Lived here a couple years back and it’s the worst place!! Chuck is their maintenance guy and he is very rude and unfair. This place needs a new management company and maintenance staff. Besides the property management company and staff the neighborhood is full of great people and we all get along except for with the staff. Not to mention we are backed up to Water World and there is a very good skate park on the corner. Management of the park is horrible. You cant even get a hold of anyone at the office when they are needed, no office hours are being kept.

I used to live here in between 2006-2007 despite all the problems its a pretty good place to live other than some trailer being rundown

If You like to shower don’t live here. They turn off the water at least once every week if we are lucky!! Or sometimes we can go up to 4 days with out water.

This community its very well located. Lot rent is okay. Roads need some maintenance

Its not a bad place but when is snowing it sucks cause they never clean the streets right is a mission to get in and out of there.

Highview Mobile Home Community is run by a bunch of slum lords. Although there is a pool at the park, they barely open it during the summer. If it is open, it is filthy. Living there in the winter is a complete nightmare. They turn off the water all the time without warning and when you call to find out when it will be restored, they claim its on. The pipes in trailers are easily broken and this causes them to burst. However, management will do nothing to repair. If you own the trailer, you still have to pay lot rent. That amount has changed from 325$ to to 525$ in a short amount of time and it increases every year. However, this has not resulted in any kind of maintenance or upkeep. Do not patronize these slum lords, look elsewhere if you can.

Owner-occupant trailer park. Watch out for Marty the owner hes a shyster and a slumlord. Watch out for Carolyn she is typical trailer trash manager. And Chuck and Dawn are there maintenance crew and they will steal your stuff when your back is turned and they like to stick notes on your car without permission. Not worth it, unless you plan to save yourself money to move out after a year or two.

Management of the park is horrible. They dont enforce the parks rules for everyone across the board. You cant even get a hold of management when they are needed, no office hours keep.

Good and spacious.. But internet wiring for the park is very outdated and super slow.. Water availability always is getting cut off for repairs like 3 times per month

Great plaze to live, am so glad to was there, was a god experience.

Place is riddled in poverty. Has bad owners terrible neighbors. The only good thing about it is its location.

Management too controling thinks park is her serfdom. No rental trailers, owner occupied. Must pass credit and background checks even if you buy.

It has a great view from atop the hill. Management is alright.

The lowest lot space rent in the area everyone here is an owner not a renter I like the place for the low price but the office staff and maintenance stuff need to be reported to the police for entering properties without permission
