Denvers Best New Concert Venue! The stage layout can be arranged to accommodate multiple needs. There are two bars conveniently located (one on each side) and designated areas for restrooms and Merch sales (near entrance). Walk, bike or ride the light rail. Shuttle also available from the coliseum.

State-of-the-art venue that produces exceptional sound and has great viewing options (all of which are solid). The design is great for channeling customers to and from drink stations and restrooms. Also, prior to the three shows Ive been to, there have been lots of food trucks and drinks available outside the venue.

The sound is out of this world here! The layout is very user friendly and if you like the stepped seating at Red rocks you have that option on the second floor balcony. The restrooms are all clean and well stocked. Ive only been there once very recently and didnt explore very much but Im more than happy with the experience! Tickets were a bit pricey but its a brand spanking new venue so thats to be expected.Ill definitely be attending more shows here in the future, shout out to Dillon Frances for turning up the volume and showing us what that sound system could do!!

Color me impressed! It looks like someone built a music venue that is extremely well suited for music! Very well thought out design, the sound and lighting were great, it was easy to find things and easy to navigate, great food and drink options, (they even had a coffee vendor!). Overall it feels like someone paid attention and built a venue worth going to. Well done!

I saw the same performer at Red Rocks earlier in the week and definitely preferred Mission Ballroom. Red Rocks is great for a hike and the energy there is amazing but if you want to feel close and intimate with a performer this place is the way to go. There are food trucks outside and easy to access snacks and drinks inside. You have the options to sit or stand and there is a smoking deck if you need it. Plus it has easier access to major roads for the drive home.

First of all did not even know this place existed. Was there helping out decorating with balloons and thought how amazing this place was. Got to listen to musicians rehearse. One of them I was told was Joe Satriani. I was also told by an employee that it opened up in July of this year. I roamed around a little and enjoyed every thing I saw especially the Auditorium

Went for TAB 8/9/19 3rd show at the venue ever. Absolutely beautiful venue, amazing sound and the view is exceptional whether your riding the rail or sit in the furthest seat on the risers. Theyve also thought a lot about the design for convenience too, bathrooms are big and plentiful and bars are even more plentiful. Then the final icing on the cake is the security was a breeze, they had advanced body scanners you walk through without even emptying your pockets. Mission Ballroom is a must see Denver spot already and its only 3 days old.

Love concerts here! I always tell people it’s like Red Rocks but INSIDE!!! There’s not a bad seat in the house, you can see the stage perfectly from every spot. And I’m not sure if this is correct or not, but I think the floor is slanted? When you’re on the ground no one is ever too tall to see the stage, it’s great for a short person like me! Acoustics are also amazing, sound is great quality from everywhere in this place.

Was extremely excited to see a amazing artist, however the set up to wait in line was NOT a good experience very an organized. The staff was walking around giving wristbands to certain people and then once then venue opened the doors everyone was pushing and shoving to get in, it was horrible it was like a bunch of cattle then the staff was yelling at the customers well if the staff was organized this experience would have never turned out that way. I would ask to management retrain your staff in costumer service and be more organized...

Awesome venue. The sound is solid throughout and its easy to catch a good view of the stage. Tons of bars. Seriously, its almost to the point of overkill. That being said, Ive never waited behind a single person to get a drink here. Also, they have stealthy smoking patios tucked throughout, both upstairs and down. I did once witness security semi-aggressively taking a lit joint from someones [strangers] hand during the 2019 Tame Impala show--kind of a bummer. Ive never had much of an issue getting a ride in or out of here either. Overall, exceptional, purpose-built space and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Review №33

Good solid venue. Feels like an indoor version of red rocks but with very well laid out logistics including easy access to drinks and bathrooms. Main floor has a bit of curvature so that people further back are higher up to see the show. Concert tickets and drinks at the venue are very affordable. However, its almost too big and lacks a bit of character. Feels like what an engineer would design a concert venue like....not an artist. Also, the opener, trout steak rivival was shafted on the sound. I was hoping to hear them as well as the headliner, but the sound check must lowered the quality deliberately since they were the opener. No bass and weak vocals. The sound quality was terrible....makes me really not want to come back to the Mission. Id rather go somewhere more intimate and enjoy the music. Very annoying that the Mission did this to the opening band. For the type of Bands that come here, if you can see them at the Ogden or the Boulder Theater as well, Id rather go with that.

This is a great spot, the sound was great. The facility is easy to navigate, facilities are well marked. I like that they have 3 large bar areas, one on either side of the stage and one in the rear. That kept the lines to a minimum. I will definitely come back to this venue.

Cool new venue in Denver. Pretty big stage and GA/floor seating, as well as seats above the floor. The space is new therefore it seems clean a fresh. Bathrooms were also nice and spacious. Several bars as well so wait times were not terrible. I havent seen a musical act here, just a film festival so I cant comment on the sound. My only negative comment is that the parking situation was not great. I asked an attendant and she said they didnt have a public parking lot so they use the Coliseum lot across the street. We ended up in another lot nearby but it wasnt entirely clear where to park. Looking forward to seeing a show here soon.

Been to Mission half a dozen times over the last year and it is quickly becoming my favourite venue in Denver (right after Red Rocks, of course). Bars are quick to serve, the views from the floor and balcony are awesome, and there is never more than a minute or two wait for the restroom. I thought the venue was great. However, I think their security team leaves much to be desired. One of their members shoved me to the ground, so they could go tell off someone who was being rowdy. All I can say is wow. Whoever put this layout together is an absolute genius. Bars downstairs and upstairs, along with smoking spots upstairs and down. Not a bad seat in the house. Awesome artwork on the walls. They have a standing area for people who want to be close to the stage, and seating all the way around for people who want to sit. The only negatives are the drink prices and parking prices. Pretty high. 1 beer will run you 7 dollars. Parking is 20 dollars. When we saw a show there last week, the entrance to the downstairs parking was locked when we were trying to leave, so we had to go back up the stairs to use the elevator.. So someone dropped the ball there. Other than the prices and the locked door to parking, it wouldve gotten 5 stars. Besides that, its excellent to see a show at. Sound is excellent. I wrote a review that was critical of their ADA.I still think they need improvement: They dont have much space for ADA. While that works fine some bands, some bands due get an older crowd where people are more like disabled.Tickets for ADA can go fast. And then they can go slow. I havent figure that out. They told me we cant bring in our chairs. This is against the ADA act. But what they do provide are comfortable, but if you have a GA ticket and are ADA you are in for a tough night. The staff over all has no clue. Ask two people the same question, you get a different answer..But some of the staff is really helpful.Liquor based drinks are costly, beer is OK priced. They have filter water and you can bring a water bottle. The sound is good, not great. The keep the place cool. $20 to park if you dont want to walk. Its a nice venue, but there are better places and better values from a handicap perspective.
