I was part of the new management that turned the park around 2 yrs ago. Bad reviews left are by people that couldnt get in or was kicked out. Such as Richard Greeson, a convict on the run. Previous owner I worked under has sold the park to someone who actually knows what they are doing. We cleaned the park up and made it a family orientated place as opposed to a place brought down by the criminal element. The new owner has taken it to the next step bringing in new trailers and actually putting money into the parks appearance. I still keep in touch with the friends I made while living there that are still there. A great bunch of people to have as neighbors and friends.

The best place to live in cocoa the least amount of crime definitely the quietest place I have lived in Bervard county in 45 yrs nicest management and very helpful

I dont live here, but I know people there. I asked what they thought about living there and they really enjoyed it. They now own their trailer and they say that the neighborhood is pretty quiet. They also have nice neighbors.

I’ve lived in this park since 2015, this used to be a bad place. After change of ownership the community is now very well kept. They remodeled all trailers and sold to new residents. Now the park is very clean and dead quiet at night. The managers and neighbors are very friendly!!

Ive lived here 2 years now on a rent to own program and now own my own home! The management is very friendly and easy to work with!! You may see a few negative reviews from people stereotyping individuals theyve seen here, but one should never judge someone based upon appearance alone. This is a very safe environment for families, weve felt comfortable here this whole time and have become close with some of my neighbors.

This was a terrible place. We went looking for options for a new place and they were ridiculous

They Changed names to cocoa estates ,very quiet mobile home park that is remodeling trailers for sale at a great price (easy finance)for descent homes, well worth a look if your in the market for a nice place to live at a great price

Still a drug infested prostitution trailer park. Tried changing the name to Cocoa Estates to redeem itself but still a termite and bug infested park.
