They suck! Everyone is scared of getting evicted! Please dont buy anything from them . I was renting a mobile home from them. An opportunity came up to purchase a mobile home in the park. The Park manager which is the owners husband has accepted our purchase and accepted one month lot rent. Soon as she came back from vacation and found out we had purchased the home she immediately stopped taking rentAnd had the nerve 6 months later to try to evict me for non-payment bad idea when I still have the paper saying that they refused to take the rentSo we went to court and I got what I wanted for the mobile home. She is a evil landlord the funny part is Ive never ever ever met this woman. She even sent a letter out when we first moved. I said to whom it may concern rent is going to be raised due to somebody taking the high ground and because theyre criminals we have to up our security which will increase the rent. Im not sure what she told her lawyer but I know it wasnt a truth. Judge Freeland in Titusville agreed
