Just got here (02-01-19) so I may update. Very quiet, friendly residents, no 50 amp service, all sand large spots, nice pool and spas, nice clean small laundry, can get very windy, gated community. Space rent plus electricity. Space rent is currently half to one third the cost of other parks in the area that we have checked with.

The Sun - its close to Palm Springs - Las Vegas - LA - Phoenix - San Diego and Los Algedones for all your dental and medical needs - but if there was only one thing I could come here for it would be the heated mineral pool and the healing water for my aching arthritic bones !!- its just the best
