to charge someone else of the street a higher price. Worse place to live! They will do absolutely anything to make your life a living hell here.

Place sucks, managements a mess , cut water off all the time for hours at a time due to a problem at 1 trailer yet the whole park looses water. Never rent here.
