Ive been here a couple of times to clean mobile homes and to me this is a very nice park seemed nice and quit. Looks pretty with all the trees it has around it and the pool and club house looked nice and inviting.

I used to own a mobile home here. When I did it was very nice. The grounds were kept up, the pool area was the gem of the park. Ive long sold my mobile and this place has gotten worse from there. No fifth wheels allowed, ruined the clientele. The place is just run down these days. I have family in the park still but theyre ready to get out too. Sad, I have so many good memories here...

Dilapidated and neglected beyond belief.I cannot believe the conditions residents experience there. Heartbreaking.

Scary scary ugly not maintained, and the owners daughter the park manager is insane scary and dangerous to say the least. This used to be a lovely park in 2008 not anymore sadly.

For the most part the place is well maintained and pool area and Spa are clean and very quiet ..... The managers also are good at keeping things in control as far as not letting the rif rat enter and keeping the place clean ....would stay again but Im still here ....guess because its nice and quiet ow and lots are big enough so you can breath. Trash is s plus as you exit there are 4, bens and easy access

Has a pool and looks a lot nicer with new black top roads. Basic and cheap.

Its a over 55 mobile home park. Its okay.

I happen to have had a great experience living here on premises since 2013.
