Nice place to get away. You really need to like each other to sleep 6 in 1 condo. Pool is nice and the hot tubs are wonderful. Sometimes way too many kids. Beach access.

Best place to stay in Galveston. Great staff, excellent floorplans, well decorated condos. Its right on the beach so you dont have to cross the street, and they have a great pool!

Place was clean and well laid out. Very nice pool and hot tubs. Very close to the beach with a ramp leading down to it. The beach was clean!! I highly recommend this spot!

Best place to rent for vacation my view was amazing the whole family had so much fun the beach was in walking distence. And the sunset and sunrise were just gorgeous. Most definitely coming back for my next Galveston visit.

We rented the Calypso cottage in Pointe West thru this company and the owner cancelled our reservation 2 days prior to arrival. We were told by this management company the owner consistently does this which begs the question what kind of rental company does business with owners who will cancel a 4 day reservation With two families coming out of town 2 days prior to arrival?!?! Be cautious if you use this company and for sure if book the Calypso Cottage...I would look elsewhere.

It was a good getaway. But in our unit, the microwave oven didnt work.

We love the location. The room we rented this go around around was as good as I expected. Sometimes the rooms are poorly maintained as it is the individual owners expense. The pool has a no fun rule which can ruin family fun time cooling off at the pool. But I love the beach access and theres no seawall!

Very nice place to stay with family, great view of the beach. Not far from local stores or things to do with kids.

Good beach location. Suites are nice inside. Terrible service.You have to wash your own towels and sheets if you want fresh ones. You have to ask the front desk for more toilet paper, they wont give it to you.They lock beach access early evening and unlock late morning, meaning you have to walk around about a quarter mile or so. They do have a code on the gate as stated, but they lock the gate with an additional chain and padlock that requires a key they have to open. We watched several people every morning try to get through until they figured out you cant until security came around 10-11 am to unlock it.There was a large wedding party there and one of them locked keys in their room. Management was not around at all and security gave them an emergency number to call that didnt answer. They were going to charge $50 to unlock the room.

Over priced needs upgrades.

Im going to start off with a positive. The condo itself was perfect. Whoever decorated/supplied it, did an amazing job. It was recently updated, pretty, very clean, and had everything we could need. The management of AB Sea Resorts is another story. I noticed on a review weeks before we went that the elevator was out. I called before we went to make sure that it would be working and was told the part was ordered but was assured it would be working. The day we leave for our trip it is working but get this...by the time we arrive (4.5 hours) it is broken & heres the kicker - when you check in, THEY DONT TELL YOU! Weve unloaded our car in temperatures hot enough to bake a cake and then go to an elevator that has an out of order sign. I go back to the office and tell them I am not walking up 3 flights of stairs-they assure me it will repaired in one hour. We wait (just what you want to do) and It is...the problem is, it breaks down multiple times during our stay.During our 4 day stay I know of 3 different times a repairman was called.Hauling beach gear up and down 3 flights of stairs is not a vacation! I spoke with a girl in the parking lot who said her brother physically cannot walk stairs and Im sure there have to be lots of others in the same predicament. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THE ENTIRE ELEVATOR HAS BEEN REPLACED. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE 20 SOMETHING YEARS AND THIS ORIGINAL ELEVATOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Sadly the management doesnt care about their employees either-housekeepers were completely worn out carrying linens up and down the stairs. I spoke with one and she was so frustrated and told me how many times they have to deal with this. When I checked out-both employees would only tell me to talk to management about the elevator - Everyone-EXCEPT MGMT-seems to frustrated...sad, because its a great place to stay. Great access to the beach, price is right and not noisy. Just because they tell you the elevator is working-be prepared, you will be hauling EVERYTHING up and down stairs. This was supposed to be my vacation, not a Gladiator Camp in the heat.

We absolutely loved it here. Everyone was nice & helpful. Our condo was clean. It had mostly everything we needed. Our view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and clean. Everything was great. The elevator is kind of sketchy as it broke twice but no biggy and parking at night it kind of a pain but again no big deal. The is perfect vacation condo for any family big or small. Condo 1318 was absolutely amazing.

Great location, close enough to town yet far enough away to enjoy beach without the crowds. Attractive, clean and functional living area, beautiful pool and hot tub area with bench swings, friendly, helpful staff. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

I would not suggest u stay here after 5 PM ur on ur own so if something goes wrong with ur room like the ac goes out witch is what happened on my wedding night u cant even be moved to a new room

My family and I rent through this company every year ATLEAST 2 times out of the year and we love it.There rooms are always very well maintained, front desk reservationist were beyond helpful and sweet. Even the owner himself extended an hand to make sure our stay was beyond perfect. The company is just all around great! They really take great pride in their guest services and it shows!

Great family vacation spot!

This is the worst, most uncomfortable place I have ever stayed! $500 for 2 nights and they cant even get rid of the water bugs dead in the master bedroom floor, the shower glass door was falling off, the shower head was leaking and spraying water everywhere and to top it off the bed was so bad I felt like I was laying on the springs and the TV were so tiny you could barley see the show damn they couldnt afford to put a $150 30 TV like for real! The only good thing in that room was the view.

Strongly recommend you stay far away from any property managed by this company. I recently pre-paid for a room for my wife only to have a surprise fee of $100.50 required to check-in. Their explanation was the fees were listed in small print Dont you hate small print!!!!

I rented a condo through this company and had a horrible experience! My room was not cleaned from the previous guests and they did very little to resolve this issue. The office was closed upon my arrival and I was unable to speak with anybody until the following morning. The linens were not changed, there were pizza boxes, cigarettes, and soda bottles left in the kitchen. The floors were covered in dirt and hair. The countertops had food residue and the bathrooms hadnt been cleaned either. Their customer service is horrible. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone and they never return your phone calls. Management is non existent. After getting the run around for 2 days I was finally able to get a $25 compensation. Woohoo. NOT! I suggest booking a condo through an individual owner. These guys are a joke!

We were locked out of our condo that had been paid for a week prior to our arrival because they said we hadnt signed the paperwork which we did when we got here! Many other annoyances too many to detail..

Clean, nice... Parking a bit if a pain but not the end of the world.

Bed was horrible to sleep on. Needed a deep cleaning.

My unit was paid for in advance. I called ahead before 3 PM to tell them we would be arriving after 5 PM. They assured me that a code for the lockbox would be left with the security guard. I arrive with a car full of grumpy tired children and the security guard had no idea who we were. I called the emergency number and left a message. My family has been sitting outside the condo for an hour waiting for someone with AB Sea Rental to call us back. Oh, and the security guard says they did this to somebody last week. Crappy.
