I lived there about 15 yrs ago when it was 55 and up although my ex and I werent, I guess they liked us. It was very nice and clean and quiet. But from the pics I see that it has changed drastically! They mustve changed owners or something because it looks like someplace where I would be afraid to drive through now. 1 Star now, 5 Stars 15 yrs ago!!

It really has starting to be like. A park I remember when I would visit my mother in law dont mean to hurt people feelings but it is getting better

It used to be a awesome place to live not so sure anymore management has changed and Im sure about future conditions with New Management

I wouldnt live there if you paid me. Have lived and been visiting Tradewinds for over 15 years. The only thing good about it is the price of lot rent!! You best hope for tradewinds cause 6 days a week it smells like a sewer. Expecting privacy? No way. The managers of today act like the gustapo, unless your part of their family or 75 yrs old and cant leave the house to walk about. 2005 it was Great. Thats all folks.

Decent size moble park, low lot rent. No major resttictions on animals, mobles all owned seperatly , yards kept well , very close to indian river off us1 in Cocoa...

Everytime i come to visit my family. Always something goimg on. Cops. Ambulances. Hookers and kind of scary place. Should be a 55 and over park like it used to be. Have to worry every time I leave my family there to go home. Realy could use a good paving job too. And raw sewage flowing through the park and into the yard areas and under homes. What a health risk this is causing. Poor management. Sad to see what used to be a nice place turn into such a dump.
