Very nice area along the very expansive Clear Creek bike path. Very good way to get out and enjoy a walk or hike outside while still being in the city.

This place is the worst of the worst. Iv lived here 6 months never late on anything but yet im gettin harassed everyday. When i pay my rent they refuse to give you a receipt. The maintenance guys are literally walking around on drugs and drinking all day. They are as stupid as a box of rocks. I woke up this morning needing a bottle for my son to find out the water is shut off by them for the 4th time with NO NOTICE. We went to see about renting a place and the woman pat who is there didnt even let us in her office and told us nothing was available. We are a Hispanic family and we honestly believe she was truly racist. Please save yourself time and dont even show interest in this place

This place is a dump and the management is no vary friendly

Management sucks. When the storm hit earlier in the year that did all that hail damage, every window on one side of my house was broke. Here it is winter and the owner or management, maintainence, whoever hasnt fixed them yet and my energy bill just keeps going higher and higher as it progressively gets colder.

After telling the park manager i was a homeless disabled veteran looking to rent 1 of there 2 mobile homes They refused to even run my application. I have a full time job making $3,000 dollars a month with all the necessary down they required. I explained to them that i have been living in a motel room and finally saved enough money to seek a rental on a monthly basis which i could afford. Living in a motel room at $300 plus a week was just to expensive but i managed to save. I served this country with pride and integrity, only to be treated like a low life scum bag! This place isnt even deserving of any rating whatsoever!

Worst mobile home park. When it snows they never clean and it is very unsafe here.
