I visited friends there, and it seemed like a good place for a working family to call home until you can get a house if youre so inclined to have one. I commented to them that I liked their Park Model and that I have bought 4 different Rvs in Corpus Christi,Texas all of them leaked. One thing I will tell you is this place has more than enough speed bumps. And it seems to me they do it purposely with disregard to your front end alignment...I was maintenance man for 5 RV Resorts in Corpus and this one place has more speed bumps than all 5 of them. Well I suppose you can never have enough speed bumps. Hey know where I can find some speed bumps in a Mobile Home Park? I sure do, more than you can imagine!

Loved living there with my rv! Wish they had put caliche or paved it. Everything else was great! Very family friendly!

Totally would not recommend to rent there. If any inconvenience happens with the amount you pay they wait a certain amount of days to give you notice and if you dont keep a copy of your bill they fix rent statement to their convenience and include late fees. Brenda from management is supposed to be there to help and it seems as though she does otherwise

Currently live here! Unprofessional staff and managers! Since I have been here 2 years they have gone through numerous staff members. Since moving in it has been problem after problem. Home was not ready upon moving in, till this day the things that were going to be fixed still have not been. I since moving in have paid rent on time and all my bills. I have received eviction notices, late notices, and was told oh thats not for you. Or the best one yet oh it was for another resident but clearly it has all MY PERSONAL information on it. From RESIDENTS handing out rent slips to OFFICE staff trying to actually fight me. Yes I do have the videos! August my lease is up and believe me I WILL NOT renew my lease. DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND!

Where can i start.... well the ups its quiet and peaceful.... the downs employees and management are bad at what they do. They say they are trying to help but are they pushing for it no. I was trying to buy my home and was accepted and the girl that trying to help ended up leaving which i didnt know until probably a couple of months later. No reply on my status of my home. Then i called to make an appointment to be seen. No one knew about my file or application where it was or what happened to it. Not to mention all my private information is in that file. And till this day no one knows what happened to it. So then i had to redue everything again and then i had to pay more of the deposit. So i paid more. Then they tell me i need to pay a little bit more so i just stopped there. And then covid happened. Overall I will not be renewing my lease due to not being professional.

Id give it a 5 if yall can take take care of our issues

For the love of God people, slow down, the speed limit is only 5 miles an hour and there is no reason to find a dead kitten in the road or anyting else for that matter, if youre driving 5 miles hour. Use your brakes, once again its only 5 miles an hour. Got it!!!

It gets very frustrating that every time there’s a water leak or water pipe ruptured all the park has to be for hours with out any running water service. We pay on time and to end up with out any water more than once a month for indefinite time is just NOT OK, each lot should have there own independent shutting valve for when someone breaks a water pipe the hole park isn’t affected.Overall everything else is good, it’s a calmed quite place to live. You got everything close by, Schools, convenient stores, shopping centers and dining areas around.

The staff keeps changing with very little to no notice. Also there is a main water break like once a week. They are constantly changing things with no notice. Nice community, horrible office operations.

I have to say that I’m hoping this review is received by upper management. I have never had such an amazing experience when it comes to looking for a rental property. I was welcomed by Christopher and Janessa Christopher is just awesome he took me to several units until we found the one I liked. Such a very patient and caring person. Things never get done there. Lived there 2 years and have seen Manager after manager about 10! Still waiting on my door to be fixed 2 years going... Water is constantly being shut off, neighbors shooting guns, kids breaking into your shed and stealing off your property... Horrible

We have been in our home for over 6 months,from the application process onward, we have been treated with kindness, respect and timely communication. The house was definitely fixed up before we moved in and there have been some maintenance issues, but every time we have requested a service call there has been a timely response. In particular, Id like to recognize the office staff they have assisted us in the few situations where we needed additional help. I have recommended Seascape to friends seeking rentals and will continue to do so

Seascape, Corpus Christi - I chose to buy my home at Seascape for many reasons. The manager was very helpful and nice. The property is always very clean and well maintained. We bought our home in December. Have not had any issues. Raquel and Angela respond to make calls immediately.. love the quiet n peace.. i really like living away from the city!! You also get to see all the fireworks that people pop cus theyre right across the street.. i will recommend this place anytime...

Love it here! If ever theres an issue their quick to help fix it. Great and involved within our community of personnel. As a disabled veteran they have shown me kindness when others turned a blind eye and Im greatfull. If your looking to relocate this is where you should come!

My fiance and I moved from Houston and the lease is under his name. We had an incident with both of our car windows being shattered by their landscape people. The first car, we took care of since we travel to Houston frequently and having a shattered window on the passenger side is obviously not safe. When it happened to our second car, we spoke to Raquel which is suppose to be the manager at Seascape and she stated that she would talk to the landscape people about it, long story short, after leaving a message with her receptionist to please call me and not receiving a call , I called her about them coming to fix it and to please make sure that it was the correct window being replaced, she caught an attitude with me and told me that she wasnt giving us any special treatment, that they were just going to put another window on it and that in reality she shouldnt even be talking to me because my name was not on the lease. Funny! Because she has been able to take payments from me, discuss maintenance problems, and much more about our trailer!!! But now all of the sudden I have no right to speak to her. So.....when I asked her to please let me talk, she hung up on me! Yup! So, I guess thats what you call customer service at Seascape in Corpus Christi! Oh and also, I had asked her to please put me on the list for the pest control to come and fumigate the trailer, hasnt happened yet! Also, they claim to be strict on keeping every dog inside a gate on their own property, yet theres dogs running around all over the place. No leash, no nothing. If you want to be taken seriously, act like it!

First weekend move in review. Neighbors quiet, park clean, rarely any speeders, enjoying ourselves, only con is stray cats jumping all over the park and a few dogs off leash as well.

Stay away!This place has zero security and they do not enforce their own lease. The place has changed owners almost every year and there are never any improvements. This means that your neighbors are allowed to be their worst. Hooligans prowl after dark to break into cars or homes and dogs are allowed to roam freely in packs. In the 4 years that I have had a mobile home there it has been burglarized, I was attacked by a dog, and a family member went to the hospital from a wasp attack originating from another trailer. Random power outages from bad relay stations happen regularly. All of these things come from causes that the property management could have controlled... but theyd rather worry about park aesthetics to attract new buyers and renters. It is a trap. The place is not safe for your family.

I MOVED INTO THE PARK IN OCT AND SINCE THEN MY ROOF HAS BEEN POURING INSIDE MY HOME EVER TIME IT RAINS... I HAVE CALLED THEM TO FIX IT AND THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORING ME SINCE- WE ARE NOW IN ENTERING APRIL AND NOTHING YET... I PAY ALMOST A GRAND A MONTH AND SHOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS VERY TIME IT RAINS FOR THIS PRICE!!... THE SEWER IS BAD THE PLUMBING IS HORRIBLE AND THE LIGHTS ARE ALWAYS GOING OUT!! MAINTENANCE SUCKS BIG BALLS... NOT TO MENTION THE COMPANY ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY AND ITS VERY EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE- THE HOMES ARENT EVEN WORTH IT!!... IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT WAS THIS BAD I WOULDNT HAVE MOVED HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!... IF I COULD AFFORD TO BREAK MY LEASE I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT, BUT THEN I DONT WANT THE BAD CREDIT... THE SISTER PARK OF THIS PLACE IS MISTY WINDS WHICH HAS COME OUT ON ACTION 10 NEWS SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY!! DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The office staff are never in the office on time during office hours and when we ask for updates on maintenance for our neighbor who is disabled or an update on our rental application to upgrade to a trailer we never get polite responses. The staff in the office always say well were busy all the damn time and its annoying to not be able to get some responses about certain stuff. They threaten residents with evictions because some of us are at least trying to help the stray cat population decrease.

My neighbor is rude and disrespectful and wants to start trouble and there trash comes in my yard and they park right next to my trailer in my grass and doesn’t follow the rules and they leave mattresses in there yard and partly in my yard and there dogs out of there patio and they bark non stop and one of there dogs they let loose and neglected it and it bit someone some people don’t respect the rules and the office doesn’t inforce the park rules the park looks terrible i talked to the office but it doesn’t do any good nothing done about it .

Management sucks . Park is dirty . Club house is not available. And the lot feels are ridiculous!!

Horrible place to live they dont give warning about where to park your vehicle other vehicles could be parked on grass and tow away certain ones been here since 2012 so basically tow your car away without telling and not letting you know even when you sign a lease.

This place is no place to raise kids .Kids cant be kids in these trailer parks no room for kids things or toys or even animals and The trailers are to close together no yard and there rent keeps going up every six months and there strict rules and misty winds trailer park and sea mist trailer park are the same owner .and Im a home owner at this park and theres no place to place our cars if they move two trailers on either side of me Its terrible here. I wouldnt have moved here but it was the only place that at the time I could afford and to top it off they didnt tell you everything they made it sound so sweet so youll move in then it goes bad and then your stuck because u own your home and cant afford To buy property and then move on it Dont say youve been warned. Seascape and the other two parks associated with the park it dont care what residents have to say or think or value It all about overcrowding the park with trailers so they can get more money And nothing else and rent is due on the 1st but they give five days to pay it and we get a notice saying 3 day cure notice to vacate for non payment On the 2nd . They Arent suppose to do that. And we are not behind in rent or anything we just need to pay the current month and we get harassed for the current month due and we sometimes can’t pay until the 5 th . We are not the only lot renters there doing it to
