Theyre trying to clean it up but it is still a trailer park. But its affordable and not the worst Ive seen

Maintenance for this place is a joke. Everything they do is half assed.Just rented a place on the first and the roof leaks and electrical has given me nothing but problems. Stay away for your own good.

Had a problem with the park manager, call main office and they took care of my problem quickly and had a meeting with us to give all updates. Thank you Elizabeth for your quick responds and taking time after hours to talk with us...

Old drainage problem standing water behind trailers

Slum Lords, beware! They deliberately painted up a trailer to appear attractive, but under the paint, the place was falling apart. They intentionally sold this piece of neglected garbage to a disabled, young man in a wheelchair and on a fixed income, knowing that its basically uninhabitable. Here is a picture of a corner of the new floor (as we were told) from 8-months ago. Goes well with the tarp we just had to put on the roof.I just posted pictures of the laundry facilities. Never in my life have I seen such filth. This place is deplorable.

Not bad if you need somewhere to go quick, but beware. Moving in they told us theyed fix a laundry list of things and it never got done. Even called to remind them and still nothing. My bathroom drain smells like stagnant water, my bathroom and kitchen sinks both lead to the outdoors for some reason cause I can feel the heat. I got mold in super odd places in the house. Like the moldings. Like I said not bad if you need somewhere quick but not the first choice. Also my neighbors were dealing drugs to the whole park and they only cared about my grass being to high and me parking on the grass for that $150 dollar fine.

I moved into this park 1 year and 10 months ago, the park has gotten better since Anthony took over management. Anthony is doing a good job with fixing it up. Anthony and Brad will do anything they can to help. Anthony is fair he dose not favor anyone he treats everyone equal.

Use to live here around 2011 (Dave and Keith). Loved living here. Pool wasnt up and running at the time but met alot of nice folks there. Would like to return and buy another trailer if possible, away from the highway if possible also. Lol Will be making a call around the next month or 2 and begin my hunt, journey to reside in West cocoa

I have been a resident at Westgate for almost 20years, Kim has been by far the best manager to date, she goes above n beyond her duties as such. She keeps a clean neighborhood and helps with anything she can. She is always doing things in and with the community for the children. I love having Kim as our manager/family. Felicia Velazquez.

My family and I moved into a mobile home here the second week in July, it is now October and we have had one problem after another. Very disappointed with the quality of homes they are renting out. We initially moved into a trailer that did not even have basic wiring to hook up a stove. My husband ran the wiring. We had to get new parts for the electrical box as well. Which of course was all out of pocket, and was not reimbursed upon our move. Come to find out it was infested with rats. Thankfully, and I do commend them for this, we requested to be moved and they did. However we were told by the previous office manager and a resident that the rat issue was a known problem prior to us being moved into the unit, which was very upsetting to find out. I am very grateful, however, that they were willing to move us. None the less, the new mobile home has still been a headache. Part of the electrical does not work and we have had issues with the toilet not flushing and the shower not draining, so we have the outter drain plug opened allowing sewage to drain into the grass outside. While they have attempted to address the plumbing issue, which we appreciate, I do feel that these are issues that should be addressed prior to renting these mobile homes. It appears to me that they are coming in to the units and cosmetically repairing them, while leaving the rest unaddressed. I would advise being weary of renting a home in this park for that reason and if you do not have money or knowledge to make repairs to the mobile home I would not suggest moving into this mobile home park.I also want to add that the management will pick and choose who they require to follow which rules, I assume based on how they are feeling that day. There is a guy living on a couch in someones yard and that is apparently acceptable but it is not acceptable to have my dog tethered outside to do her business. Looking back after everything Ive dealt with, all of which is not posted in this review, I would not recommend this park to anyone. Nor would I have moved here had I known everything that I would endure doing so. They are very unhelpful. I have heard several complaints about people saying their pipes arent even hooked up to the sewage system. Or a woman moved in and was told her floors were new but they are falling in. They are also not very pleasant to deal with when issues do arise. I had to threaten to call code enforcement for them to finally fix our plumbing issues. So while they do not want to hold up their obligations, they are very petty about picking and choosing which tenants do or do not uphold theirs. Very shady & unprofessional. Unconcerned with the tenants. Do not recommend them.

Quite freindly place. Theres a pool but you must b acompanied by a resident if you want to go swimming.

My family and I have lived here for two years never have we had any problems with anyone and the land lady Kim is one of the sweetest ladys you could ever meet and she truly cares about the people she rents a lot to and of anyone ever needs anything she is right there to help and I would like to thank her for being my land lady

Krispy krunchy chicken on dixion Blvd. In Cocoa needs to be closed down also no sanitary anywhere in this restaurant they treat customers and employees very nasty they dont deserve a business they are not kind people

I spoke to a Kim on the phone. I asked if she had any available homes and first she said no and then changed it to yes quickly so I was skeptical there. However I went to meet her and she was very reassuring that my fiance and i would get approved since we had no felonies or evictions. She said she just needed to fix us up a trailer and we would be in there. I brought her back a money order for $100 and our applications (we were over qualified) and asked if the application fee was refundable. She told me no but not to worry, we will get approved and that she would call me that day or the day after. 4 days later at 4pm I call her to followup on my application. She told me I didnt get approved. I asked why she didnt call me and let me know and she said she had other things to do. Did not even apologize. Very misleading and very rude. Terrible business skills to basically guarantee someone an approval & not even call them to let them know. I feel like she was a craigslist scammer since thats where I Got her ad. Got my hopes up and after i gave her the money order it seems she had no intentions of calling me back at all.

If I could I would give this place a negative rating all they want to do is rob you and when you need someone in charge nobody can be contacted. You only want to live here if it is a last resort... looks can be deceiving!!!

Its a quiet place, the management team is quick to respond to maintenance requests.
