Its very well kept,quiet,&the management as well as residents are very nice people

Relaxing and comfortable place

It was pretty cool

We have been at this RV/mobile home park for 8 years. We love it. Its nice and very well maintained. Everyone is so friendly.

After having my reservation pulled out from under me 3 days before arrival due to an older model camper, this lovely little Park (tucked away you never know it was here) let me in and saved my visit with my daughter on her 21st birthday!!! I will never be able to express my thanks in my warm wishes to this community! in addition to that one of the lovely residence was kind enough to chat with me for a moment and show me the lovely Bay View from some of the homes. (Thanks msS.) if I were to relocate to Corpus Christi this community is where I would start looking! Theres a lovely pool with bathrooms and exercise room and even a reading Nook. Im very impressed for this tiny clean community.

My grandma has lived here for about 14 yrs and loves it! Its a nice, safe and quiet, family friendly living community thats right by the water and had beautiful views.

Being here for a few months now, Im enjoying how peaceful and clean it is. The pool is clean. Good place.

Quite and well maintained

Lived here for over a year. No complaints, I actually love it here great prices, people are decent, Ive never had anything stolen, they even allow dogs. Ill be staying for another year at least.

Would not recommend this place service was bad the people were very rude they were no help at all the place is very dirty ,office smells like an ashtray

My husband and I have driven around that park several times to look around,and its a very neat and clean park, the folks who live there are very nice and friendly! We wish we could find a home there! G. Barrera

They let cold hearted emotionless careless people live there. So for that reason I wish I could give them negative first ever stars..
