Fun time despite Pandemic..didnt see them wiping machines down after a few uses..concerned me greatly..Son sat shoes down and Staff found them and returned them..Kudos to them for Honesty!!

Went here with my family last night. This was our first time at this location as we are from Michigan. It was a great experience. We were seated, ordered and had food within 15 minutes. Our waitress, Shae, was very helpful and nice. We bought their deal, Eat n Play. She then let us know the manager was going to give us unlimited simulation games after our cards were used up. So we ended up playing for about 2 hours. Games are a lot of fun. They range from 2.4 points to 9 points for each game I believe. Restuarant was clean and so was the game room. You can tell people love this location, it was busy but not overly crowded. We had such a blast! Thank you management and staff.

Me, my son and my bf Kyle went to Dave & Busters today (my sons first time going) and we had a blast! We got the same waitress from last time me and my bf Kyle had a date night there. Its a great environment and always a blast when we go there! And staff very friendly! My son is already wanting to plan another trip back there. ️

It was clean and had good service but it was much smaller than I thought. There is another in the area with twice as much game space. Staff was extremely friendly and did a great job!

Just ate here for the first time on Easter Sunday. Staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere is a perfect mix of fun and elegant. I kept it simple and had their golden fingers and my husband a burger. Both were great! The French fries were really, really good (I dont normally like French fries). This would be an ideal place to have a family event with kids, but was also nice for our adult party of two.

Like any place, particularly with corporate oversight or otherwise it has its ups and downs but for what it is I think they do well enough. It’s a fun place to come and let loose with friends and family for an innocent time and of you desire some drinks. They do or course have food, your tastes will determine its quality. I’d compare to any corporate restaurant. I don’t eat here.

We wanted for nothing. Beverages always filled. Very polite. Made to feel very at home. First time visit and we will be back.

We were there 8/29/20. The waitress was running around like crazy but the place wasnt very busy and she wasnt the only one working. We could barely understand a word she was saying. I ordered the chessesteak sliders with wings add on. She never asked what flavor I wanted and the menu listed no options. Every bit of my order had the texture like it was all microwave prepared. We had a party of 4 and at best, the entrees were truckstop quality with horrible service. First time and last time. I would have been better off buying a $20 bucket of KFC and lighting a $100 bill on fire, about the same satisfaction and price.

Honestly, the food was amazing the waiter we had was absolutely perfect. However, even in the dining area, I had a hard time hearing the people I was with due to the music being loud so we ended up leaving before we finished eating.

We went to the Polaris Dave and Busters this week and I was impressed with how well they tried to keep the games sanitized. There were at least 2 or 3 employees walking around spraying the games the entire time we were there. They also had every other game closed to allow for social distancing. There were also jugs of hand sanitizer all around for the guests to use. When I went to the bathroom an employee was also in there sanitizing. I think they went above and beyond. The food was delicious too!! We will definitely be going back.

One of my the Best place to hang-out. Checked in into DB Columbus Polaris Fashion Mall oultet. The food and drinks were superb. Had fund with Games and tried most.Dave &Buster has done all the safety measures for the safety in current covid scenario. Would really say was totally safe and a much needed place to hangout. Loved the staffs care for the customers!!Kids had lot of fun too.

Great family atmosphere. They shut down a lot of the games where people would be close together or that were hard to sanitize for corona, and closed the bar. So as good as you can get for social distancing in an arcade.

Terrible this company should be ASHAMED! Dont use this moment in history as a time to not inform and scam your customers! I tried to support you and deserved to get a refund. Thanks Eric for such great customer care NOT! I give this place 5 thumbs!Be upfront with customers before they purchase the most expensive card! And say HEY MOST OF OUR GAMES ARENT PLAYABLE DUE TO COVID-19. That is respectable and completely understandable. But last night was far from ok.

Food was delicious, and service was great! I just forgot how noisy it was in there. Next time when I come, Ill keep the D&B atmosphere more in mind.

Stood in line and the 3 workers that was there just stared at us like we didnt belong. Nobody came to help us when we was there for food until after we was about to walk out they decided they wanted to help. We was from out of town and this place was nothing like our local dave and busters. The place was also extremely small as well.

Always 5star experience even with some of the games down because of social distance. The family still had a good time and got nice prizes. Very clean and bathrooms were nice. Our kids enjoyed the music and energy from the staff julianna and Jayma took their time with us at dinner and even gave us crayons and coloring pages to keep them entertained while I could enjoy my adult drink. Lol. We love coming here when we are in town. Can’t wait to come again!

I enjoyed myself just need more variety of games but I still had a enjoyable time.

No real way to control cleaniness in the Pandemic. I would suggest using caution. Food was just okay.

The food was very gross and me nor my son ate anything off our plate but a couple mushrooms and bites of steak. We stood for 45 minutes waiting on a table while there was plenty of tables open for two and a toddler. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Me and my kids had a great time and we love that they were open late.

We go to Dave & Busters a lot, today was our 2nd time since the reopening after the shutdown for Covid and Im really disappointed.4 Philly Cheesteak SLIDERS $10.99 if you want fries with them thats another $1.50. So $12.49. With a drink $15 lunch.In addition to the price theyve changed something about their Burger Sliders. They arent as good as they used to be.

A lot of games werent working properly, couldve been a better experience if so. It wasnt everything it was made out to be.

Service in restaurant takes a bit but gaming area well maintained

Great place to have fun but you have to spend $200 to win a $3 stuffed animal so go and have fun just make sure your prepared to throw away a couple hundred bucks. Foods ok but a little overpriced, sometimes dry and doesnt really fill you up.

Most of the food was great. A couple dishes could have been better for the price IMO. It felt like we were bothering the staff for anything and it took forever to get checks, we ended up standing by the table to wait for them. Also several of the games were not working or malfunctioned and the crews response was basically, yeah they do that. I realize we were there with a larger party during peak time close to holidays and technology is not always easily fixable. Overall it did not ruin our family outing, we had a fun time and would/will do it again. Thank you.

The experience overall is good. Downloaded the app when walking in the front door. The downfall was that the app wasnt working to our knowledge, the best bang for the buck is using the app. Once we went to the desk, we were able to convert to a regular card. Most games worked as it should with no major complaints.

Since it was our first time there we were kinda confused about what to do and how it all worked till we met an amazing employee named Jacob. He was awesome. My 9yo daughter had a lot of fun here. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is how much credits some games use. We started with 178 credits and it definitely didnt take long to use since a majority of the games cost 9 to 10 credits.

Its Dave & Busters and is what you expect from this place. Its clean and games seem to be in good shape. The kids love playing here and have enjoyed the prizes they have earned.This location seems smaller than others but still a good selection of games and lots of fun.

Food was pretty good. Not bad for the price. The gaming are is soooooo small. Very busy and crowded. Lines to play a few games. Takes a lot of points to play games. Be prepared to spend a LOT of $$$

Im obsessed. Games are a blast and cocktails are perfect. They could use some more prizes geared toward adults though! More board games other than Monopoly would be nice!

Expensive but the food was good and we had a really good time playing some games. I ate the mini burgers and ribs. Both were good. My husband had the pretzel dogs and they were also yummy!

Had my grandsons Birthday party here, no party room. Our hostess started off strong until the party food was delivered (wings for kids were gross), then she never came back. She passed our table 10 times to get to her other tables. She never checked to see if we needed refills. I had to go find another server to refill my personal pop and another hostess started taking care of our table and did a good job. The manager made things right, but servers wonder why they dont get tips...this is why!

Took my kids, 12, 11 & 4, just for a new experience since they love playing games and they never experienced an arcade or game room. They had a blast! My Boyz said they wanted to have their birthday parties there. So I brought them back, 3 weeks after w/school friends as my Son turned 13.Baby girl loved it too!

Fun, but cramped. It seemed small and that everything was on top of everyone and everything else. I am sure it was a busy night but could have used some spot cleaning through out. We were there for 3 hours and the same items and trash never was picked up.

Arcade was good family fun and a good value... food and drink was very overpriced but decent portions.

Great family atmosphere games for children as well as grown ups the food was decent nothing over the top but nothing was bad either also the bar is set up to be a sports fans dream with Flat Screens from one end to the next amazing place to watch a game and play some as well

Clean location & friendly staff w/ all games in working order. Not very many games of which it felt like most are shooters (maybe they just took up the most space). Perhaps too many games though for the size of the location which results in an awkward layout with game sounds and lights conflicting loudly and brightly. Maybe I have just been spoiled by visiting much larger and more spacious arcades. Would not recommend.

The workers here were very disrespectful and mumbling very rude comments about the group of people i was with. very immature

This is a fun, although a bit expensive, place to bring a family. I would not go here for food, the wait staff is not very attentive and the orders are not always right (no excuse for this especially when the servers refuse to write things down) so dont eat here. However the game side is great for older children and those who are young at heart!

Some of the games did not work but were not marked so Im sure we lost some credits even after telling someone. Lunch was just ok and kind of slow but the kids had fun. Super busy by the time we left.

The bar staff are super friendly, and attentive. The menu rocks, and all you can eat wings for Sunday football is a great deal. Its a fun place, with really good bar food. Also, they serve Guinness

Fun but expensive. Nice night out with my 5yr old. Only played video games. We both had a lot of fun. Went in a Friday night and started to get pretty busy. Wednesday night is a half off night.. So keep that in mind if you want a cheaper night.

Its was fun! We are retired. Good way to burn $40 and 2 hours! Oh and the place was SUPER clean!

I had a blast here! Their food is delicious! So delicious that I actually ordered their macaroni platter to go as well. They had a fun selection of games in the gaming area and the people are pretty courteous in remembering that other people want to play the games too. We got some fun prizes at the ends and had a great day overall!

Game prices are reasonable price but the drinks are way overpriced. So many kids even around 9 pm its hard to have fun as an adult. And why would gratituity tip be asked for just selling me a game card?

It was good. The location we went to was a little smaller, but there were still plenty of games to keep our group occupied and having fun.

Generally over priced especially for the quality of food. They have a tendency to have a few games put of service too. The staff is usually friendly though and kind.

We went as a family to celebrate Valentines Day.The night had 2 DISASTERS...First my vegetarian was served a meat burger... if you are a vegetarian or related to one you know how traumatizing this is...but what was the most disappointing was the manager on duty couldnt even tell his product (food) apart...As a restaurant owner this was the unacceptable.Secondly, my husband paid for our food and drinks and I had a separate drink tab for one round (one mule and one margarita -strawberry). My check was $23 and some change (2 drinks) so I rounded it to $25. My husband left an 18% cash tip for both checks...Checked my account on 2/16 to find out the waiter cashed my $25 check for $75! Seriously I was furious...I had to go back over there because no one would answer the phone... I was told I would be refunded the entire check amount...After 14 days, I checked my account to find they had only returned the $50 tip...what about the HUGE inconvenience, the overdraft charges incurred, etc...I will never return ....

I really enjoy Dave & Busters and me and my boys go often. They offer many weekly specials that give discounts on food and game play. I prefer the Hilliard location over Polaris due to the larger games, more open floor space and dining area near the game room floor. However, both bring out the kid in you when its time to pick out prizes.

Food here is ok; had sirloin meal as it is one of the few things I could have on menu due to food restrictions. Family friendly atmosphere. Our server, Aaron, was very nice. Had a good time playing games and tapping in to my younger (kid) side. Took advantage of the super game card for only $3 extra which included 125 game chips and UNLIMITED play on a good selection of games.

Let me just say that the people there at D&B are great. They were warm and inviting. The customer service from everyone was great and they made me feel at home. I am sure, based on my experience, that you would be well treated at this location. The two stars is only because I am used to D&Bs that are much larger, much more interactive in terms of gameplay. Restaurants are higher end and dedicated to giving you a quality atmosphere in an adult oriented players zone. Most other D&Bs seem to really take their environment and your overall experience more seriously while not taking themselves too seriously. I wouldnt take a date here like I would be glad to at other D&Bs, but they do give excellent personal service.

Games were fun, we ate lunch there and service was slow. Once our food did come out, it was all at once, appetizers, salads and entrees all at the same time. We had no room at our table and our server even made a comment about our table being a puzzle. Pretty annoying.

The food is above average, with large portions but a little pricey for the location. Expect to see a lot of kids when you come. They dont have a huge game selection compared to other D&B, but not bad.
