I love this place its a nice place to live

This is by far one of the best keep secrets in the Coachella Valley for a resident owned Mobile home parks. The residents all pitch in and volunteer to work in the park! It is very clean and quiet. Activities from water exercise, card games, shuffle board, pancake breakfasts, dinners, etc., etc.-Your neighbors help one another and look out for each other!What more could you ask for??

A very nice resident owned 55+ park. Gated, full amenities, great neighbors & very low hoa fees.
