I love this place because almost all the your friends live in the same neighborhood and go to the same school. And its pretty quiet here.

Great environment and lovely neighbors. My father has lived here for years and has always been treated with full respect. Never has complained once.I couldn’t find an email and no ones picks up the phone. Please decrease the size of the speed bumps as I drove my vehicle over one and scraped the bottom of my brand new vehicle. Let me just say it’s not a cheap vehicle lol. So scraping it that much was very upsetting.

Living here is pretty cool. Every day nobody is bothering me, and I like to see everything so close by. I would give it 5 stars but the only reason why I am not is because the water gets shut off like every day I will let you know, everything else is great here. 8/10 in my book and my wife agrees with thereasoning as well and she giving it the same score.

My husband and I are looking for a cheap place to move into as our kids are grown and have their own lives to live. We have been to Denver, CO and we enjoyed it when we were there. It doesnt have to be fancy just a place to call home.

Terrible. Steer clear. Water shuts off nearly every day for the entire day. Not what I am paying this park for! Barking dogs are terrible as well. And good luck at night here - lock your doors.

I have a 12 year old daughter who is been scared here for the past 2 years because they call her names in Spanish and we have people hot roding through the back side in thier trucks she cant ride her bike without worrying about getting hit by a car. Our house has a padlock on the inside because she gets scared at night and i need the owners phone number asap

It is over crowded with cars you cant get through on the streets, and looks like the ghetto with all the add ons to the trailers.

Why are there more photos? No photos of the inside of the trailor? Why?
