I really like this idea. I remember when I was younger driving around with my Mom to find Christmas lights and decor. This is a great place to take the family for sure. I like how the music and lights are synchronized. Please if you go turn your headlights off while driving through, please.

Well first off looks can be deceiving. The office staff are rude!!! They enjoy making your day a bad day. Been here 3 years and my grandkids who can swim have never been allowed to ages 15-8 granddaughter was told she wasnt old enough at the time was15! Been told many times the pool was closed we finally gave up. Manager has alot of double standards. If you dnt speak spanish this is not the place for you. I feel in my heart tht this staff is very prejudice. They get no stars from me its sad I was excited to move here been miserable since the first month..

This place is currently Christmas in Color at waterworld and its an amazing show my kids loved it and it plays to Christmas music. Its going through January 4th and its a must see drive through show

They play how they wont in the park and the management lets her kids have the club house keys to let then and there friends only play after hours and the employee make hourly money and double dip get payed on the job doing private stuff this park is a bad place they still. And they made use home less

Maintenance good. But some homes old. Need to upgrade park.

Great community Frances is a great manager and very helpful when you need something she is always there.

I absolutely hate this trailer park! My kids want to go to the pool and they can swim perfectly. But they are not allowed because they are twelve. And whenever I try to take them up there they are always closed. They finally opened it when the summer was well halfway over. The maintenance sucks, the owner is a complete dick. They have the crappiest park and they are so strict! I have to take my kids to other trailer parks just to go swimming. Whenever i bring up the subject of swimming here they dont get excited because it will most likely be closed. I have never been to such a shitty paek in my life. When i try to park my vehicle on the side of my street when i have a birthday party i get towed an hour into it. The streets are always littered and the trailers look like garbage! Steve should not be the manager of this place. His family and friends think they are above everybody just because they are the family of this place. I would never in a million years recommend this place!

La comunidadad esta muy bien pero los en cargados abusan de su cargo como Janeth vazquez que nos mete complein por tener la podadora en mi drivewey les pondre foto de mi complein juzguen la yarda la tengo muy limpia y los vecinos tienen un basurero hay beses que los encargados abusan de su cargo y agarran coraje pero bueno no es recomendable vivir en esta comunidad
