Lanes were booked, which was cool because I get taking precautions, etc. Had to stall two hours so we went to the restaurant first. We asked were they open and they said yes, so we sat ourselves. Waited and looked around for about maybe 3-4 minutes while everyone was congregated in the kitchen area having a great time. I finally got up and walked towards the kitchen to ask for a menu. A polite young man let me know he didn’t work on that side but he would grab me a menu. What threw me for a loop was, in order to place an order, we had to get up and go to the counter. But I noticed a table after us didn’t have to. May have been family, may have not been, not really sure but.. just weird. I’ve always had someone take my order so I was confused and don’t see how that would be a precaution measure but.. do better.

I give this 4 stars only because I have not yet been to play. I have went in and saw the way everything is set up. I felt like a kid as soon as I walked through the door. My children have been there several times throughout the years. They absolutely love it. Now I have to make time to go be a kid again!! Dont worry, adults Ive spoken to love it as well.

This place is awesome! Daily specials on laser tag, bowling, VR, etc. The arcade is fantastic and the prizes are worth the ticket cost. Laser tag was fun and everything seemed to be in good working order. Would love to come back!

It was our first time here and we had a great time playing all of the games. There was a variety and something for everyone. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Besides the restaurant situation, it was a fun place.

4 stars only because everything wasnt open because of COVID. Not all the lanes were open and certain parts like the restaurants and rooms. However, we had a blast and didnt want to leave. This is a great location and has a lot to do for the entire family. Would definitely come back when were in the area.

This establishment is a very fun place to hang out and have fun! There’s many activities to try, and a place where you buy stuff with credits you earn by playing the arcade! Bumper cars are very fun, as well as laser tag! Would recommend coming here to kill off your boredom!

Every time we come the staff is so helpful and generous with their time toward me and my kids. I love coming here as a special treat to my boys. The food is always good. The cooks and waiting staff are exceptional. It’s always clean! Highly recommend being a regular customer! They will not disappoint!

Had my sons birthday for the first time and we got there 15 mins early. We sat around for 45 mins to finally get the bowling lanes going the pizza was 30 mins late, they put two partys together during lazer tag which caused so many people to be huttled together 6 feet was not an option. Bumper cars was in the package I purchased but the kids wasnt able to because the party was so far behind and so many peoples were in line to ride like it was a carnival. They did give me a discount but still wasnt fair on the amount of money I did pay. When we received the game cards half of the games wouldnt work and still took money off the card. I can say the young girl did a fantastic job doing the best she could to hosting my childs birthday to make it not as disappointing.

First time visiting Stars and Strikes for my son 10th birthday celebration with some family, the atmosphere was good it was really nice to see a lot people with their family having a good time despite the pandemic....

A few months back I had a surprise party thrown for me at Stars at Strikes. I cant say how much we appreciated the entire staff on how friendly and attentive they were to our requests. Everyone did an amazing job! Kenneth was the main employee attending to food, drinks, and helping to run the party at our lane. He was amazing, super courteous, and helped to make this surprise party a complete success! I cant say enough good things about this bowling spot, their staff, and how great our time was there!

My family cant get enough. lots of arcade rooms, bumber cars, lazer tag, pool tables, bar, bowling... something for everyone, i promise!

I have a great time every time I come here. My son and husband enjoys themselves every time. My son loves to bowl and to play there arcade games.

Slow service but food was decent. It took 35 mins for me to get a soft drink delivered and I had to remind the manager 3 times about my order.

This place is great!! It has great food, arcade games, pool table, and of course bowling! After 11 it’s $2. I love it here. On top of that the manager of the food section, Elizabeth was so great to my friend! She was sick and she went out her way to make sure she was doing fine! She is an amazing manager! I wish I could give her more than five stars!

Went on a Tuesday, was not busy at all. My family had so much fun, that we ended up sending 6hrs there. Being from CA, Ive been to a few bowling alleys, and I must say, this one beats a lot of the ones Ive been to. Super clean inside, food was great, staff was very helpful and engaging, no complaints at all!!

Seadrina, our waitress, was amazing! I wish more people who worked in the customer service industry had her upbeat, outgoing, kind, personality! My husband, 2 kids, and I enjoyed her as our waitress. She was quick, even though she was extremely busy. What a great experience overall. Columbus, Ga.

FIRST TIME GOING AND IT WAS AWESOME!!! I pulled up to the place and my 10 year old little brother said WHOA! ITS HUGE!! Inside my eyes just lit up. Ill be 27 in a few weeks. But today I was 7!!! What a blast!! I got high score on the lazer tag. I won connect 4. And we got to place a lot of other fun games. Super fun day!!!

I love bringing my kids here, but why do the employees seem like they just hate their jobs? Everyone is rude and dry, i went tonight and didnt see a friendly face in the building. Also, i didnt appreciate the guy with the dreads who was running the virtual zombie shooting game( cant remember what its called exactly) snatching the controller out of my sons hand when his time was up, lucky for him i was with someone celebrating their birthday or he wouldve gotten cursed out.

Fun place but very noisy. There is a good variety of games to play, laser tag & of course bowling.

AMAZING place to host a birthday party with a small amount of people. For parents, I recommend taking your child here when theyre at the ages 6-9 for the arcade. For bowling, I recommend when theyre at the ages 8-10.

Food quality has diminished dramatically since me last visit and the poor guy running the bar was practically working by himself trying to serve everyone and occasionally running to the kitchen to pick up food or drop off dirty glasses to get fresh ones. He was working his butt off but was still struggling to get to everyone quickly.

This place is amazing, everyone is so helpful if anything ever goes wrong with a game or a gift card, the last time we went we somehow ended up leaving with more credit on gift cards than we came in with, and we played for 3 hours! Definitely recommend this place as far as getting mileage for your money. the VIP bowling areas are great, and only a dollar more than regular lanes.

We had my sons 9th birthday party here, earlier in the month. I was very pleased with our party host, as well as the location! It was very clean, and family friendly. For the price, you cannot beat it! We will be having amby more parties here in the future!

They only had social distance when bowling. Why people bowling are separated anyway. But they allowed the area where we sat to eat for people to be crowded all around others

The games were expensive and it took us forever to get our food. Do not border a burger or chicken wings. We order our son last night a burger that was burnt and my son didnt eat it. The fries are good. I order 20 wing. Which was lemon pepper, medium hot wings. The chicken wings make me get sick. I ate five chicken wing and got sick and was not feeling good and ended up threw it back up at home. The medium hot wings had no sauce no flavor whatsoever. When I wonder why I felt sick I looked at my wings and they were under cooked. It was a dollar and change for wing. The restaurant that we went to was the one when you walk into the door its right there to your left thats the restaurant we went to and it was horrible and totally over expensive.

Let me start off by saying I rarely complain about anything but this is by far the worst experience Ive had in my life! My family and i waited an hour and half almost two hours to receive our food. Wen we received it it was cold. When they brought our food out it was the wrong order we sent it back. They came back with cold food and we still had to pay $40 for cold food. I thought it was a nice fun experience but i was wrong they have very poor customer service and their hospitality skills are very poor. The manager act as if it was normal when we complained about paying for cold food. Never again. Unless its only to play.

The children love this place. The food is good and the you can get lost for hours with all the different varieties of games.

We went here on Thursday August 22nd to spend the day with our son who was graduating from the military. This is where he wanted to go with a couple of his friends to celebrate. We had a really nice time. All of the staff was exceptionally nice. I wish that I would have gotten the ladys name who was working the virtual reality game area. It was a nice young African-American woman. She was exceptionally nice and very great at talking about the games and how much fun they were and encouraging us to try it out. On this particular day, they were having a special price to play the game. She walked up to us and told us about it and encouraged us to play. The game was a lot of fun... and we would not have tried it out had she not come over to talk to us.

We arrived at 10:15 pm just a few minutes shy of the 11 pm deal. Our server Kayla took about 15 minutes to get to our table. From there we ordered a beer tower and a sampler platter. Our beer came quick but our sampler platter never arrived. Our server Kayla asked us to cash out with her. Still had no food. It took about two hours after speaking to the manager twice about our missing food for it to arrive. Our server Kayla was long gone but we managed to grab the attention of the server Xavier who seemed genuinely concerned about our misfortune with our food order. We finally received our sampler platter 2 and a half hours later. Xavier continued to check on us throughout our visit. If it wasn’t for her we may not come back. Glad to know servers like Xavier care about their customers. Thank you Xavier. We will return because of you.

Back again and got 4 stars. Came for a bday party and overall it was a good experience. Kids had fun. BUT I must say the pizza was horrendous. First off it was brought out stacked all up on top of each other waaaaay late and then wasnt even hot! The worst part was is that it was not even edible. Huge disappointment for sure as they were all so hungry.

Nice atmosphere for kids I would give a 5 but the ski-ball machine took our money but were not working.

We celebrated my daughters birthday there. It went well. The pizza wasnt very good for the amount of money you pay though, but otherwise it was a great time and she loved her party. The prizes for playing games are very overpriced as far as the number of tickets it costs to get anything. But overall its a good time.

Awesome staff and service

Was pleasantly surprised with my experience of the bowling alley and arcade. The bowling side was decently busy but there were still plenty of balls to choose from and room to walk around and bowl. Arcade was fun, the money added up fast but that’s like any place you visit. Will definitely return in the future.

We have been here several times. Customer Service is awesome. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. All areas are very clean, including the restroom.We leave be to play the laser tag. However, this place has many game machines that are very interesting. We have not tried the bowling yet but I see the price is very reasonable.Just one concern: some rude customers need to be removed from the area.

I always have a great time whenever Im at Stars and strikes. Weather its a family outing with my kids or a girls night out with my friends its well enjoyed. Friendly staff great drinks and lots of laughs. Plenty to do also from bowling laser tag bumper cars huge arcade a fully stocked bar and a great restaurant all inside.

Man, my kids are OBSESSED with this place!! We use it as a reward for doing chores. I personally enjoy the old school games like skee ball! It is WAY better than Chuckie Cheese, which is old and dirty, this place is up-to-date and CLEAN!!

We had a lot of fun bowling and playing the games. There were plenty of fun games to play and the bowling set up is new and clean. It wasnt terribly crowded so you could play without being bothered.

They take forever to get your food order to you. My friend had to wait almost an entire hour to get a sandwich and fries that she paid for.
