I dont want to give this place anything. People who are even thinking about this place .... NO NO NO you will get you things stolen. My boyfriendOD in this trailer park and the landlord would not let me get my belongings.. not only that she was going to press charges on me... This would be a big mistake.. its nasty they dont take care of the trailer house very disrespectful... Please take my word for thought ...

Have been moved once in the park from landlord neglecting repairs. Not even 3 months into the next unit there is mold growing everywhereUpdate. Landlord still neglecting repairs so I am now legally withholding rent

OMG...so here is this trailer park....The nastiest-oldest trailers I have ever seen. Just dirt roads..and right next to an electric company... CANCERDO YOU KNOW THEY WANT $375.00 (PER WEEK) TO LIVE LIKE A NASTY DOG!!!!My God in heaven please stop these people Amen

I love my home...its the people that live in the park that suck. Most do not care about their area and trash it...literally! Very dirty! However, managment are really making an effort to clean up the park: getting new trailers, painting, and cleaning up...if only the other tenants would make an effort!

My husband and I love living here so peaceful we needed a place asap and Cheryl got us in a place the next day. We were living with family and it was a nightmare had a week to find a place we moved here from Maryland with the passing of my husbands dad. 2018 was a horrible year lots of challenges. They are cleaning up the park with new trailers and painting the older ones management staff and neighbors are very friendly. Thank you lord for guiding us here and my brother for telling us about this place.

This is an old trailer park that isnt close to too much. I had written a pretty bad review before but, I believe in giving credit where due. The park has installed many new or refurbished trailers and have cleaned it up a bunch. They have always been good to my daughter that lives there and rent includes electric.

I had lived there for six miserable years horrible place and the people I see giving good reviews I have never seen or met. They will evict you and steal your belongings and take your deposit also the manager had hired men who would sleep with her and she would post on facebook about her encounters with pictures, while his girlfriend lived down the road. My septic tank was full for 3 months and never emptied no toilet. they have termites and black mold that never got repaired had to call dept of health to get my trailer repaired and still took months STAY AWAY the absolute worst place to ever live

Trashy and over priced believe me there is a reason why they always have empty trailers

Most trashy place in psj the manager is a joke charges money and dnt even run real background checks scams everyone stay away

They have dumps and wont repair them ..zoning was called on them..And then they keep your deposit cause you break lease because of no repairs..Shady place yall..

Everything included in rent, water trash electric!

Never want to live there but I may visit someone that does
