They say you cant park vehicle on the street when there are snow plowing activities even though you dont ever know when the guy is actually going to plow. MANY times it snows and accumulates on the street and nothing has been plowed yet. Then one day, less then 2 inches hits the ground and they tow your car because the guy is actually plowing. What a joke.Also if you live on a certain side of the streets that run through this place, the plow truck will literally push all the snow around your home and driveway. According to them the sun will melt it..... In like 3 weeks. RULES ARE FINE but the people who manage this place seem to have it out for the people that live here.If you have time to make a call to get a car towed at anytime of the day, why cant you try once to notify the owner to move their car. Customer service is seriously lacking here but Im sure the owners have been repeatedly told.

This park is at its all time low, the office staff is rude. Don’t bother going in after 4 because nobody is there. Manager Valerie is very unprofessional and corrupt I went in to talk about my rent and she was reeking like she was at the local bar. If your not on her side she’s against you At every corner it’s sad when your main reason for moving was your park manager. Stay clear of this park until new management comes in!!I highly recommend Kimberly hills!

Website does not offer a way to look at available homes. An i know there are available homes because i was just at the office yesterday an took a look through the gallery of available homes.. The lady said if i want to see the homes i have to look at them online. Well i still cant see them. Disappointing.

Office hours hardly ever enforced. Stopped by several times and tried to call no one their. If they do answer and let you in they will not let you speak to the manager Val.If you have a problem and need to speak to the manager you cant the girls in the front are rude and like to discuss your personal business in front of other people or residents. They only enforce rules for certain residents. We have had problems with extremely loud music from neighbors and cars passing. Cars speeding down the street. Dogs loose and roaming the neighborhood.

Every place you live has rules and regulations. Ive lived here since 1995, and worked for this company for thirteen years. As long as you are following the terms of your lease theres nothing to worry about. Management works with you as long as you communicate with them. As far as being towed, there are signs posted everywhere. Dont park on the street when its snowing, dont park in front of others homes, dont park in front of mailboxes. Its not rocket science people, follow the rules and youll see it is a nice quiet place to live.

My mother lives here. It is a nice clean bright place. I have ate there with mom and the food is good. The staff is friendly although they seem to have staff turnover.

Great place to have a decent size party! The dance floor is big enough for a good group. For like dancing etc...

As with any community, if you follow the rules its agreat place to live. there are 2 sides to every story, but the person who writes a review knows that the company CAN NOT come back and disclose what the reviewer did while living in the park, maybe they never paid their rent, maybe they were cited by the police for city violations, maybe their yard was crap and they wouldnt do anything about it. remember to believe only half of what you read and none of what you hear.

The office is cold hearted and will take advantage of you and your family first chance they get. they will not compromise with you at all .soon as they think they can make a buck they will tell lies to the cops about you and turn the neighbors against you.just to get rid of you.

All the one star reviews are completely accurate (except the racist ones). They towed our cars without any notice whatsoever. And when we went to val the manager, she acted as if we were trying to scam her. She is the scam here. Towing without notice is illigal and theft. Good job val. And it was our whole neighborhood that got towed without notice. Id like to see nearly 1000 dollars in tow money given back the this one street in residents. I can only imagine how much money val could be sued for. Until they get new management who dosnt play favorites and isnt all related, I do not recommend moving into this place, unless of course you are the select few that are favorites of val the manager. Absolute bullshit. We worked hard for the money that just got stolen from us along with out cars.

Vehicles in our park are towed for the following reasons:1) Parked on landscaping.2) Parked in front of a mail box.See USPS web site for Curbside Mailbox Approach & Guidelines!3) Parked in a permit only area without a permit.4) Parked in front of another residents home without permission.5) Parked on the street from 11pm to 6am without a permit.6) Vehicles without license plate or current tags, also expired parking permits.7) Parked on the streets during snow plowing operations.THE TOW COMPANY PROVIDES A PHOTO OF THE VIOLATON AND FORWARDS IT TO PARK MANAGMENT.

The maintnance guys are complete retards. Im moving my car at 3 am because its snowing, and the truck passes by yelling to move my car out of the street. Its like im not out there cleaning the snow off my car for fun at 3 a.m. Also people in the office suck they close at 5 pm yet everytime i get there at 4:00 pm their gone. The maintnance guy is always driving wrong way on streets and acts as if we are the problem. Hes always stoped in the middle of street talking to his hill billy friends, and doesnt move untill hes done talking. They also say they have cameras, bullshit, my car got broken into and when i went to the office to ask if they saw anything, they told me they dont have cameras on that side of the park. This place is a complete joke.

This comes up when searching for RV Park. They do not accept Mobile Homes/RV. Only fixed Modular Homes.
