Now Im on the fence about this place..... no pool on the weekends, not cool for the children in the neighborhood,we live in south Texas and super hot. If we pay for it the we should be able the use it at any time. It was a lot cleaner when we moved in. The place was nice when we had started looking it was awesome. That is not case now.....it is changing from what we heard in the past. We follow the rules and like I said no major issues, not cool on the pool deal, one of the main reasons we moved here.

Management sucks !! Used to be a quiet place ... Now its crowded !! Loud traffic at night people walking by your lot at all times .. Theft and so on!!!

Its a nicer trailer park than other trailer parks in the area.

Way better than Apartments, own parking and privacy. Pay your rent and youll be fine.

I use to live in the trailer park about a year ago gave her a notice a month before that i was moving out cleaned out the house replaced the blinds on the windows left the house very clean move in ready been calling them asking about getting my deposit back and no answer my wife called cynthia the manager and she keeps giving her excuses last excuse she used was that the owner died i dont know how true that is guess I have to take legal matters bad place to live

Concerning Trinity Heritage West in CallalenCynthia is the new property manager.Slowly going down hill. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.She is rude and disrespectful to all tenants,including their kids.

If i could give it -10 stars i would. Park used to be quiet and now its loud with kids running everywhere. Maintenance is Horrible. The owner or whatever has a rude attitude and is just mean.

Bout to move in and its already quiet management is very nice n open minded and its also beautiful n well kept
