Not recommend, manager Wayne morgan is not management material, the facts are these....police here all the time, mainly because of his harassment, always trying to evict tenants, rude, yells No speeding! Has no authority to hand out a ticket so he needs to get over it. Knock on doors, , as far as i know he thinks people like him but behind his back they despise him. BEWARE he is controlling, and will give u constent reminder notices. He will get in your face even if your a woman. You will find yourself calling police too. He conducts inspections day and night, watching your every move, he comes around the corner when less expected seriously you have been warned. Others from this park should write review, but fear retaliation. Dont live like this, this park is in need of someone with people skills and better management skills. He has tweeters working for him proof in the pudding look at them. Hope I have helped. I have recent up dates, he now altered the speed bumps, careful when driving into the park but highly recommend u , get a hold of your insurance company in regards to claims due to damage to your cars suspension and replacement of shocks, lets hold this guy responsible, and accountable. He placed boards on top of the original and slapped on cement, if only I submit video I would i have plenty on his shenanigans., I live in trailer 25, I am not afraid of him i have an attorney come talk to me. Manager on site very disrespectful, walking through people yards like he owns the property. No need to cuss at people the way he does.

Been living here with my husband and two children for about 2 yrs. He is a slum lord he will not fix nor repair anything the lot we used to live in next to his office was run down and was in no living condition. We nearly suffered during the summer the trailer had a small breaker and would cut off the power every other hour . He used an extension that lead to his laundry room to share power so that we could keep our air on ..but regardless it did not do anything it still cut off the power , The roof would leak excessively during the rain season , my husban had to fix the toilet because he would not do it ,The stairs out side of the trailer were so old they broke on me an i fell . He did not replace the stairs till a year later. after all the suffering he had no other choice but to move us to another trailer he knew that everthing was run down but didnt care to do anything and still doesnt.

I did enjoy the ppl whom live here in this park they are wonderful kind ppl but I also feel so very badly for them this place has more rules then any Department Of Corrections Does and Management yeah I do not have even 1 thing to say about him but CONTROLLING COWARD

Entire Park should be condemned. Manager is surly and will not address problems. Residents are forced to live in slum conditions. Do NOT rent or buy property here! You will regret it.

I personally lived here for over a year. The management is not the friendliest. And you better soon down when coming in or the manager will pick you out for going to fast. Not my first choice for a place to live.

Very run down and speed bumps so high they will rip exhaust system off car even when going the 4mph speed limit

This place should be condemned. The management is a joke he built speed bumps as high as curbs, so I have to drop off my disabled friend outside the park curbside and make her walk to her home.

Very true the manager has a really bad attitude very rude n crazy meaning bipolar sets rules but him as manager should set an example and follow the same rules think he runs out side the block wall in front to say who can stand out there and who cant the speed bumps are ridiculous I dont live there n dont want to especially with having him as a manager n would never recommend anyone to live there either
