This place is BEAUTIFUL! The service was prompt and my server knew the menu and made great suggestions. Today was Motown that started at 7 pm. There is a variety of Happy Hour. I would suggest anyone who wants a sexy dinner--alone or with a partner--come here. Look online, every night is a different musical selection.

Went here for brunch with a group of friends and the food did not disappoint!! Every single one of us enjoyed what we ordered – their menu is very unique! Really cool atmosphere, too, with live music. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a trendy brunch place. Super glad we had a reservation though; the line was out the door!

I got the chicken & waffles unsure of what to expect. I was blown away with the quality, presentation, and flavor of the whole dish. Each bite was something new and exciting. Ill definitely eat here again.My only negative was that the bar had no sense of urgency to give me a menu or take my order. Other than that, I had a fantastic time! This was our first time at Ophelias. We were there to see the headliner Jakob Campbell. We bought general admission tickets and were explained how all things work and given a great seat. Pics show below. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, rappers and dessert and drinks. We would come back.

Food was okay. The pork belly wasnt as tender as I thought it would have been. And the slider was pretty tough. And it was kind of pricey for the quantity that you get. Each on of the things we ordered was at least $16 and look at the portion size. I guess you have to pay a lot for the atmosphere which was pretty cool. Definitely has the hipster vibe

If youre coming here for the food alone you might be disappointed. If youre coming here to hang out, listen to music, eat good food, and drink, then youll have a blast. Its such a unique setup with the live music and how the inside is designed. Its a fun atmosphere theres no doubt about that!

I can only speak of my own experience. We went there for food, but didn’t realize they only have drink and appetizers menu till 5:30? Or 6? But it totally worked out for us. We didn’t get any drinks, but the pizza was GOOD! Crispy thin crust pizza is my favorite! You can tell it was freshly made and the ingredients are fresh too!!! My friend got the gluten free one, and he says it tastes better than the regular dough.The small burger bites are just alright, it was a little dry and not that flavorful.The price for happy hour is good and reasonable. Heard they have good shows in the night. I think I’m willing to give this place a try for a real dinner.

Loved this place! So much fun, fantastic service, terrific food. Risque ambiance, amazing setup for live band and Dave Halchak playing live was super. Price for food may be a bit high, but worth it for a great experience.

Such a fun atmosphere for brunch. The live music was a real treat and we loved sitting beside each other on the upper level. The food was good but what really earns this place 5 stars and beyond was the incredible scone we had for dessert. Our waiter was nice enough to ask the chef how she made them so unbelievably amazing and Ive been able to take my homemade scones to the next level.

We have enjoyed several meals, and have never ever been disappointed. Service is always exceptional and friendly. The food is second to none.

I finally made it to this electric music box. They had a big fundraiser going. Didn’t stay there last night for very along because it was so packed but the time that we spent there it was so fun, so lively and the DJ music was incredible!Some of our friends bands play there and I can’t wait to go back there when they have live music.I WOULD highly recommend you checking this place out.

Top-Notch establishment! Took my sister for Sunday Bowie-themed brunch. Could not have had a better time. GREAT sound system, fabulous views from upstairs, excellent service and very good food. And did I mention bottomless mimosas? My only gripe is the parking in the area. Not easy. But Ophelias is AWESOME and worth the trip. A truly unique place!

What a great date night spot! Unfortunately, I wasn’t on a date, but I visited Ophelia’s for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was very quiet given I went on a Friday early afternoon, but there was a DJ playing as well as Avatar projected onto the large screen (weird, but I’m into it).Our server was very nice, welcoming, and attentive.We ordered the verme brûlée French toast to start, since it sounded amazing. We were not let down. Delicious, must try dish. We also had the chicken and waffles, the bison burger, and an order of cornbread all of which were very yummy. The portions were adequate and we all loved our dishes.We also opted to take advantage of the bottomless mimosa deal. The only drawback there is that they were served in regular large water glasses instead of flutes, this diminished the playful and detailed atmosphere that the rest of the experience provided.

We were seated immediately (at 5pm).To be honest the food was good, but it was just 4 stars for me. However, the ambiance was 6 stars, so it all averages out. Of all the restaurants with live music I’ve been to, Ophelia’s does it the best. We were seated on the street level, next to the stage. My photo doesn’t do it justice. I love how all the seats are laid out. The music wasn’t deafeningly loud (we could still have a conversation if we wanted) and we loved the disco ball mood lighting.I will definitely be back next time I’m in Denver.

This place is an oldie in Denver downtown. The staff is very friendly, seating and ambience is very well planned, facing the live music aptly. Happy hour menu is one of the best Ive seen. Very yummy food and drinks. Must go happy hour place. Even the rest of the menu is very good. Good wine selections all made by female vintners. All in all a very happy place to hang out with friends, family.

Extremely good hangar steak which the photos dont show off very well! Very well cooked. Live music with good views of the stage from most seats. A very good selection of local beers and very attentive service from the friendly staff. Grab yourself a free condom on the way out!

I came here for a Digable Planets show on Saturday night. I am not from the Denver area so this was my 1st time at this venue. I purchased the most inexpensive seats which are the mezzanine level up stairs without a designated seating area outside of being at the bar. You cant see anything other then the screen projected above the stage. If you are OK with watching a live feed of your favorite artist or band playing then these seats are perfect for you. The bathrooms on the mens side move quickly with 6 urinals available for use. The ladies side seemed to move quickly too.

Last night in Denver, and my wife and I headed here after looking around. The DJ had the music going for Motown Monday. It was loud enough to enjoy, but we could still carry on a conversation. We both started off with some tasty drinks, and then dove into dinner. The bison burger was excellent. We topped it off with another round of drinks, and enjoyed the music for a bit. I would highly recommend for the service, the quality of the good, and the overall atmosphere.

Had brunch here on a Saturday morning. Bottomless mimosas were actually bottomless for our group for the most part. We sat on the outdoor patio in the back. They have a shade cover over your heads as well as fans and heaters out there to combat the weather. Had a blast

Funky little restaurant with delicious food. They have some form if entertainment almost every night. There are multiple levels for you to watch the stage from but I recommend staying up top and trying to grab a seat along the railing that looks down on the stage. If youre in Denver, Id advise you make a stop here. Also, they are vegan friendly just specify with your server when you order a marked dish.

Fantastic experience. We walked in on a Saturday around 11am, and they took a little while to seat us, but recognized that the wait was a little long and gave us a great table overlooking the band, and some complimentary yogurt apps We tried the chicken and waffles and the plaintain and cacao pancakes. Both were excellent. Cool setup, would recommend trying to get a seat overlooking the band downstairs. Very cool vibe.

I had a great experience. The ambience.is just awesome, music was electric and I had the best corn bread in my life ever. Service was friendly, and on par. I liked both my cocktail, CBD fizz, and local IPA.

Food was really good though the menu is small. Be prepared to make something work, but its at least tasty and well prepared. No plate of slop here. The live music was a plus and pleasant to listen to, though not a reason we came. Its an elevated stage so you can see everything and they have a mirror above and angled down, for those with their back to the music. Nice venue. Pricey, but good food and well prepared. They Carter to special does well too, and its via their normal menu, not requiring a special request in most cases.

We visited Denver for the 1st time over Labor Day weekend. On one visit to a local brew house, Tap XIV to be exact, we stopped in to drink a beer and ponder where we would have dinner. Our waitress, Perry asked us where we were headed. We told her some of our thoughts, and she shook her head no a few times and said, you need to go to Ophelias, trust me. Well after we finished our beers, we headed off to find it and OMG, it was the best food we had all weekend! Duck meatballs and the Plantains are a must try. The setup and atmosphere are really funky and laid back. The service was prompt and attentive, the food was very creative and outside the box, and the cocktails were very well done. We had already decided before this that Denver is now one of our favorite places, this just added to it!

A must visit for anyone in the area, whether youre a local or traveler. Live bands every night with tables for dining built around the outside on the second floor like a theater. Plus they have really good food and drinks to enjoy while there. If you want a change of pace and something different to do this is your place. Definitely going back.

This is kind of a deal breaker for me, as waste reduction is one of my top priorities when choosing a place to dine at. Fun place to eat and listen to music. Payed $20 for GA standing downstairs. We ended up going upstairs and sitting above the band. Enjoyed sliders with fries and chocolate for dessert. The decor is cool and the management was extremely nice and accommodating.

I was there for an 80s night. The DJ was awesome and the dance floor was packed. The both bars were easy access. The tickets had two tiers. I paid for the higher tier for more access but it seemed like they were letting people everywhere. I should have purchased the cheaper ticket.

Dan was a phenomenal bartender. Wonderful service industry soul. Came for the first time and he instantly made us feel like a local. As someone who was raised in the service industry I was thoroughly impressed by the whole businesses atmosphere, professionalism, and hospitality. Especially the bartender Dan, who I thank very much for his above and beyond approach to his service.

Went there on Valentines Day last year. It was fun food staff was good . I wish they would keep it a bit more old fashioned strip club or burlesque like it was in old days just for fun. Id go again tho.

Ophelia used to be a brothel years back. They’ve renovated this very eclectic space into a very special restaurant venue and bars. I’m still searching for a “must have” menu item but the food is respectable all around. Try to catch a great act here for dinner and some dancing.

A quirky downtown venue with an interesting history

This is my favorite go-to spot for brunch! Food is always excellent and service even better. Wes Watkins performing today was amazing, simply memorizing. Jason and Tim always know exactly how to make the experience special. Hands down a must see venue! Highly recommended if you need a great brunch place!

My friend came to visit and he want led to go to a place with history. I suggested Ophelias. On the weekends they usually have some sort of live music which was true on our visit. Our server I believe his name was James. Super nice and just the right amount of attention. He recognized we were visiting and he gave us time to peruse the drink and food menus. Food was great as well as the cocktails. What was even better was that after we were done he let us sit and enjoy the music. No rush. I know when I served I wanted my tables when my diners were done. Just goes to show the culture at Ophelias is above the rest. Cant wait to get back and see some live shows and enjoy a great meal too. Thanks so much for the great hospitality.

Fun place We had a great time!

The pork belly, A-MA-ZING! Fresh, creative dishes, good variety of drinks and loved the atmosphere. The name says it all. We were celebrating anniversary and the server brought 2 complimentary sparkling wine glasses, so we had our toast on them. Will stop any other time visiting Denver.

Went on a Monday night and didn’t need reservations (although they do recommend them). We got a seat on the upper balcony to the side. Our server Jason was amazing and brought out a pudding cup w a candle to celebrate a birthday in our group. Happy hour was awesome with great apps and drinks. Would highly recommend!

Ive dined at Ophelias as a non-vegan and, on Saturday night, as a plant-based eater, and Ill say my most recent experience was disappointing.I chose the Restaurant Week Menu items that were marked available as vegan by request and the waitress then told me that the flatbread (the only vegan-optional entree) wasnt vegan because the dough has egg whites in it. Because Im more plant-based than vegan, this wasnt a huge deal for me. But I found it really frustrating that something that is marked vegan-optional cant truly be made vegan when requested. Its misleading to those who live a vegan lifestyle, and dangerous to those who have food allergies and chose vegan options because of those sensitivities. Please do better, Ophelias.

Although, the place isn’t exactly designed for “overcrowding” as it requires two levels (stairs) and limited bar/floor space with late night music. so be aware of constant pushing and shoving.But what makes Ophelia’s for me is the Brunch scene and music. It’s chill and the food is AMAZING.

We came to the Telepop Musik show and we found a great venue with a big bar and several tables where you can order food from. We checked the menu and every single item has a signature touch. Bar tenders are friendly and kind. Did was served quite fast! Try the fried guacamole! .. Veggie and vegan options available!

This place was really rad and the food was so delicious. The staff was all really friendly, except for the hostess. She was the rudest person I have ever met - such an attitude for asking for a walk in 5 top. This would be 5 stars if it werent for how bad she was - still upset as I write this a day later. Otherwise, this place is a must go to.

(and the male servers look impeccably cute so do tip generously) Quaint dining venue with 1st level GA for concerts, nice table settings and 2nd level with seating alongside its balconys railing. There are stools around the bar and elsewhere. Their bar had great, knowledgeable bartenders (for you Gen Zs that means, Mixologist) lol Prepare for an average price of $65 with a drink + tax/tip Whatever food and price you decide on, its certainly most worth it. You wont be disappointed!

One of my favorite spots in Denver. Their shows are intimate and the atmosphere is unmatched. The comedy show that they host is a must-see. It’s great because you’re close to the stage but comfortable (if you choose to sit along the side, on the couches). This is a fun and unique spot to take out of towners.

Ophelia, how do I love thee. The atmosphere is dimly lit, richly inviting, completely fun, and the food and cocktails...incredible. I highly recommend the Dirk Diggler Cocktail and Oysters, those are both happiness.

Ophelia’s is great. They have fantastic food, that’s quite creative and different but always good. The cocktails are always amazing. I have yet to have one from the menu that I didn’t like. That atmosphere is always great and there’s usually live music that you can watch over the balcony. This is one of my favorite places in Denver.

We went for brunch and it did not impress me. Im not a fan of places that seem to be so popular that brunch is treated like an assembly line. While our server was very nice and attentive, the mimosas were fairly terrible ( it seems to come from a giant vat so each pur tastes like its been sitting out for hours . Mimosas should be made/mixed fresh ). Thats a big negative for me. I want to enjoy my mimosas. The food was decent, but nothing new or even eye catching . Im willing to try it one more time,during regular hours as the menu looks awesome..but brunch for us is one and fone due to its underwhelming nature

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was fun (a brunch dj was playing tunes the whole time!) and the cocktails were delicious (try the bottomless blood orange mimosas!) I cant wait to take my friends to Ophelias for this brunch!
