This place just keeps on getting better. The neighbors are friendly and respectful these days. Management, George, has a way of keeping this neighborhood looking great and feeling safe. Hats off to George.

Nice and quiet neighborhood

I paid faithfully every month on time and completed my yr lease. And i had to leave after a year. Because of issues with property and land. It was becomeing to bad to live in and everything was falling apart. So now theyre finding a way to keep my deposit. They said i suppose to let them know before 30 days of moving. Hell i didnt even know for sure if i was moving. Watch your pockets with these guys. And they love going up on rent.

I put review on here that at the time was true and not the greatest but, the manager George today has showed me that he really is willing to make thi and gr right. Yes it took more time then I wanted and I thought it wouldnt happen but he actually helped me even though he d in dnt have to. By replacing something he legally didnt have to. I love living here and being he keeps on top of everything from speeding to keeping the place clean. This is a great place for children and a very safe place to live.its great!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now. The park is mostly quiet. We havent had any issues with anyone. There is a pond you can fish in and a park right across the street.

Do not like owner of place very rude and has trashed out places on her threw property. No diseases on neighbor hood.

There’s a lot of drug dealers in the area.The police is always visiting a man that lives at emerald lake drive.I have a friend that’s lives close by that thinks that man might be a criminal.

Lots of good people here but the women in the office are horribly mean women.. They feel they need to control everything in everyones life and it must be their way... if you own your home and lot their very vogar towards you and your kids ...I wouldnt want anyone to ender their hate for people that wont conform to them... Please you have been warned their are many people that will say how bad it is with them...

Susan Trombley is the property manager at Sun Lake Village Estates, she has done nothing but harass us and stopping by our property multiple times to tell us people have complained about us. She then refuses to tell you who complained or why.. just that there was a complaint. What kind of effective communication is that? It really is such a terrible place to live.Now, I understand the need to keep things tight and tidy, but maybe someone can please explain why she continues to come over here when the neighbor to the left has a trash strewn lawn that blows crap into my yard whenever it storms?Susan is extremely unfair, unless you drink... Being she is an alcoholic, she seems to frown upon people who do not have poor hygiene and red skin like her.Just stay away, I feel so badly for new tenants, that if I know they are moving here, I will stop them to let them know how terrible this place is.Please, please please please please please please please please please please please please... do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.Susan Trombley looks down on indigent people, she thinks of us as below her... funny considering this is just a stepping stone on my way to finish my bachelors and all the while she will still be here with her hatefulness.
