Small, hidden building. We went here on a field trip with our students and accommodated around 72 of us with some extra seating available. There is a little walkway with some space/planet related items with short blurbs about each. I enjoyed the show and especially our tour guide and my students enjoyed it too, especially the stories and constellations.
My 6 year old really enjoyed the presentation. This is a wonderful educational opportunity for all.
I always love to come here and bring my sons. They have great programs and they make it fun to learn about space, the stars and even stone hedge!
I came here with my aunt, mother, and cousin, I loved it! Id come here again!
When I lived in Chesapeake, Virginia from 1988 to 1994 I used to go to the planetarium ever since the 6th grade until I had to move out of Chesapeake and into Virginia Beach. I did return a few times to see what are the updates, still the same shows, but the telescope experiences were great. I always liked that orange reflector telescope. I hope to buy one like that one day, maybe used. They have great new age music, and because of that sky theater, I got hooked on new age music ever since.
Last months show was awesome. But this months alien show was too much talking not enough showing. I think we viewed a total of maybe ten things in an hour with 95% of that personal experience and repetitive talking. I was kind of disappointed I had to come home and watch cosmos on Netflix to have a better visual for the evening.
Pretty #gucci bro
