The new management is pro active in fixing any issues that arise while working with a great security agency & local law enforcement. Street Lights in the back hasnt worked 4 @2 months now. Everyone in here PAYS every month 2 keep the Street Lights ON but the ppl in the Ofc. DOES NOT Care. HUGE Security/Safety Risk!

Sunrise is one of the best places I have lived (For a first time mobile home) ..now a days with this new managment and owners they are so nice and helpful and actually care...the woman that came down from Michigan just to visit is so nice and awesome, They are really fixing this place up! And helping people who are lower income.. I love this place.

Moved here, they promised to fix my place right when I moved in, took them so many weeks to even put flooring in, my window was leaking and had been leaking before I even moved in which caused mold and my newborn got sick two nights within being there and was in the hospital. Then my back bathrooms toilet was left off in the shower... so it was a non working bathroom... which the door was even off and I have a 1 year old who runs around... there was nails and tools laying all around that I was told not to touch.They are liars and just want to take peoples money, I refused to pay them if they didnt want to fix my place, I paid 1200 and the lady told me that money was to help fix it. I took this to court and they evicted me and didnt give me any notices!!!! Except for the final notice!!If you want to live like your trash, then this is the place. Karma is a *****.Its dangerous here also, I had people following me while trying to go back into my house, I had to always carry my pepper spray, the laundry area is pitch black, there is always fighting and guns shooting, and loud music, and cars flying down the roads... not suitable for kids at all!!!They should be reported!!

Been living here for the past couple of years and never had a problem . I’ve notice a big change and improvements regarding cleanness... can’t wait to see what it will look like within the next year !

So to clarity they are a rent to own area and theres contracts that state they can not and wont givw back deposits its there right and its true and legal so to anyone who moves put after a day or two demanding it back you really need to learn to read contracts before signing them.

Just ugh!! I used to live here and its a horrible place to be.

The ladies at the front office are wonderful and very polite. They also want to see and always have the best for intentions. And keep the residents in mind of everything they do. They are always pleasant and full of smiles.

So its Not the best however getting much better, the people in the office are about cleaning up the park and making sure this is a nice place for us to live again. Both girls in the office have shown that they sincerely care about people in this place. I have seen them do outreach in my store just to be able to go above and beyond for our events. Thanks again, for my kids school backpacks !!!

Its a nice neighborhood

Cheap place to stay but far from the safest area in Cocoa. 75% of trailers are trash, but that does give you a 25% chance at a great home. I believe if you mind your business for the most part you should be safe, MAYBE. Also if youre going to live here you may want to invest in a Glock, any type of gun is a necessity to live here. It really is a dangerous place to live! Also if you can afford a better place to live, I suggest you spend the extra money and do so, its a much better decision, than having to watch your back just to go to your mailbox!

Im not gonna lie this place has had its ups and its downs. Every place does. Its truly getting better weve had a good group in for a while and they are helping keep the park in line. They are a no nonsense crew and they dont deal with the bs. They will tell you like it is and expect you to handle yourself accordingly. Tammy said it best. We are owner held park. Each of us are partially responsible for this park how it is and how it is to become. Cant wait for new great people to move in.

I moved in three months ago and the place was trashed it looked real bad,keep in mind there was just a major hurricane.The staff did a great job of cleaning it up the place looks good now good job. I have been here over a year now still a great place to live also they are pet friendly and work to improve the park every day.

When you move here your home will need to be fixed make sure you call someone named Jose he is a very nice man and will fix your place up the best he can

They care more about weather you grass is cut then people in the park playing loud music for hours every week. Seriously you can hear the music from people across the street with window unit running and a tv on. Its every week sometimes two and three times a week until 11 or 12 at night. The management hasnt done anything its been like this for a year. Yet you grass grows a little to high and you get a notice and threatened with a fine glad they know how to make it a good place to live.

They never give people a chance

The place is not clean people selling drugs on the street. Their are some nice homes. But the others looked run down.

Hmmm, kind of trashy; would never live there, ever. I would rather live on the street. I was visiting a friend and thats all she can afford. If I had the money I would give it to her and help her move out ASAP!

The manager left again. Im still waiting for my original issues. Now i have to start allover. No notes from previous managers

This place is a very bad place I do not suggest anybody moving there the trailers that are in there are not even up to code or what theyre worth charging I live there for 6 years they have my rent for 3 months got an eviction on me went to go pay the eviction before the court date and Carla told us not to worry about go to the court date and then ended up screwing me out of my trailer Ive been homeless since December 26th and its been impossible for me to find a place because of this lady screwing me and my wife out of are trailer suggestion do not go to this place

Great place for Drugs and Prostitution and occasional fires they never run dry on entertainment plus it never lacks the presence of police fire and rescue. Weekends and parties are on fleek.

Straight garage they are con artist its not being cleaned up . Crazy neighbor blocked my driveway with junk. Trailer wasnt even close to ready. Leaking water heater mold in the bathroom flooring and closet, cant even lay carpet or flooring correctly, maintenance is a bunch of druggies who ghetto rig everything. . Moved out after 2 days and refused to give my money back. Dont bother and waste your money here.

Would give it 1 million negative if I could! Horrible park takes peoples money to resell uninhabitable homes to people in a thought spot. The drugs and prostitutes there is disgusting defiantly not safe for kids single moms elderly people or anyone not looking to get high! I rented from them and ended up losing everything the office staff has dildo parties and byob at the pool parties causing the drunks to spill out of the office area into your back yard pulling guns and threatening parents in front of their children STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

They dont worry about the crime. They only worry who is on a lease. People getting shot , kids getting hit by cars, staff is rude. Staff dont comply with residents needs very bad area. Pool is no good always close. Playground no good for kids. Glass and garbage every where. Most people who leave at this park got a record.

Not a very good place to raise a family. Lots of drug dealers and prostitutes running around. And not the kind of prostitutes you see in Las Vegas movies. Ones that if they look at you youre going to get herpes. All the kids aspire to be like their drug dealer fathers in the scumbag place.

This is NOT a safe place for a family. There is a pool that is almost never open, and when it is there are usually adults doing adult things in there. There is a playground that seems great for kids at first glance, but it is covered with profanity and graphic pictures that children shouldnt have to see. The mulch that surrounds the playground equipment is full of glass from broken beer bottles, just like the streets and yards. There are dozens of stray cats littering the streets and living in abandoned houses. So much so that some of the yards smell like a litter box that needs to be cleaned! There are police and fire rescue in and out of the park daily because of one complaint or another, and the park is full of drug dealers and alcoholics. There is also an “ice cream truck” (a van with a cartoon on it and no windows in the back) that drives around with its music on after dark. The office staff is nice, the offices are clean, and they will tell you that they’re “cleaning the place up” to get you to move in. DON’T believe it though. I’ve lived here and it’s only getting worse!!

Terrible place,lot rent is too high,drugs,crime, they shut water off twice this week ( 1-21 -2019 and again today 1-25-2019) they said it would be off for 3 hrs again.They dont give any notice of this,just shut it off,BUT THEY WANT TO RAISE THE LOT RENT ANOTHER 15.00 FOR WHAT?WE GET NOTHING WITH THIS INCREASE .THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE..ITS ALL ABOUT !

The worst trailer park but unfortunately for my granddaughter she has no choice but to rent to buy her trailer which poor girl with 2kids is doing the best she can but .The wireing is really bad .along with other issues .how does this trailer park offers no help before you own it or after such slum lords . hate that place but she has to live somewhere .wish she and husband and kids and dog could just move .but cant know how that goes . maybe 1 day they can get moved .
