I would give ZERO stars if I could. After visiting a friend and new to the area I notice a couple units available. The units I was interested in were nice. Like any person interested in a place to live I did my research and asked around. Find out from a few tenants that the representative of the park showed reoccurring discriminatory behavior. Not enforcing rules and regulations to the park as a whole but only to selected tenants while ignoring violations of other tenants. I find this very unprofessional and I do not see how they are managing to stay a float. To any home searchers... I say beware...

If I could give zero starts I would. I asked if they had any available rentals. Upon which the woman who answered the phone said I would have to turn in an application first.I asked so is there an application fee. She responded Yes $25.I asked so I pay $25 and what if you then tell me there are no rentals. Ill just throwing away $25.She replied and I quote pretty much in the most smug time of voice.What kind of bs is that. Last to find out if there is any availability.? If you guys need money so bad stand on a corner with a sign.!

My wife and I are now running the park and it is turning around quickly. Houses are being remodeled correctly and beautifully

Recent move in under new . Needs better maintenance, some are good others not. Too many damaged vacant units. Could use bright plants put in vioid areas for eye appeal.

There is a sewer leak throughout the park. Roof leak its dirty and smells. Black mold sewer growth very gross and unhealthy.

Yes, this park needs a facelift, and its getting one. New owners and new management. The residents are nice and go out of their way to help you. Its mid 30s and Tracy just handed us a space heater. Sharon gave us food for over a week. TP, soap, towels, loaned beds. Anything they have, they share.

Very old mobile homes..Needs to be upgraded to todays standards..Trash area needs to be hidden in corner instead of on main street entrance..

Am willing to lease. Very quiet and I feel safe in the environment.

Grand Central station for drugs. Plenty of drugs here.

I lived there for a few years and my trailer was broken into and vandalized. I didnt get my stolen property back, even though the police was involved.
