Sick karaoke spot! Stage is AMAZING, staff is AWESOME, prices are GREAT! Plus theirs lots of food options within walking distance like Damous J’s pizza with vegan slices yo! This place is worth it for Friday Night Karaoke

I have not been in here in 5+ years and it was exactly like I remembered it. Which was kinda nice to see something hadnt changed with how much the world changes daily. Hada great time staff and performers were awesome security had a sense of humor.

I love this venue. The location is super. Historic old theater that now holds Gore Fest and other slamming concerts. If you get the chance make it a priority.

The staff(security outside and inside, bartenders and manager) was super friendly even to the the drunk people, lol. They could do a better job utilizing the space inside. There were vendors were prime seats used to be. Overall awesome experience!

This intimate venue is an excellent way to get close to the stage for up-and-coming artists. On my first visit I saw a group of hiphop performers.The crowd was rowdy overall. The management and press team could have done a better job of billing the acts that were set to perform. Not sure if the artist just added performers last second, or if it was planned and not billed properly.Either way had a good time.

Amazing small venue! Only thing I dont like is due to the hight of the stage gaurd rail my daughter had to be held up for the entire show, and I got a nice shiner from being pinged off it. Cuz Im short and mosh pits are awesome like that!

The security was AWFUL. They were very rude and before we even came up to the venue they assumed my friend was under 21 and demanded her hands for Xs. Her birthday is the 26th so as you know an ID takes some time to be mailed out. They would not accept her temporary ID which is instance because all the bars in Denver does. They accused her of drinking in the venue (she’s 21 anyways) and screamed in our faces to leave. The female security got physical with us and grabbed my of age friends drink out of her hand and threw it. She grabbed us and pushed us. The male and female security got in our faces because they THINK they seen my friend drink and did not (once again of age). I will get the way they treated us resolved. It was very unfair and they got physical and cursed at us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I demand someone reaches out to us to resolve they way they treated us which was awful. I will seek help until we get justice for this treatment.

The 4/20 raw thoughts tour was the BEST sold out show Ive ever been to! Chris Webby & Anoyed killed the stage!! So did the other local artists! Thank you for the unforgettable show!

Dead and Dirty tour was great! Sound system has improved since I was last there a few years ago, security and staff are more friendly than they use to be and the remodel functions well.

I saw my first movie here more than a half century ago & saw my youngest take the stage, take over the stage Friday night. Not many places hold this kind of magic.Its kinda dark & austere; not the spot if youre looking for elegant table service. But if great music and a partying crowd is what you want, youve gotta check out the Roxy. Guaranteed good time and the fries pretty good too.

The best spot for local shows and top of the charts artists. Theres always a great show happening, whether you like rock or hip hop the Roxys always there to provide the best music for any and all genre fans.

For over the past 10 years the roxy has always had a spot in my heart. A band I wanted to see was cut AND the band I came to see was kick off before their last song. Probably the best and the most popular band they had was kicked off. Very unprofessional. Not the mention the security guard was an A$!

I havent been in The Roxy for years. Nobody Black is interested in—or wanted to come hear—who plays there, which is in Denvers historic Black business street. Not even once in a while. Their patrons dont so much as speak to us passing by, and seem to feel that we in this neighborhood are beneath them.

Awesome venue we come to see Hemlock every year to rock out.

I cant for the life of me understand why so many venues offer re-entry yet this venue thinks that they have to hold the hands of grown adults paying money to see a show. There are definitely other venues that let you back in but until this one decides to get with the program, I cant see myself visiting this one anymore. Safety for guests is a lame excuse for not just hiring someone to re-check people at the door (like the other grown adult venues do). I dont want to miss the shows they have coming up but its principle at this point. Seems weird too because last year there was a show here while a food truck festival was going on and they let people in and out during that and it was the best time Ive ever spent here.

I never go back to that spot, it should be black or and black ran. It was an old African American theater. Too much Gang violence, are the people that own it and run it they wouldnt know anything about that because they bought it not knowing no history.

Close/intimate venue. The staff was rude, immediately kicking everybody right after the show and not giving anybody a chance to buy merchandise. Additionally, the drinks there are extremely overpriced and it took me 35 mins to get my food

Very cool medium sized club, with great visibility of the stage and excellent food and beverage service, combined with attentive, friendly staff. Its located in Denvers Five Points cultural district. Highly recommended.

Constantly hosting some of the finest metal acts in Denver as long as Ive been coming out to shows here.

It was okay. Could have more seating for what drinks & stuff is there. Thought I was the only one who noticed about stairs. Luckily I had a bright flashlight on phone.Could have been lit better. BIG SAFETY CONCERN!!!Need to have a major inspection done here especially during events.

Its one of my favorite venues to attend shows for local bands as well as bands from all over.

Great small venue. Very kind staff and the show I went to had an excellent house sound engineer. Worth the hunt for parking.

Gnarly metal show! On Halloween!! I enjoyed the environment which is great for the genre of music put on. Bands were from out of town and had good diversity. Smoking out back, no drinks allowed there. Good sound quality!

This place is great. Our band played here about 2 days ago. We opened up for Emery! As an artist, we were treated by the staff really well. They treated us with respect and even helped us with gear load in and out. The venue is pretty small and intimate. Yet spacious. Havent been to this venue yet as a guest so I dont know the other side of the experience. Cant wait to come back.

I came to The Roxy for a Blueface concert this past week, and let me say it was not what I was expecting at all. The concert was supposed to start at 7:30pm and we did not make it into the door until about 9:45pm, which kinda sucked because it was 20 degrees outside and the wind was blowing strong. When we got to the front of the line (which we had to cut people for, sorry guys), we realized the hold up was caused by the fact that they only had one person doing pat downs. Once we got inside the person checking tickets only took a short glance at them and we were on our way, which in my opinion is not a very effective way to confirm authentic tickets. Overall though, the inside of the venue is fairly nice and the rest of the concert went smoothly.

I am an artist! Not a box office! Last night was a total waste and was truly meant for the people that were apart of the venue. If you want to start somewhere, start somewhere else! This is NOT it. Go to a place where they care more about YOUR TALENT not MONEY! Talent gets you far! Not trying to keep a building up that needs to be tore down and rebuilt. Yea...they may have good sounds, but that is just it. It stops right there.

Good veiw no matter where you stand. Area to move around on the floor. Drinks are a venue standard ~$8 each.

This is the place you go to rep your music live and see Denvers talent as well as other artists.

The stage is big, the PA system is very good, the food is awesome and the staff is simply fantastic!This is quite possibly one of the last large venues in town to support local artists.I highly recommend it!Cheers.

Had fun but the atmosphere is kinda shabby. Floor is uneven and some of the steps down are not lit so surprise! You just stepped down 4 inches in the dark with no warning. Bartender was very attentive and friendly.

It was a ok venue.. alot of rules and you cant chew gum... Very strict here... Cant leave and come back in.. no smoking anywhere and seems like you cant have fun here . Lol I felt under watch the whole time... It was a uncomfortable place to be for me ... Definitely a younger crowd venue.

Been here a couple times and i can honestly say its a wonderful venue, great staff and I always have a good time when i go here!

The Roxy is a small theater but its really personable. There are a few seats but youd have to get in first to nab one. If you wanted to be able to sit that is. No matter where you are in here, you are close to the artist!

Very intimate venue... Great acoustics and the layout of the venue was open while still being interesting. I would say the. Ventilation could be better it was super hot and stuffy. Besides that Chris Rivers performance was awesome.

Awesome. My first show in Denver and depending on who and what type of music youre going to go see. You should be ready for raw and inspirational upcoming artists. Once again, depends on what artists are going to be preforming.

Hard to find, people at the door were very distracted and seemed pretty indifferent. The actual inside of the venue wasnt terrible but there are definitely better venues in Denver.

One of my favorite music venues. Ive never had a problem with staff they are all very friendly and quick to solve any problems. Trash is picked up in a timely manner and its always an enjoyable experience!

They bring in excellent artist. The beer selection is good. The speakers are terrible for audio, extremely hard to understand what they are saying through the microphones. Not a fan of the bathrooms.

Its in the five points district of Denver I was waiting in the car for my daughter got to see homeless people fighting drugs being sold. Cops showed up ran all the homeless people out of their sleeping bags. Ambulance showed up for a suspected overdose. I thought I was on law and order.
