Yes, this park is kinda nice and is is quiet. Everyone just pretty much minds their own business and our immediate neighbors are all nice, nothing bad to say about them. But the management is bad, not good at all. They have cut some of our utility services just recently and in the past without any notice. Think about it before you move here.

Dont hate the place just not kept up.

The park is one of the nicer ones. But the manager is a crazy tweaker. She was super nice until we moved the trailer in. Then she began harassing my tenant. After 40 days, she removed the trailer without any warning, unlawfully. If you dont have the money for an attorney, dont move here, because she is nuts. This was done on her part without cause - we paid rent on time, didnt break any rules, and were very quiet. The whole incident ended up costing about $2000. Before attorney fees. Still working on the case, which she cannot win, but dont move here unless you can afford an attorney.

The onsite manager is very rude. While visiting friends i witnessed him forcibly evict a 63 year old woman with 15 minutes notice and no court paperwork...during a heat wave. If you value your civil rights this is not the place for you.Update: I believe this manager was fired. Much nicer place to live now, Im told.

Yes I had my home stolen by Dwayne Brazil for being ten days late for one hundred and seventy five dollars. I paid my space rent two weeks early for 6years. As a 55yr. Old woman I never dreamed that Dwayne Brazil and Danielle poirterfield would believe a 17yr. Old troubled young man that I would say I was going to shoot him with a 12gauge shot gun much less burn down his house or kill him. Dwayne kept evicting me over this. I complained about the once quiet streets and dog run and all the noise all night. I received threatening messages and pictures of 2men I didnt know. I sent them to Dwayne so maybe he would call and discuss this and he threatened to have me arrested. I thought since the people I got eviction notice over ended up getting busted he would see what went on. An excop owned the park. His mother n law told me the new property manager was going to give me a hard time 2months before the bullying started. She said she didnt like him. Dwayne would not accept my space rent because I was late with half of it. I expected when I went to court to have a judge decide and I was told the lady at the Palm springs court didnt stamp my reply so my mobile went to Dwayne and I had 3days to move. I saw that the Palm springs city hall was raided by the feds. Since this was and probably still is a third generation cop owned park I think I should have had a fair day in court. I paid 17.000 for my mobile and had another 8.000 in it. This is not a kid friendly park. I saw people get in trouble for their children playing. The police told me the property manager was uncooperative. They also told me they knew it wasnt me that was causing trouble. I was told not to count the 100 cars that went by or the fifty people going to the dog run everyday. We went from no one to that overnight after I complained. I had rocks thrown at my mobile every nite. I thought after the bust that this would stop. Instead it got worse.

Its a good place to live its quiet its nice

The manager owe my family lots of money. Never trust that selfish man. He wants to remove my dog out of the park. Its a terrible places to live. If the manager is seeing this right now beech.
