The office manager Veronica was so sweet withmy many many questions. The residents were super friendly and very helpful. It was our first time using our camper, and a very nice resident can over and help my husband from parking to helping set up everything we needed. Thank you for having us. And we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Very nice mobile home park. Rents are reasonable ($350/month on a year lease, including lawn mowing - great if you’re retired and not into outside work in hot, humid weather). Management is efficient and helpful but not intrusive, and grounds are well maintained. Near the Water and the bridge to the island if you’re a fisherman. View is from my deck. Only real negative is that they are slow to trim their trees. I’m still waiting in March for them to trim a tree that overhangs my roof. I put a request in during October of last year.

Very clean and quiet. My brother recently moved in and seems peaceful, except for being in close proximity to NAS Corpus Christi and the planes and helicopters flying over. It gets loud, lol!

Excellent customer service and professionalism

We had a very peaceful and welcoming stay in our 6 months a Marina Village. Our neighbors are nice and quiet. We saw many events and interaction between community and residents. There was zero alert of crime or threats. The community is kept clean and well maintained. Anytime there was a need for a work order it was done in a timely manner and always with due diligence treating residents as upmost importance in resolving any issues. They have wonderful amenities like showers, laundry, and pool, aswell as an new and upcoming community center. I would stay here time and time again. If your looking to stay in corpus for one month or several years plus I would hands down become a community member at Marina Village MHC.

It is very quiet and quaint. The community there is nice and helpful. It is definitely a wonderful place to live.

I give it a 5, not because it is perfect, but because the management strives hard to make the changes in customer support that has been missing for decades. The new owners move slowly for all the right reasons; investing in many areas. But it is moving. Not as the previous owners for the past thirty years.

Only stayed here a year but had no issues whatsoever.

Needs alot of work. Do they have a on-site maintenance man? Cause whoa! Poor people!

The park has improved so much since March and the new owners have put driveways and a new street, which was badly needed. This has improved the atmosphere tremendously!

Great place to pull your RV right in. The rates are great and the streets are named after fish. Neighbors are friendly and laundry house on site. Sheds are ok also. Pets welcome. Just give them a call and set up an appt to go by

I have lived here for almost 5 yrs. Everyone has there own opinion and issues and some folks are just chronic complainers. Personally, I have not had any negative issues with the park. Every now and then my sewer line clogs up but has always been taken care of on the same day Ive brought it to the Parks attention. The Park has the most reasonable rates out of any Park within the area. The biggest plus factor is that this Park has the LARGEST lot spaces out of any Park in the area. Other Parks are Sardine Cans. Not this one. Pet friendly, close to everything, and large lots. No matter where you go there will always be some issues.... as for me, I have none worth mentioning.

Ground keepers decided to mow on an occupied lot where I was staying, directed the chute to the mower at my 2017 audi and I have 3 chips in the paint on my car hood now. They say that they are not responsible for their negligence because the tenant signed a lease saying they arent. I am not on a lease and was visiting. Poor management who will not own up to their negligence.

Boycott this business, discriminates against Disabled Veterans and use your RV is a couple years too old excuse. Anybody want to join in a class action against bigotry in housing! And this place is supposed to be owned by a CHURCH! They are the greatest sinners! I should sue these asses!

Its quiet except for the military planes constantly running overhead.your packed on top of eachother. Dont wisper or the campers next door will hear you! Tge place has both make and female secured and clean showers, laundry mat. All private. A trail to walk to water. A pool for in the summer.

Nice staff that run this place

Gave this drug addict infected place one star because I had to. Came down early for a job just to have all my fishing gear stolen. The first weekend I find a person in side the dumpster digging through looking for something. The pool and showers are discussing I stay in parks all over this is by far the worst.

I lived there for 7 years it was managed by Jim , Truddy , & Joe awesome at first , Then came Pastor Mitchell , A greedy Self centered , Individual , And the park went down hill real fast , Then a triple murder took place in the park and the Pastor , wouldnt take responsibility for what took place under his watch , Please try other places , This is a real Dump starting at the Top .

The park is in need of some repairs. Management is helpful.
