Bowling is fine, a little dark and not enough music but that’s not the issue. DO NOT waste your money on the laser tag. There’s either an issue with some of the vests or the lights in the room because I consistently was hit even when I away from other players and even though I had over 150 shots fired only 6 made contact.

Went for a kids birthday party and found mold on the bottom of the pizzas and a roach in the inflatables. Staff was not very accommodating or empathetic.

Seven of us went bowling here for a birthday. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The bounce house was reserved for a private party but the kids got to go in as soon as it was over. It was family friendly and a great place for fun and good brother sister competition. (I lost every game bad)

A lot of the games are good but most of them dont load tickets which is honestly disappointing. Not because its something wrong they are just built that way. $20 here last about 30 mins and its 8 each for Lazer tag. You have to buy a card and load to do anything. I havent tried bowling yet but it seems a lot of ppl come here for that. Also after getting tickets for playing games u can cash them in for toys and candy pretty cool btw

Multiple problems with the lane. The balls kept getting stuck and the pins wouldnt reset a couple of times. After we requested help the first time, the giant wrench kept floating across the screen for the rest of the game. I thought it the equipment should have worked a little better for what we paid to bowl.

It was fun for the kids. It could use some updating. Great shoe sizes for 2Ts. Please fix the bumpers and have a rack for kid size bowling balls.

There isnt much you can do here as a teenager. So this a place me and my friends resort to. I know its suppose to be like a bowling alley but I mainly go for their arcade and they really dont have very many good games. They do have a pretty cool laser tag set up and a place fro kids to jump and have birthday parties.

Rude staff. Cant get anyone to help you once you pay to bowl. We have been several times and the lanes do not work properly. Asked for a refund after paying for 3 games and didnt even finish the 1st game bc lane messed up and they only gave us half the money back. WILL NOT be going back. Tuscaloosa has a very nice bowling alley and it isnt far away. They will have my business from now on.

I would give them NO stars if I could! Were over 3 hours away from home and all our 2 girls (ages 8 & 10) wanted to do was go bowling and laser tag. They have only ever bowled 3x in their life, when asked about getting bumpers they would only allow our youngest child to because of a stupid policy!! It ruined our oldests day, in return we asked for a refund for the other games we paid for and didnt stay to laser tag. Frankie was the shift manager and seriously needs to lose her attitude because her customer service skills are horrible! Even with tears in our eyes, they only cared about the policy.

The service at this place was not good. They had a July special running online and did not honor it when we went in to bowl. The staff were so unwelcoming and just seemed to have a really nonchalant attitude. Felt rude. As someone else said, our lanes didn’t work properly and repeatedly messed up. I’m writing this review, hoping that whoever is in charge will see it and know that you can do a better job. Train your staff more on the customer service and I am seriously not even high maintenance on the customer service, just don’t be rude to me or my family and don’t lie, honor your specials. I created my own great experience by having the most fun I could with all of my family that showed up for my birthday.

On 8/15/19. I ORDER chicken wings within 3minutes of taking my seat I bit into ONE wing it was cold..I went back to the front desk so the could fry more or give me my money...They refused and even said the OWNER said to bad once they are served there is nothing to be done..I just spent over $100 plus and I can not even get fresh HOT WINGS....

Took my daughter and her friends ( ages 12 - 13) bowling for her birthday. They would not let them put the bumpers up. It is against their policy. So, unfortunately, there were a lot of gutter balls.

This place would be great if every night I go to bowl I didnt get turned away because of league, makes it hard on the rest of us.

Big fun at bowling alley. Kids loved laser tag. Problems with pin pickup and resetting during bowling was not good with impatient kids. Still a fun outing with children during the day. More adult oriented at night.

I was put on the last la.e that didnt work due to the bowling league and got no additional attention after several complaints food is way too high for the atmosphere

The girl with dark hair that is the Manager at night is very disrespectful And says 20 feet from the door while smoking cigarette She was sitting right beside the door as you walk out and in , I have had some problems before had to talk with the owner .if you are going to work with the public Be more respectful to others !!! Ok so first of all, there was a hair on my drink! And btw my drink was not carbonated and it was a sprite! ok and second of all I got cheese pizza, took one bite and I pulled out a 3 foot long hair!! And I know it wasn’t mine because my hair is not that long! My friend got ranch and she had to go back up there and get a beeper! Like OMG this was not a good experience for me and my church we will not be coming here again!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had here. The staff was not as pleasant to me and my children as I paid for three games and shoe rental for seven people. We had to wait while two workers helped with a party reservation and one of the workers was standing there watching the whole time and never acknowledged me. Then the lady that took our information was rude and very sarcastic. Might not be coming back here again.

Don’t go on Monday night! Didn’t even get to bowl because it was league night. Drove over an hour and had to walk right back out the door!

The jumper room is always great for kids parties. I have not rented it personally because of the cost, but my kids always have a blast when we are invited. This time one of the jumpers was down, must have had a leak, but it didnt diminish my daughters fun. We also played in the arcade for the first time. My daughter and her friends are a bit young yet to get the hang of most of the games and of course they dont understand that winning 319 tickets after spending 11 dollars is not a good ROI, but at least they have fun spending their money. :)I have not yet been bowling here. I think my daughter is old enough to try it soon.Staff are always friendly. Food is passable but the kids dont care about eating there anyway. Sometimes the party room is a bit dirty, its hard to see spills on that carpet.

Went Sunday for my son birthday... With family in friends... In it was horrible... It took 2 hours to get our food... It was cold in not enough cheese on the nachos... The pizza was NOT done... Will not be going back... In the workers was so RUDE!!!

A great place to bring family, friends and even kids! They have a bowling alley with over 20 lanes and an arcade, laser tag and jumpers for the kids! Also they sell refreshments such as pizza, loaded nachos drinks and much more! They atmosphere is great fun for everyone!

Great bowling experience, they do not have a kids free bowling option for certain ages.

*UPDATE* Refund has been issued for the party, the (owner?) has reached out to us and has tried to make this right for us. We sincerely hope that they enable their on-site managers to take care of things before an angry customer leaves the building.

The experience was awesome! My friends and I went at night. We participated in bowling (which had a great music) and then participated in Laser Tag (which was our first time) & it was awesome !

Myself and a group of friends came here for a fun night of bowling and we did not receive good customer service. The policy of ordering what you want we completely understand and we did just that. However, the food we ordered, tasted bad or old. Without fuss or confrontation, we asked initially if we could have the product replaced. We were told we couldnt. I then asked again if there was anyway anything could be done. I was told no and that I couldnt get my money back either. Now a food wasting policy I completely understand but customer service was nonexistent. I wouldve been happy with an apology or some type of compensation but I got neither. Wed just paid for a second game for the group and would have been gone if it wasnt for that. I returned the entire product and still wasnt compensated in any way. I wasnt looking for a freebie, just satisfaction in what we paid for. I hope customer service becomes a priority in a place that has such a large amount of patrons spending money. It will be a while before I return.

Lanes were buggy and food took 25 minutes to come, but ultimately it was a moderatley enjoyable experience.

Horrible rundown place with very unhelpful staff! The software used here to keep track of points is very outdated and gave us many problems. Player 1 would bowl a frame and it would give the score to another player. It would then make the same bowler bowl again. I informed the staff and they moved my party to another lane. That lane had a glitch in the system and did not set up pins or return our balls once thrown. I, once again, informed the staff and after a failed attempt on fixing the problem they tried to move us back to our last lane with the computer glitch. My party was fed up after being there for a hour and a half and only bowled 2 frames. We tried getting our money back and they refused to return our money. We only left we a coupon for a free game of bowling. A rundown, disgusting, cheap place to go for bowling. I highly doubt I would ever return to this establishment unless they change management.

The only reason I gave it one star was because zero stars was not an option. This place is way overpriced and the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The two young women working there during our visit were only there to socialize with one another. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to help... and we needed help often because almost nothing worked correctly, if it worked at all. This could be a great place if the owner could find decent help and reassess the prices. Will never return here!

I liked that it was easy to a lame and bowl, the one thing I didnt like is that when I was visiting this place my 10 year old son asked to have the bumpers turned on while he was bowling. Due to a management choice or policy they told my son no and myself no even when asked nicely and politely. Due to the fact that I spent 20 bucks to help your business and trust me Columbus doesnt thane much to do for kids below 18 I have decided Ill never return to GT lanes and support a local business. We were their to have fun and enjoy some quality time together as father and son. Being told no my son cant have bumpers to bowl with to enjoy himself that was pretty low. Will not return. Hope its just another business that closes due to a management policy

This is hands-down the worst bowling alley I have ever bowled a league at. They have minimal support during league nights, constant issues with oil patterns, and have done nothing within the last two years to fix any of those issues. I wouldnt recommend bowling a league here to anyone. However, the pro shop is great with a great staff.

Maybe its because Im not from here Im used to paying for the lane for an hour this one you had to pay per game other than that the kids enjoyed the bounce house looking forward to playing laser tag next time

Prices are very over priced. Anything from a single game, to shoes to a refil, it is all over priced. The lanes were nice but expect to spend a lot when/if you do go.

I bowled a 243 it was not bad

My son loves it here. However, he loves ALL Arcades. This was our 3rd visit and all 3 times the bumper cars were down and almost half of the games were out of order. Very disappointed

We gave our granddaughter her 3rd birthday party here, only reason I wont give 5 stars is because for the money we spent to enjoy a private room and two pitchers of punch, we should have gotten better service. We should have had a dedicated party hostess. We had to wait in line like everyone else for food extra plates, napkins, anything. Even at the end of our allotted time we had to once again go wait in line to pay the bill. If she said to me once she said it twenty times, I was going to _______________ but customers kept coming to the counter, I just couldnt get away. Couple that with the fact they never came to the back in two hours to see if we needed anything. 4 stars is gracious in my opinion. We will go back but probably wont spend the money for the room tho, not worth triple digits imo.

Staff was mostly bad, only nice ones was heavier girl with tattoos, rest was snooty. Gave our lane away as soon as we finished. Keep stacking people on us when most of lanes where open. Lanes need resurfacing, heavy dips in the fake wood. Kids all over the place. Hard to keep a 200+ game with everything going on. Food took 2 hours for cheese sticks, they gave them away to staff, they had the munchies. Oh well my 2 cents. On a plus side Beer was cold...

Went with church family we enjoyed it except with the toddler jumper states 3& under and bigger kids kept getting in it needs someone to be back there to make sure older kids let the babies enjoy this jumper since theres more jumpers for the older kids

Arcade was fun, had new game and a good selection

The concession area was out of cheese for nachos, out of french fries and teaMy family and I were assigned to lane 1 which was not working. The lane lights would not come on and would not return the bowling balls. We were moved to lane 2 which would not return the balld as well. After a few tries it finally worked. Only one or two times during the game the pins would not come down but we were able to complete the family game. This place need an upgrade I didnt have a good time. My family and I attended this place July 3 around 4:30 p.m.Maybe next time.

The only thing GT lanes has going for them is a nice facility. I hate a company that forces you to spend a certain amount to swipe a credit card. They are using Square. Square doesnt have a transaction fee. Its 2.75% fee for swiping a card. The only time theres a transaction fee is if the card number has to be typed. So they get charged the same thing whether I spend $3 or $6. Terrible business model.

Clean, comfortable rooms at a good price. Ryans on one side, Waffle House on the other, easily walkable. DirecTV in the rooms. Free wifi. Pet friendly. Friendly staff, too.

Manager made me leave because I didnt have paperwork for my service animal. Then threatened to call the police when I questioned their policy.

Lots of cool stuff for kids to do. Kind of pricey. They need a better system to include all activities for a flat fee.

Staff doesnt care about paying customers. They dont care if anyone pays for the bounce houses or not. There is never anyone back there to enforce the rules. Tonight alone a group of 5 that had not paid ran off two families that had paid. Im not coming back until they make some staff changes.

GT Lanes has a beautiful atmosphere and the young man attempting to fix the pins was really sweet but the compliments stop there. The customer service is lacking and it was a hassle to order food. Lane 19 was horrible. The turned the lights off before we finished the game. The pins constantly got stuck or they came down wrong. It ruined the game. I was disappointed to pay and have so many issues.

If they had a negative star, thats what they would get. Took five boys from 10 to 12 years old, they paid for jumping in the bouncer thing. Once they started jumping, they were told they were too big to be in there. I asked for their money back to do other things and they refused. Unbelievable!!!

Alot to do from bowling to bounce house to laser tag and arcade. Can get really expensive really fast and the one lady refused to serve my mother but was servicing everyone around her then called her prejudiced. Smh.

I liked this place but I can honestly I say it did not live up to my expectations with the activities. The games were very pricey for the amount of time spent on items. Bouncy castles were for Children of 10 and under so that was difficult as I had sibling sets with me that could not do it. Actually that seemed to be the only part reasonably priced. $8 for reach VR game, laser tag and omg bowling was tough as well. I spent around $125 in about an hour....thats not including what other family members spent as well. The cards to put money on was also hard as children also lose them, not enough room for independence of a child. Staff was not around much..we had to find them a lot though they were not mean just expected them to walk through much more. It was just okay for me!

I work here, as a cook I try to provide the best food as I possibly can. But after cooking for multiple years, my job was threatened because I chose to spice the recipes up a little with a few bits of my favorite spices. I was almost fired bc what I was doing was effecting the bottom line.

We took our nephew there for his birthday. No outside food unless you want to pay $16. I didnt know that and brought cupcakes in but they offered to store them for me.

It used to be fun but now because Im only 11 they were stupid and you have to be 2-10 to play in the bouncy houses. Ruined my day. And employees were very rude. If It wasnt for that they would have a 5. They need to make MAJOR adjustments.

It was clean, If they are going to charge as much as they do. They could have a better selection of house bowling balls.

Prices are high and service is poor. Had to switch lanes multiple times due to lane malfunctions and the staff was very discourteous and unhelpful. Probably because of their no refund policy posted everywhere. A business only posts a no refund sign when they know allot of people will ask for one. Please save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else instead.

Based on reviews alone concerning staff, management, and facilities I will never drop a dime in this all but too familiar BlACKHOLE of Columbus! This is a prime example of why Columbus is dieing! No business wants to invest in a city that has nothing but a subhuman selection to employ their businesses with! Thats exactly whats available in most of Columbus! Leigh Mall wont make it another 7yrs!

Arcade was 30% broke down. The lanes were filled for hours and it was a poor choice to take the kids to waste time between soccer games.

Employees need to work and not play- they try to be friends with the customers too much and dont do their job.

Would be visiting again this summer
