Park refuses to take care of infrastructure, including trimming trees. Park is now allowing work to be done remodeling mobilehomes after 8pm and scheduled to start before 8am. Manager doesnt seem to be bothered as its not nextdoor to her.

Nice water very healing

Love healing Waters, we are staying a neighboring RV park but have met some wonderful people who stay here and they invited us to both a concert and their potluck. We enjoyed an evening of incredible music by the pool which was nicely lit up and beautiful. The next day we enjoyed the potluck also. We loved it so much we talked to the manger to see if we could move over here, alas they were full for the winter. I forgot her name but she was so helpful and explained the park really well. We will calling for a reservation for next year for sure!

Hands down one of the Best places my husband and I have ever lived here in the desert. This park is well kept with top notch manager Joanne she responds to every request and gets things done around here. It is a safe, friendly, social, fun and very Healing place to call home. We are in our own little oasis living here and we are blessed to have found a home here.

I have enjoyed living in Healing Waters for 8 years. The waters are fabulous, the people are a wonderful mix, and the weather is a gift - mostly!Management transitions tend to be challenging. However, we are blessed with Martha Almaraz, who is the manager ofour neighbor park, and very experienced. She is helping our transistions, as well as run her park. I very much appreciate Marthas knowledge, patience, and good heart.May we all strive for CCMs value statement:integrity, excellence, team, respect, accountability.

Wonderful place, people were so nice. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area. Manager is fantastic! Will be coming back a lot more.

Really liked this place. It is a bit older, bit is in good shape. The staff was excellent and the pools are great. The people that are full timers at the park are also very nice. Would have given 5 stars, but the WiFi is terrible and there is no real option decent WiFi for short stays.

Great place to stay. Cheap, friendly and pretty. Great office staff. Close to all of the valley and only 2 hours to LA and San Diego.

Wonderful little park, great water hence the name Healing Waters!!!!! Lots of foliage including many older palms that dot the park. We stayed with some friends from Canada that have a cute winter home down there. Lots of activities, our favorite was the potluck, amazing food. Nicest and most helpful manager, Joanne, she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Quick drive to Palm Springs and all the action there. If you havent been to Villagefest your missing out. Only thing I can complain about was the WiFi, not good coverage even for free. Still not worth taking a star off. Thanks for the great time and we are seriously thinking of buying our own little vintage desert pad.

Purchased my trailer in Healing Waters in January 2014.But for a neighbor with yappy dogs and another that likes power tools early in the morning its been been a great place to live. Im happy to call this little oasis homeCurrent management and maintenance response to a major sewer issue affecting units on the NE corner of the park was was handled quickly and with a level of concern that I didnt expect.Need to send a shout out to regional manager Laurie Moore, park manager Joanna Crudo and maintenance guy Zeke for their roles in correcting what was a very unpleasant experience.Reparations were handled efficiently and without question.A rare surprise in todays society.

The place is well kept, friendly and obviously well managed. You can relax in one of the mineral pools and it makes you feel really good and relaxed. You dont feel like Youre in a POW camp like a lot of parks. Safari comes to mind. All in all, its a very comfortable place to be.

Was visiting this Park few times, always satisfied. There is a new host every time . This last winter was the worst. Generally no hot water in showers, all in quite of disrepair, and thats not all. They collect at the biggining a $100.00 deposit for water and electricity. The actual cost for small trailer is about $15/month. They prommised to sent the reminder by mail, but never arrived even after multiple urgecies. Be aware !After the owner promised to look in to this matter, and 2 month later still nothing !

Great mobile home park for seniors. I was amaze at all they had for the residents.A large park in the middle of the mobile homes. Really clean and maintained.I would love living there. Not like many Ive lived in the past. Those were little scary. If they had 6 stars Id give them that rating.

The manager, I think her name is Hughes, was extremely helpful with information about park and its occupancy requirements.She certainly takes that first impression thing seriously. I wish I could live there...but there are currently no vacancies. Sigh

My grandparents used to take me there every other weekend and I remember a lot of my childhood there I had a blast

Miss Violet The Office Mgr..is most lovely, always polite,helpful,to the point and genuine. im more than pleased to see her smile in any situation, soo funny too. cheerful nature, Violet is always on the ball. so great to know shes there.THE PARK-Just wonderfully relaxing and well kept.clean and professionally maintained and managed. this is the most well managed m-h parks ive ever seen and improves the area.its affordable and great for a visiting camper/rv or a year round pad. great location, you cant go wrong at HEALING WATERS thank you for such a welcoming relaxing atmosphere. it makes its so calm having things so well kept.my favorite park in sky valley..
