What they dont show you on their website! It is a quiet Mobile home/RV park. Mostly older models. They have a dog area. It is pretty clean. The mosquitoes will eat you alive. Loose cats everywhere all day, all night! Rent is reasonable for the area.

The park is an older but quite and clean.

This place is a rip-off! I got laid off and had 8 days I wasn’t going to use and she made plenty of excuses why they don’t refund you the money they owe you for days your not there! One day I woke up with no power when I went looking for the employees the only thing they could say is idk what happen!

Didnt stay there had some friends there stop by some of it looks a little crowded but some of it looks like you had room lots of trees to keep your RV cool I would say if you had to stay go there

Now I can tell ya about this place first hand. I lived there on my trailer with my dog Adele. We enjoyed it so much. Great walking area for dogs and they supply doggie bags. It is very reasonable in prices and there is a very well kept laundry place right up front. They also have laundry service and are great. They clean up and mow the lawn. Good Sam members welcome.

I lived here before and it is a GREAT place to live. The park is taken care of and the prices are soooo reasonable. I had great neighbors and they have large area for dogs. They furnish dog bags for clean up and a place to put them. Up front of park is great laundry mat. They have service for reasonable prices. Managers are sooo wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. Shade trees clean and streets are well taken care of. Really great park.

This is a nice RV park, its quite, lots of trees,clean, nice showers. Laundromat and Beauty shop out in front. I feel very safe here beens Im a senior living alone here and the price is right! Thanks ladies in the office for driving around and keeping things in order.

I dont usually leave a bad review for anything, however, I felt a strong sense of responsibility to leave this. If I could give this place a lower rating I would. The photos are NOT indicative of the actual park. What they promise over the phone is not what you end up with. I hope you like stray cats because they are everywhere. They only mow once a month and just want to supply excuses without a solution. If you have a pet and plan to stay for very long, be prepared to mow so they can go potty. If you stay for any amount of time be prepared to have your mail box gone through regularly by the park manager and, yes.....it IS a federal offense!!!! I would not recommend this park to my worst enemy.

Im a terminally ill disabled person whos lived here since 2006. New owner with untrained management has decided to throw me out for no reason except to take their property and my mobile home.

There have been quite a few changes to this park in the past two years. If you are looking to a place for an older mobile home with a reasonable rent, then this is the place for you. Thus far this park has been quiet and safe. I have never had anything stolen from me and my neighbor has been here over a decade and says the same thing. The racial makeup is probably 90 to 95% white with a few African-American and Hispanic families. I mention this because some people like to be with their own race...some do not. There are also lots of children of all ages if you are looking for a place for your kids to have friends. They are mostly good, quiet kids who dont cause many disruptions if you dont have any children and are concerned about noise or mischief.

We needed a place to park our RV! And it was just before Spring Break and no other RV Park had any openings. This park seems quiet enough for this old man and everyone has been friendly so far. My neighbors are very helpful since I am so green at RVing.

It is a nice place to stay unless you have a certain breed of dog they dont like. I have 2 dogs that are both service and at time of move in I let her know the breed which was fine at that time. Now in order for me to stay they are trying to get me to either move or get rid of the one that is a boxer mix only bevause she looks some what like a pit but is very friendly and is never here or out side when i am home. It is also against the law to say anything about a service dogs ANYWHERE! I have given proof to show that they are service dogs but supposabky its still is against their policy for them due to insurance issues which I know is not the case!!!! Very rude staff as well!

Definitely does not look like the pictures. This is a run down trailer park that is not well kept. Reading other reviews about lawn maintenance is humorous. From what I can tell, there is no type of lawn maintenance. Our first site was between 2 run down trailers overgrown with grass and a barking dog. There are beer bottle lids and dog poop everywhere. This is not a vacationing RV park and should only be called a trailer park.There is nothing here for kids to do and walking or riding their bikes is definitely not an option. They cant play anywhere in the grass due to the stinging grass. We will NEVER be back. 1 star is too much, but I cant give a 0. In response to Shady Groves comments I have just read...please do not disregard a poor review with details which have nothing to do with state of your park. The entrance to the park is extremely narrow and all damages were reported to insurance and repaired. At this time, I am sure the the repairs are an improvement to the rotten wood found in the eves of the supposed hair salon/office. Thank you for taking the time to attempt to discredit a bad review.

This is one of the nastiest RV parks I have ever er stayed in. There are drug dealers living in the park and they dont seem to care if people know this. There are undesirable family living there as well. I have witnessed fighting all hours of the nite. There are addicts walking through the park all hours of the nite. While we stayed there stuff of ours was stolen. There is no security at all. The people in the front office are rude and nasty. Please do not stay here unless you have to. The plus side is the park owns a laundromat that is right there on the property. And there is a hair salon as well right there on the property. But as far as a safe RV park I dont recommend it for familys.

Friendly people, great office staff (Amy is awesome!), and pet friendly..bought a mobile home in the park and so far we love it here. Its so close to fishing areas and down the road from everything we need so we dont have to drive into Corpus for anything anymore except to go to work!!!
