I would love to have an RV or mobile home in their community very clean nice and quiet

A very friendly parkNice pools, club house, with regular activities. Close to many towns & cities of interest. Great hiking or just relaxing.

Its a clean and safe park for old people.

Going to be great living there will be back mid February

Very well kept up, clean, nice pool and community area, spacious areas between the homes.

I have returned to Wagner RV Park now for five years and cant be more pleased! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Love it there and will be back in the fall of 2018 & 2019.

I know a few people that live in this park and I frequently visit them. The park is smaller in comparison to the parks in that area, but it makes for much more quiet, calm, and family like environment. It appears to be very secured as it is a surveillanced gated community. They offer on-site storage units and storage lot. The pool is small, but they have more than one hot tub and it is never over crowded. The bathrooms/showers are very clean and nice with an updated look. They have church services on Sunday, recycling drop off (if u dont want to throw ur recyclables away but dont care to redeem for cash) and a pet area. The people all seem friendly, the park is well maintained, and it is a peaceful experience everytime I visit there.

We have church here on sundays old west ministrys. Love it

As park manager, I have to say we have one of the nicest, friendliest parks in the area where lasting friendships are made. Come, join us and see for yourself. You wont be dissappointed.

The people are friendly, the park is clean. 5th wheel very friendly! Pool and spa are nicely kept up, and newly remodeled clubhouse, bathroom and showering facilities!!!

Oldest in valley. Well kept with established landscaping. Each responsible for their own space.Excellent for the snowbirds that dont want to haul anything anymore. Very quiet, clean and homey

I have lived here for a year this month and i absolutely love living here it is so peaceful and quiet and the people are so friendly everybody waves to everybody as you go by its our own little community and I love it

Winter Season home away from home. People are just like family. Staff very helpful . Park undergoing many upgrades. Pool is mineral hot springs, wonderful place to relax.

I love this place! People are friendly. Facilities are clean. Prices are reasonable.

No one at office. Chose another place. Didnt get a return phone call or email either. Guess they dont want business.

Caters to elderly Canadian snowbirds,rumour has it,due to high covid rates in the valley,border issues,flying in OK,Canadians not coming south this winter will be exempted from paying lot rents.

Very out of the the beaten path love the quietness and club house and people.

Very junky in storage areas, RV lots need land scaping , poorly kept.

Security was good security was good however aesthetically it was not pleasing homes were way too close together unhappy and angry.

Looks crummy

Nice clean , quite, out of the way and safe .

Lady in office is rude . better places to buy.
