Condo shows a little wear but location, large rooms and 2 balconies make it a great choice. Full size kitchen means you dont have to eat out. Excellent choice for preventing covid and still having a good time.

It a beautiful place to stay. They have a picnic area, playground pool and is all gated. They are very concerned about cleaning. They have since about safety. Easy access to walking gifts and food amenities. I posted a picture of the gorgeous views.

The only good thing about the room was the location. I loved that it was on the beach front we had a great view and we only had to walk across the street to get to the beach. On the flip side the room was very old and the could really use some upgrading, it was kind of spooky. During our stay we noticed little tiny ants everywhere especially In the bathroom they were all over the sink. As we sat watching TV a roach climbed across the wall. That’s when I begin to zip up my bags I did not wanna take any roaches home with me. Lastly, on the day of check out we received a message telling us to remove all linens from the bed, put all towels in the bathtub, put all dishes in the dishwasher use the pods NOT the detergent and start the dishwasher. Not only that they said empty and seal the trash and take it outside?? I text back and asked what is the housekeepers job. They said since it a bigger building and they don’t charge us a housekeeping charge then she went to say they can look forward to changing a housekeeping fee. I said sure bc people on vacation don’t wanna clean bf they leave we do enough of that at home. We paid 420.00 plus a 200.00 deposit I’m sure the housekeeping got there’s BUT there was nothing to clean bc I had to cleaned the room bf I left. I won’t return back to that place again I’ve seen and been to much better.I did read a review saying they take deposits so I took photos of the room for proof.

We enjoyed our stay but felt that the entire condo could use some updating. Simple updates like replacing the blinds that were broken, or getting new patio furniture would do a lot to make the condo more aesthetically appealing. The furniture looked like it was from the 80’s. We enjoyed how spacious the condo was and the staff was excellent at communicating and letting us know how to express check in. All of the appliances worked with the exception of the back porch lights. The condo is super close to the beach so we literally could just cross the street and be there. That said, it is very loud because of the Main Street and the ocean being right there. I’d suggest bringing a noise machine for sleeping. Overall, we’d stay here again because of the affordability, size, and convenience, but really would like to see small updates.

We stayed a Friday through Sunday. The check-in process was Covid easy due to the fabulous Brittany coming to our car to deliver the keys and paperwork. The property is a bit aged but comfortable and CLEAN! My bedsheets and towels smelled of bleach and that was fine by me and meant that they were washed. The downstairs balcony is huge and right on Seawall Blvd. (Bring extra chairs)2 queen size beds and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen has a full size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher.All in all, we would not have any issue renting this property again.Again, props go out to Brittany for being a Customer Service superstar!!

I rarely write reviews but felt this was important enough to do so for this establishment. We stayed there last week and had an end unit. On the second day of our stay we had a couple come visit us for lunch, so we walked next store to a restaurant to eat. We left our condo at 1pm and I got a call on my cell phone from the front office 45 minutes later, that both vehicles had been towed!! We had moved our vehicle so it was parked parallel to our unit and not directly in front so that our visitors could fit. We did not block anyone or another unit and we were not parked in a fire zone. Also, we had our parking permits clearly visible on the dashboard. I did not receive a courtesy call stating that they would like us to park differently.. just a call saying they had been towed and we would have to contact the towing company. I did speak to the office staff and they said it happens all the time. And that the maintenance crew saw it happening and tried to stop the tow company but it was too late. The front office told me they have a contract with the towing company. I also asked to have the General Manager called as they would have authority to have our vehicles returned.. and was told he had been contacted and there was nothing they could do. I will state that there is a towing enforced directly by the front office but it was not visible around the property. Also, we had to pay $300 CASH per vehicle to the towing company, as they stated the credit card machine did not work. Also, we called the towing company immediately and they said they would be there to let us get our vehicles only to find out when we got there, they had left and made us wait over an hour in the heat for them to show up. We had to pay an Uber as the front office would not help us get to the location to pick up our vehicles.I am not saying we not not at fault for not parking incorrectly in front of OUR unit.. but to tow our vehicles less than an hour after we left, is uncalled for and to not even get a courtesy call before towing is bad business. The towing company ACE TOWING was horrible! I work in a high stress job and have the motto of never letting a person see you sweat, to remain calm in a stressful situation as losing your cool does not help the situation. I will say that I was honestly calm and had restrained respect for all..but to not have it returned was very disappointing and EXPENSIVE.If this had not happened I would return to the Four Seasons as the unit was clean and I enjoyed my stay otherwise. It was nice to be right next to the beach..although the traffic at night and bright lights coming into the bedroom was a negative. I would still recommend.. just dont park incorrectly outside your unit or bring $300 cash!

Older property, need repairs, close to restaurants and sea wall, pool has issues. Beds need to be replaced, property has ample room for 5 people, small town house. Convenient and across from the beach.

Love Four Seasons On the Gulf. The location is awesome. The price is super affordable. Youre just steps away from the beach and so close to all of the shops and restaurants. The rooms themselves are big and spacious, me and my wife will definitely be staying here again next time were in Galveston.

This is a prime location on the beach front. The stay includes all the accessories and amenities needed to feel right at home and is around a variety of restaurants if you want to eat out.

The rooms were a little dated but clean. Minimal noise from road traffic at night.

Great central location to attractions, all needed amenities close by, right across the street from the beach, clean and spacious living quarters. Will be our go to spot for every future visit.

Good place to stay, kiddos didnt want to leave. We got to see the fireworks on Sunday from our balcony. Turned out to be one of the best places we have stayed at here in Galveston. Good for walking to the beaches right across the street. We had plenty of dishes for what we needed during our stay. Plenty of room for our large family, never felt crowded.

Great location, amazing sunrises right across the street. Oh, street... be prepared for load road noise... especially 18, 19 & 20 since that is where the stop light is. Otherwise we would have given it 5 stars. But we read other reviews and were prepared. We spent 90% of stay doing tourist things not in condo. It was comfortable to come back to.

Condo was 2 bedrooms with private baths upstairs and a half bath down stairs. It was the perfect size for an extended stay for a family of four. The downstairs toilet leaked (we told the office), the beds were full size, not queen and were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Sagging and breaking paint throughout the unit. Pretty much everything needs to be updated but the living room. Given the price, it was expected to be outdated. However outdated the unit was, it was extremely clean. The staff was helpful and very nice. The location was perfect to walk across to the beach. The pool and grounds were clean and it was nice having front door parking. The kitchen had everything, including a blender- you wont find that in a hotel room! Overall decent stay for our family. I would recommend the owners invest in updated smoke dectors, beds, and new loungers.

The condo was very outdated it had great views but the bed was very uncomfortable and very outdated!!!

The best location possible! It had everything we needed and more. The only thing I would recommend is more comfortable beds. Update with thicker more comfortable mattresses and a higher quality bath linens. Other than that ....awesome. I would highly recommend and will definitely return soon I hope.

Nice little place. We got the one the wife wanted and it was pink. Whatever but it gets 4 because the inside was like an old house that frat boys destroyed. Did have a lot of fun and the little pool was not good. It was too small for so many people and it seems lame compared to the Ocean.

The location was perfect for most walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The beach being so close was the selling point for my choice in this property. Once we arrived during the storm we were greeted and by friendly helpful staff. The staff was helpful in helping us with our flight and transportation information because of the tropical storm. Our condo was more than we imagined when it came to meeting our expectations.

Clean and not too expensive. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location and view were very good. Parking was excellent, right next to front door. Pool was well kept.

The condo was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and easy. We did, however, experience a couple of issues that were not addressed. Our first full day at the condo, the light in one of the bedrooms stopped working. I put in a maintenance request but had no response so no lights for the entire stay. We also had roaches and was told there was nothing they could do because there was a monthly service and they were between the monthly applications???

The location and amenities of this property were fantastic. Great views from the balcony and lots of space inside. The condo we stayed in was very outdated and would benefit from a modernisation throughout, however the benefits outweighed this only negative point. I would defiantly look to stay here again.

We loved our stay, we have stayed there before and since then they have updated the villa a lot, which made it even better. The view is amazing from both upstairs and downstairs. I know people complained about the road noise, but honestly if you stay that close to the Seawall you should honestly expect some of that. The view trumps the road noise for sure. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Very relaxing stay for us, we will be back!

Excellent experience!! The views are just stunning. A must have experience when in Langkawi. The glass bottom is slightly more expensive than the regular but is worth is as there is no waiting time.

The location is fantastic, next to Gaidos. The unit was spacious and very comfortable a/c and beds, even though they were only queens. Mid-week cleaning and extra towel exchange replenished all our needs. View/proximity of beach and clean pool satisfied our water play. Only negative was we were only given one set of keys for our party of 4. Very inconvenient as you had to use keys to access the pool and other couple couldnt leave and return to unit.

Wonderful location with great views! The condo needs a facelift but everything you need is there. The doors on the balcony need replaced. More comfy beds with bigger TVs would make it more enjoyable when you need to escape the heat

Definitely a run down place but it was nice enough to spend a couple days relaxing at the Gulf.The beds were absolutely horrendous.

Really enjoyed staying here with my family. Its right on the seawall. They put a lot of money back into these after the hurricane.

It is a nice place right next to Gaidos. The road noise can be heard all night so being ear plugs if that bothers you. AND eye mask for sleeping. It is very bright when the sun comes up. The blinds are not that great.All bedrooms upstairs. Not handicap friendly. Wooden Stairs at door and a 2 level stair case. (See pictures) 17 steps up to bedrooms. There is a pull out couch downstairs, but who wants that bar in back.The place has several new renovations but they are still updating. Everything you need. Feels like apartment living. 2 baths upstairs and 1 powder room downstairs. 1 TV in living areas and 1 in bedroom. Up and down areas for sitting outside and seeing a great unobstructed view of the Beach. Car parking right up to your door. But you will need to carry all the bags up many steps.Hardest thing was to find a plug for phones etc. I highly recommend an extension cord.2 closets with hangars and other storage closets.Lots of pillows and blankets.Beds are squeaky but I slept good.Overall I have it a score of 4. It is not a 5 star place, but it is comfy accommodations. Still needs updating.

This was my second time staying here. This stay wasnt as enjoyable as the which was three years ago. The unit (#4) is in need of some major repairs with the warped floors and tile. Doors are carpet need replacing as well a general makeover would improve the customer experience. The location to the beach is awesome!!!

4 stars for location. Right across the street from the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. But like most reviews here, these condos are outdated. Also you may have trouble going to sleep with the cars driving by, some with loud music. Overall Ive had 2 pleasant stays here. The place is roomy and sleeps up to 6. If you dont mind old furniture and appliances and some noise at night I recommend staying this place.

We are most definitely enjoying our stay here. The only thing I would want them to fix is having cable in the bedrooms or DVD players, just so if you have kids. Other then that I really have enjoyed it here, its super comfy. I will be back ( and bring my own DVD player) lol

Very comfortable for family of 2 adults and 2 kids over a long stay. Villa and property have great amenities (next to beach, pool, full kitchen, 2 private bedrooms with their own balconies, 3 baths, living room and 2 TVs). Our unit was a little run down (all are in process of remodel) but we had a great time

I was very impressed and pleased with these condos. Very conveniently located, nicely furnished and spacious, and it’s right across the street from the sea wall. We had such a great weekend getaway!

I love to come here. This is home away from home as everything you need it here. Theres two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath along with a patio and balcony. Its not fancy but is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our family visits here for a week every year. We absolutely love it. The view is great! Access to the beach is a five-minute walk. This particular section of the beach is well maintained. We have never had anything less than an great experience here. We just spent another week here and the staff were even better than in years before. One of my kids informed a landscaper that the rinsing hose on the back porch was damaged - they brought a new one within 10 minutes, installed it, and disposed of the damaged one.

These were the cutest little condos ever! They were very well kept. Clean and cozy environment. Nice windows and balconies to view the sea side. Not to mention the beds and pillows were the best. There is literally no complaints here!! Great Job!

I really wanted to give zero stars. I made my reservation a year ago. On my day of arrival. They said my reservation was canceled due to nonpayment. Which they claim they ran my card 3 times. Money was available. They claim they sent me an email. But never bothered to call. This would have been our second time staying. Very upset dont believe we will use them again. So I had to find other accommodations. I called Casa de la mar. Spoke with Mark told him what happened and was very very helpful to provide us with a place to stay. HE HAD NO PROBLEMS RUNNING MY CARD.

We liked being able to go to the stop light to cross and go to the beach.We liked the downstairs and upstairs balconies.The kitchen was nice in having all the necessary tools/utensils/appliances.

Clean, well maintained, private pool, it is close to the 4th of July fireworks, but not so close that it messes with my ear problem.

The location is great, nice view, good times. But we think they have a lot of mold in the building. The ceiling was dripping water and that is a sure sign of unseen black mold and I know that from past experience as I am a contractor. Other than us getting sick it was a nice place. Do not park in the parralel aside the street ,you may get backed into as we did.

1First time visiting had a amazing experience. Beautiful view of the beach the kids really enjoyed it. Had a few mantinence issues but the maintenance guy fixed it immediately without any issues. The staff was friendly I will most definitely be coming here more often for family vacation!!!!

We love this place right on the Seawall with breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach, the Seawall is full of shops and restaurants and FSOTG is a selection of colourful Condos right in the middle. Very spacious and comfortable, whilst some refurbishment is still needed lots of work has been done and the staff are excellent.

I recommend everybody great hospitality

The Four Seasons 9n the Gulf is perfect for small families! Clean, nice and close to everything! a side from all of our fishing poles being stolen our the back of our truck. The staff was very apologetic and nice. Cant wait till we go back!

Love this place! We stayed here before and now we are here for 9 nights. I could live here. Absolutely fantastic for my autistic daughter. She lives looking out the window to watch the surfers and people walking on the beach. It is close to a lot of good restaurants also. Highly recommended. As others have said..the furniture and other things are outdated but it is still comfortable :)

We rented 1 night, they asked when wed arrive. We arrived at that time ...Room wasnt ready for 2 more hours, we couldnt swim till then or use a restroom. We went to eat. Came back and still wasnt ready for us, this was after 4pm. We grabbed out suits went to closest place to change. Was a nice diner, then we swam in the gulf. Come back still we waited for another hr. Why they didnt tell us this was going to happen, offer any excuses. Children were tired. We just needed to rest. Wasnt offered another town house or free water. It wasnt a good was to do business. I wont ever go back there. Steer clear.

It was nice, the rooms are nice. Not a lot to do on rainy days, They do have a lot of rules to follow even in the pool . . . It was fun as long as you only used the bed to sleep.

We were first impressed by the size of the condo. Family of 6. So it was perfect. The condo was very clean, yes outdated and worn but was clean. The beach was just across the street which was perfect. Both bedrooms went out to a balcony and the patio on first floor was large. Most of the time was spent on patio. Yes there was only one tv, but who goes to the beach to stay inside? All 6 of us loved it including two teenagers who tend to lean toward more negative opinions. Was a fantastic stay. Would recommend to anyone I know and definitely go back again.
