This park is a hidden gem. It has a nice view during sunrise and sunset. There is a play structure and a nice walking path around with a very large grassy area for volleyball or other games with groups. People host birthdays but there arent many tables. There is a public restroom and plenty of parking.

Nice place to relax on lunch break, or anytime during the week...weekends tend to be busier with families gatherings.Dry hillside at the top of the park, but has a sensational view of Escondido.

When I went to this park long ago om 1996-97? I thought it was great because it seemed as though no-one had knowledge of it. 25 years later and it hasnt changed at all except its not empty any more. Lots of people and few with dogs. Its a great family park and lovers lane too. Private out of the way.

Nice small hidden neighborhood park. There are swings and a small playground. An area large enough to kick around a ball, run around or kick a ball. There is free parking. The bathroom is dirty but usable in an emergency.

I loved the park, but the bathroom was awful. Great views and a nice outdoor playground.

This could be a great park, but sadly Escondido doesnt maintain its parks. Neither does it send safety patrols to the parks, this the revolving door of degenerates that shouldnt be allowed near where children play. Enjoy the park, but be mindful of those around you and your kids.

My only exception to the rest of the parks in Escondido, quite secluded, awesome to pray and simply be alone with your creator. But beware Saturday and Sunday, people love to picnic and party here!

Playground is small so best for small kids. Great view. We didnt stay long because its secluded and two separate cars had men sitting in them but we were the only ones on the playground. Also a couple digging thru the dumpster on site. The park ranger drove through and one guy left. Probably wont be back.
