One tenant shoots a gun out his window. Another drives around the park as though it were a race track. Lawsuits waiting to happen. Most people in this park are quiet and respectful of others, but it appears that the current landlord has no interest in removing those from the park that have ZERO respect for others and that ruin this place for the rest of us. Im sure hell change his mind when somebody gets shot or ran over.

The couple fighting next door were cordial and the car shop across the way was entertaining and I learned new curse words,and I was only mauled by one wild animal during my stay. It was refreshing and entertaining, sort of like going to a redneck circus.

I lived there in 90s. Liked the park a lot. Left and now 2019 went thur and it is beautifully done. Cleaned up and new owners this place is worth a look at if you have trailer. Nice lots to choose from. Rates are so good. Take a look at the Sundowner. Great location also.

Management doesnt harass residents like most of these parks do around here.

Management intimidates tenants by monitors visitation amongst the trailer park community. Blaming and seeking and assuming is the norm. Eviction notices imply force full removal & allegations without convictions are spelled out and written and even spoken to others of suspecting tenant(s).Wrongful business management conveys bias opinions and encourages ridicule and prejudice. Third parties are inclined to resort to actions stemming from false news ....

Im going to give it 4 stars cause it was night time and dark.

Cleaner than almost every other. Spacious lots reasonably priced.

They discriminate and pass judgement before the know anything about a person. I wouldnt recommend this park.

Friendly neighbors quite place they allow pets and the rent is cheap you dont have to pay for the water and mail boxes are right at the entrance so you can check your mail and drive on home and they only worrie you have is opening the bill from the cell phone company.
